Came here and got the showroom wash for free from a coupon I saw on instagram. The staff was so friendly and even answered the phone to tell us the wait time before we came! Staff were walking around the premises and helping out with drying just to be kind! The showroom wash was just a drive through wash and a $22 value. Employees cleaning the car are exceptional, always going above and beyond. I always carry cash to tip them. However, the customer service guy on the phone must check his attitude. I emailed customer service to cancel my membership, and they said to call in this franchise, so I did. He said, "I tend to get a membership and cancel it multiple times." I will do that if I keep getting monthly charges and do not get a car wash. It seems like common sense, and it's a sketchy practice from this business to make memberships unable to be canceled/paused easily through the website. And by the looks of other people's reviews, they are saying the same thing I highly recommend this business if you want a headache of trying to cancel a membership. But overall, the guys cleaning my car have always been phenomenal. Purchased a $160 detail for my vehicle. 24 hours later, my dashboard is bubbling up and will need to be replaced at a cost of several thousand dollars. The day before this business worked on my vehicle, it had been fully serviced and inspected by the dealership and no defects or recalls were found. The business has informed me that the Internet says this is not their responsibility to repair without providing any evidence to refute my claim. Disappointed. read more

I used to come to this location back when it was Arbor Car Wash and Lube. Man, do I miss that place. With Arbor, there was always a free car wash, which included vacuuming and wiping down the interior. Now, you get a free car wash with oil change that is an external wash only along with incredibly rude customer service as you're going through the line. I wonder if this is because now the lube and car wash are technically two different companies. It was last minute but I stopped in to have my work car detailed. They did such a nice job! The vehicle was sent through the car wash and was then dried off. I then pulled around to the detail area and two people were assigned the car. They vacuumed everything, cleaned the seats and dash board. The vehicle was so clean and smelled like a new car. The total cost was $85 and then I gave them a tip. The parking area is tight but I would take advantage of this business because they did an excellent job. I brought my car here and got the top cleaning package since it hadn't had a clean since the pandemic started. The guy swore it would only take an hour and 25 minutes. We are going on two and a half hours now and I am still waiting. Don't bring your car here, but if you do ask me first why it's a terrible idea. You'll find me sitting on the bench outside, still waiting for my freaking car, and I'll be happy to explain in glorious detail why you should leave immediately. UPDATE: They finished my car! They took the car seats out and didn't put them back in, leaving it to me. When I came up to the guy, I was obviously pretty pissed. He didn't apologize, all he could muster was an indignant, "I did 75% of the job myself." WTF? First, no he didn't, because he was the guy admitting new cars so I know he didn't spend two hours and fifteen minutes working on my car. Also, when I complained about how long this was taking 45 minutes earlier he said he'd jump in and help out himself to make it go faster, which he didn't do because five minutes later I found him back admitting cars. So instead of a genuine apology all I got was a self-serving, indignant lie. That's how they treat customers here. Don't go here. UPDATE UPDATE: Wow, they did a crap job. Uneven cleaning, spots on the interior, and now a blue stain that wasn't there before on the driver side near the windshield. Also they didn't add the lemon scent I asked for. Instead it smells like barf. They made my car smell like barf. I paid for this? UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE: Fun story, but when I complained earlier that it was taking too long the guy was like, "Our estimates aren't precise, sometimes it take a little longer". An hour and fifteen extra is not a "little longer", bro. That's you don't know what you're talking about so you just make stuff up. I would not recommend going simply based on a phone call. I called to ask about some pricing specifics for a car detailing I am wanting. The employee said he would transfer me to detailing. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes. After no one answered the phone I hung up. I drove past and only 3-4 unwashed cars were at the location so I was confused as to how they could be so busy to leave my on hold for over 30 minutes for a simple question. Mike in service provided me with a detailed step by step process. Even juggling 2 other vehicles he was attentive to the service provided as he delegated to his staff to work as an efficient teams. Then they transitioned me to the carwash side for the complementary wash with an oil change. I must say I really enjoy seeing the GM Ray out there with his staff doing the same work as his direct reports. This is a practice i've witnessed on many occasions by him. Even with wide range of responsibilities as a general manager; he never hesitates to roll up his sleeves and work alongside his great team. My vehicle is running smoothly and looks beautifully clean. Wanted to like this car wash and was absolutely desperate to find an affordable car wash place in the city limits of Austin. Everything here is overpriced if it's any good and any affordable car wash seems to be bad. The prices are reasonable but, it's just a bit dingy. The car wash itself appears outdated and cheap. I went twice and the second time part of my car bumper came out of place which has never happened before. Thankfully I was able to fix this at home. The people are nice but some are pretty rough in appearance and seem a little questionable. Not a big deal if service is good but, it wasn't. They barely cleaned my car tires, etc. I just feel like for the price I get better value at Wash n Roll, it's just so far out of my way. Won't be going back. read more

However, I've had my car washed and detailed here numerous times for many years now. I'm always pleased with the thoroughness of their work and how friendly and kind the staff is. Needed to wash the car. Dirty but also had bird poop. Friendly but very surprised when we got back to the apartment. Look at the photo. Bird poop still mostly present. There were 2 guys that wiped the car down on exit and SHOULD HAVE pointed out the car was not clean. SHOULD HAVE directed us to go around and thru the wash again. Instead they dried the car with rags and told us it was good to go. Seriously!!!! The guy lining us up on entry COULD HAVE hit the the bird poop with a pressure sprayer before entering the car wash.
