Wonderful experience at A Different Beast! I can't wait to go back. The experience and cuisine is in the name so go here with a sense of adventure and be open to trying high quality items or taste combinations that you may not have ever experienced. The menu is inspired by Basque Country which has its own unique cuisine and language- so don't expect the same tapas you can get at other Spanish restaurants. There's 3 tasting menu options and this isn't a typical tasting menu- it's better! Instead of only getting what the chef has prepared and selected, you get to choose your own adventure. Keep trying new items or order some of the items you loved again and again. It's up to you. At the $55 p/p price point that's a steal. The 2 premium items on this Suave menu are limited to 1 p/person w/the all inclusive price but you can order more for $10. And honestly you probably will because the wagyu carpaccio is melt in your mouth good. Timo was our server and was excellent. The Chef/Owner was lovely and stopped by to check on us. Beer/wine only- no liquor so prepared for yummy sangria, a glass of wine or a cava- they also have coke in glass bottles just like they serve at the bars in Spain. It made me so nostalgic. We loved so many items but this review is getting long so please go in and try this place for yourself.
Came to Different Beast for my friend's birthday and decided to go with the premium experience. Honestly, there was a lot to take in, and I was excited to try everything. We didn't realize at first that we had to go through the entire menu, but that was fine. We were given the option to skip certain items, so we asked for a couple of things to be left out. Unfortunately, some of the dishes we specifically asked to skip were still brought out, which was a little frustrating. As for the food, the flavors just weren't really there for me. A lot of the tapas were either bland or the combinations didn't feel cohesive. Some of the pairings honestly tasted pretty strange, and I found myself wondering how certain flavors were supposed to work together. The foie was probably the most confusing dish for me. I really didn't understand why it was so sweet, and it just didn't work with my palate at all. For $65+tax+tip per person, I honestly don't think it's an experience I'd go back to. I appreciate the creativity and the effort behind the concept, but overall, the flavors and combinations just weren't for me. A lot of room for improvement.
I typically do not go to all you can eat places. This one peaked my interest because it was a tapas style. It's located at off of Spring Mountain in a little shopping center the atmosphere is very tasteful open kitchen concept just all around good vibe that would vibrate colors. We have a $65 menu because I wanted to try everything and it did not disappoint. It was a very well run flavorful experience. The service was very friendly and attentive. If you're looking for a unique experience this place is it
My bestie and I dined here to celebrate our birthdays since they're a few days apart. We had high hopes but no idea what to expect. Well I'm happy to say that A Different Beast was an incredible dining experience and honestly, one of the best values I've found in Vegas, especially for food at this level. We did the highest-tier all-you-can-eat menu for $65, and I was genuinely blown away by both the quality and the variety. A few specialty items are limited to one per person, but the majority of the menu can be reordered, and there are SO many things to try that you absolutely will not leave hungry. The tapas are intentionally small. a beautifully composed bite for each person at the table, which makes it feel much more like an elevated tasting experience than a traditional AYCE restaurant. And almost everything we tried was a hit. The foie gras was incredible and something I had never tried before. The burnt plum tart is PHENOMENAL. Do yourself a favor and order more than one. We also loved the queso de manchego, filet mignon, scallop ceviche, toro crudo, patatas bravas, and ensalada de naranjas. The spring peas with rose cream were another standout. Every dish felt thoughtful, fresh, layered, and genuinely interesting. Even visually, each plate felt like a little work of art. Dessert was just as good. We tried the Basque cheesecake and the cremeux helado de chocolate blanco, which was this delicious white-chocolate custard-like dessert with toasted marshmallow on top. Both were excellent. What impressed me most was the consistency. It's rare to order this many different dishes and not have a few misses, but there truly wasn't anything we disliked. You can tell they're using high-quality ingredients and putting real thought, creativity, and care into every bite. The service was impeccable as well. Everyone was attentive without being intrusive, and because it's AYCE, that matters. We never had to sit around trying to flag someone down when we wanted to reorder something. The restaurant was also very clean and the entire experience felt polished from beginning to end. If this exact meal and experience were on the Strip, I could easily imagine paying hundreds of dollars for it. Instead, you're getting an extremely elevated, creative and interesting tasting experience in Chinatown for $65. In this economy, finding that combination of quality AND value feels almost unheard of. I also loved how interactive the meal became. Because you're constantly trying new flavors and textures, everyone at the table naturally starts talking about each dish...what they loved, what surprised them, what they want another round of. In a world where everyone is constantly staring at their phones, there was something really refreshing about a meal that actually created conversation and became an experience in itself. I've already recommended A Different Beast to a ton of people, and I'll continue to. If you enjoy trying new things and appreciate creative, beautifully executed food, GO. This place really is a different beast.
I am extremely late to making this review, but the fact that we I came back to write it says a lot because I ate here in March 2026. It was date night and we wanted a place that had a coursed meal and was off the strip. We found A Different Beast had all you can eat and a pre fixed menu. This was great and exactly what we were looking for; something different and fun. We had a lot of small bites and we added their mocktail and alcohol drink pairings. Nearly everything we had we absolutely LOVED. Once we went through the menu and tasted everything, we were able to pick the items that we loved and wanted to taste again. And also when you're shelling out some good $$$$, you want to leave the place FULL. *********************************************************** Final thoughts: I would love to go try this place again. I believe they change their menu often. All the plates are beautiful which should go unsaid, but I literally took no photos of all the plates we had, so you're just going to have to trust me. Pro Tip: Highly recommended that you make a reservation. You can skip the wine/alcohol pairings/mock-tail pairings. While they do "enhance" the experience, I wouldn't say they made my experience to the next level.
