I was signed up for a membership without my consent. I was given a free car wash one time and thereafter have been getting charged monthly without ever being told this would happen. Impossible to get ahold of the shop to cancel this. The poor customer service is incredibly frustrating. read more

This place is amazing! So amazing that I will be driving 30 min from my house to have them wash, vacuum, and wipe down my vehicles for $40! (Pre-tip, which they were extremely grateful for). They really go above and beyond and you can't beat that price anywhere! Highly recommend!! read more

I went in to get my car detailed. I told him what I cared about was having the wheels and tires cleaned. They did not clean them at all. Charged me full price would not give me a refund. I will never go back here as they weren't willing to make it right. Now the guy has seen me leaving this review and has come outside and giving me a free car wash for next time. That would not have happened. I don't believe if he had not seen me leaving this review. read more

Came here and got the showroom wash for free from a coupon I saw on instagram. The staff was so friendly and even answered the phone to tell us the wait time before we came! Staff were walking around the premises and helping out with drying just to be kind! The showroom wash was just a drive through wash and a $22 value. My car looks great and the staff went above and beyond. read more

Miguel was awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure my car looked great. Super friendly and his customer service was top-notch. The Wash Shop is lucky to have him, definitely ask for Miguel when you go! read more

Employees cleaning the car are exceptional, always going above and beyond. I always carry cash to tip them. However, the customer service guy on the phone must check his attitude. I emailed customer service to cancel my membership, and they said to call in this franchise, so I did. He said, "I tend to get a membership and cancel it multiple times." I will do that if I keep getting monthly charges and do not get a car wash. It seems like common sense, and it's a sketchy practice from this business to make memberships unable to be canceled/paused easily through the website. And by the looks of other people's reviews, they are saying the same thing I highly recommend this business if you want a headache of trying to cancel a membership. But overall, the guys cleaning my car have always been phenomenal. If you end up going, please tip them :) Feedback for management: * Send a message reminder to customers that their membership subscription is coming up soon * Make sure your customer service employees do not have a sassy attitude. I come here for a car wash, not for a random man to be weirdly protective of his monthly $19. - For this reason, I will no longer recommend this wash shop read more

They do a very great job and I love the fact that they still put hands on your vehicle and check thier work out on each vehicle.

I used to come to this location back when it was Arbor Car Wash and Lube. Man, do I miss that place. With Arbor, there was always a free car wash, which included vacuuming and wiping down the interior. Now, you get a free car wash with oil change that is an external wash only along with incredibly rude customer service as you're going through the line. I wonder if this is because now the lube and car wash are technically two different companies. The attendant seemed upset I was getting my "free" wash with oil change rather than buying a higher level. read more

Purchased a $160 detail for my vehicle. 24 hours later, my dashboard is bubbling up and will need to be replaced at a cost of several thousand dollars. The day before this business worked on my vehicle, it had been fully serviced and inspected by the dealership and no defects or recalls were found. The business has informed me that the Internet says this is not their responsibility to repair without providing any evidence to refute my claim. Disappointed. read more

It was last minute but I stopped in to have my work car detailed. They did such a nice job! The vehicle was sent through the car wash and was then dried off. I then pulled around to the detail area and two people were assigned the car. They vacuumed everything, cleaned the seats and dash board. The vehicle was so clean and smelled like a new car. The total cost was $85 and then I gave them a tip. The parking area is tight but I would take advantage of this business because they did an excellent job. The employees are fast and hard working! read more

Years ago I've been to 3120 Guadalupe car washes without one complaint Since The wash shop opened they offered a promotion where they offered $20 for one month and the next month free.... Being an old geezer I did not get that $20 would be charged every month dang ... 60 $ later I used the service 2x. Manger refused to offer any assistance... cancelled of course but what a waste and a joke!!! Boooo read more

I brought my car here and got the top cleaning package since it hadn't had a clean since the pandemic started. The guy swore it would only take an hour and 25 minutes. We are going on two and a half hours now and I am still waiting. Don't bring your car here, but if you do ask me first why it's a terrible idea. You'll find me sitting on the bench outside, still waiting for my freaking car, and I'll be happy to explain in glorious detail why you should leave immediately. UPDATE: They finished my car! They took the car seats out and didn't put them back in, leaving it to me. When I came up to the guy, I was obviously pretty pissed. He didn't apologize, all he could muster was an indignant, "I did 75% of the job myself." WTF? First, no he didn't, because he was the guy admitting new cars so I know he didn't spend two hours and fifteen minutes working on my car. Also, when I complained about how long this was taking 45 minutes earlier he said he'd jump in and help out himself to make it go faster, which he didn't do because five minutes later I found him back admitting cars. So instead of a genuine apology all I got was a self-serving, indignant lie. That's how they treat customers here. Don't go here. UPDATE UPDATE: Wow, they did a crap job. Uneven cleaning, spots on the interior, and now a blue stain that wasn't there before on the driver side near the windshield. Also they didn't add the lemon scent I asked for. Instead it smells like barf. They made my car smell like barf. I paid for this? UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE: Fun story, but when I complained earlier that it was taking too long the guy was like, "Our estimates aren't precise, sometimes it take a little longer". An hour and fifteen extra is not a "little longer", bro. That's you don't know what you're talking about so you just make stuff up. UPDATE^4: The woman who runs the front counter did an amazing job at not being the least bit helpful. read more

So grateful for the wash shop for keeping my black car clean on the regular with the membership program! I park outside and as yall know with the pollen and cedar, my car seems to get coated in a layer of grime every 5 days or so. Really love being able to take it thru to get polished and back on my way! Thank you, team! read more

I would not recommend going simply based on a phone call. I called to ask about some pricing specifics for a car detailing I am wanting. The employee said he would transfer me to detailing. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes. After no one answered the phone I hung up. I drove past and only 3-4 unwashed cars were at the location so I was confused as to how they could be so busy to leave my on hold for over 30 minutes for a simple question. I will be taking my business to literally anywhere else. read more

Long time customer of Arbor carwash and their service department! Today they worked me in for an oil change, inspection, and car wash. Mike in service provided me with a detailed step by step process. Even juggling 2 other vehicles he was attentive to the service provided as he delegated to his staff to work as an efficient teams. Then they transitioned me to the carwash side for the complementary wash with an oil change. I must say I really enjoy seeing the GM Ray out there with his staff doing the same work as his direct reports. This is a practice i've witnessed on many occasions by him. Even with wide range of responsibilities as a general manager; he never hesitates to roll up his sleeves and work alongside his great team. My vehicle is running smoothly and looks beautifully clean. Thank you Arbor carwash and oil changers for the wonderful experience. read more

Hugo and the entire staff are always incredibly friendly and great at what they do. I can't recommend this place enough!

The people working here are great however check what you're being charged. I paid for full monthly and they keep arguing that it's the minimum membership. This happens every time I come in for a car wash. Poor management. I'm cancelling as I'm tired of this hassle. read more

Kudos!!!! This place rocks. This car wash at this location is fast, friendly and does an awesome job for a great price. Ray who is the manager there carries himself with the utmost professionalism. Wanted to like this car wash and was absolutely desperate to find an affordable car wash place in the city limits of Austin. Everything here is overpriced if it's any good and any affordable car wash seems to be bad. The prices are reasonable but, it's just a bit dingy. The car wash itself appears outdated and cheap. I went twice and the second time part of my car bumper came out of place which has never happened before. Thankfully I was able to fix this at home. The people are nice but some are pretty rough in appearance and seem a little questionable. Not a big deal if service is good but, it wasn't. They barely cleaned my car tires, etc. I just feel like for the price I get better value at Wash n Roll, it's just so far out of my way. Won't be going back. read more

Friendly staff, subpar services. Their 15 second automated wash does not even clean the back of your car. The single employee at the air dryers uses a wet dirty rag to wipe your car down. Spend your money elsewhere read more

We utilize their monthly car wash subscription service and it's very well worth it. Great place.

This is hard to rate as the employees I dealt with were great and assisted with the issues but I guess I am just not over that this is no longer a local biz ! Oh well won't be coming back here any longer read more

I have never had my car mechanically serviced here so I cannot speak to how well Arbor does with that part of their service. However, I've had my car washed and detailed here numerous times for many years now. I'm always pleased with the thoroughness of their work and how friendly and kind the staff is. If you see something that isn't quite up to par, tell them and they will happily clean it for you. I've had nothing but great experiences here! read more