What a really cool dining experience! It's Spanish tapas with an all-you-can-eat menu in the twist of a chef's tasting menu concept. There's 3 different menu tiers with the highest at $65 per person. Their drink menu is wine focused. This is a great place for a date night or girls night out. They let you order 3 at a time and once you've gone through the whole menu, you can reorder more if you'd like of the things you want to eat again. It's recommended that you make a reservation. The place itself isn't very big but it didn't feel too small either. I went with a group of friends and I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Most of the small bites come in the form of a crostini with different toppings. Each bite was delicious and unique. Although there's some that I didn't like, most of it was a hit for me. By the end of it, I felt like it was more than enough food to keep you satiated. Some of my favorites were the spring peas, toro. crudo, sirloin, chocolate blanco. I had their red and white sangria of which were both good although I preferred the red a little more. Overall a neat experience that I would love to come back to again!
I came across this place because I was craving for foie gras. This is restaurant is cute and it's off strip. They have the AYCE experience with different price options. So we picked the most expensive one which was $65 per person. Besides the top 3 items including foie gras on the list, everything else is unlimited. You can order 3 items at a time. The food: It's different and kinda unique. It's like tapas style and everything is served with a small bread. There are some small dishes that don't come with the bread. Except the 3 top items we tried everything just one piece at a time. We can't eat that much so stuffing everything with the bread was impossible for us. The restaurant is nice inside and feels very roomy. It was not very busy because I went at 5pm on a Sunday. I think it's a nice place to give it a try! The chef was nice and she also came to greet us.
Some dinners are good. Some are memorable. And then there are the ones where you sit back halfway through and realize you're having entirely too much fun. That was this. From the jump, everything just clicked. The pacing felt natural, nothing rushed, nothing forgotten. You could tell there was intention behind the experience, but it never felt forced or overly polished. Just... dialed in. As it was a bit of a slower early evening, chef/owner Justin came to check in several times to see how we were doing and provided explanations of the food and the idea behind each bite. This not just dinner...it was an experience. I went all in on the menu and I'm glad I did, because this kitchen is not playing around. There's a confidence here that shows up on every plate. But a few dishes absolutely ran the table. The foie gras is rich in the way you want it to be, but balanced enough that you don't feel weighed down after a few bites. The wagyu carpaccio is ridiculous, melts instantly and somehow still feels light. And the toro crudo... that one didn't stand a chance. Silky, clean, just enough citrus and heat to keep it interesting. It's the kind of dish where you finish it and immediately wish you hadn't shared. And then there's the ensalada de naranjas. I ordered it three times, which honestly says everything. It shouldn't be the dish you keep thinking about, but here we are. The frisée and fried kale bring texture, the manchego gives it that salty edge, the candied walnuts add just enough crunch. But the oranges are unreal. Sweet in a way that almost doesn't make sense, no bite, no bitterness, just pure citrus perfection. You can tell they're something special, not the kind of thing you find just anywhere. What I appreciated most is that nothing felt like filler. Seafood, meat, vegetables, every dish had a purpose and actually delivered. It's rare to go through that much of a menu and not find a weak spot, but they pulled it off. And the service matched the food. Attentive, sharp, and genuinely welcoming without hovering or making it feel like a performance. The kind of service that makes the whole night flow without you even noticing it. This is the kind of place you leave already planning your next visit, trying to decide if you reorder your favorites or pretend you have self control and try something new. Either way, it's awesome.
Been seeing this restaurant on social media and I wanted to try it. It's Wednesday evening. The restaurant opens at 5pm, we parked a few minutes before the restaurant opened. Walked in and even though we had reservation for 5:30pm, the host accommodated us. We had our choice of where to sit and we picked a table by the window. Nice restaurant with high ceiling, warm decor and a small wine glass cellar that you can see from most anywhere you sit in the restaurant. The moment we arrived to the moment we left, service was amazing. Timo was a waiter and was so attentive to us. Great recommendations and we enjoyed it all. Our water glasses and water bottle on the table were never empty. Timo and support staff were great. You have a few AYCE options and we did the $65pp. The first 3 items on this menu are only provided once while the rest of the food menu is unlimited. You have 90mins to dine. We actually only ordered up to 2 on a few items as we actually did get pretty full. The appetizer size food items were all flavorful and most served on crostini. Some were savory amd refreshing. Great sauces to complement the fish or meat. We had 3 dessert options. We did the cheesecake and the white chocolate pudding. Omfg, loving the rich creaminess of the pudding with sea salt sprinkled and topped with tiny roasted marshmallows. The cheesecake is not served with anything but it's not plain at all. It's beautifully buttery and light. 2 things that stood out: The chef came out to chat with us which was so enjoyable. The food and service were already great and the chef's attention to each table was a topper. Timo, our waiter cleaned our table of crumbs and provided new folks and napkins so that we can enjoy dessert. We appreciated that. All went well and we will visit again. Totally recommend ADB!
This place finally got checked off our ever growing list and it was 100% worth stopping in. We previewed the menu before going out to dinner, there was a group of 4 of us. We made reservations just in case but arrived around 630, and we were the only ones. Restaurant is nicely decorated with a modern simplistic vibe, definitely welcoming. We decided on the premium menu, they explained the top 3 items were only a one time order and everything else was as much as we'd like. 3 orders per person and/or they'd basically give us a tasting menu of all the offerings. We thought perfect because we wanted to try everything anyways. The courses flowed nicely and we were rarely without a fresh plate or food in front of us. The staff was super polite and the chef came around at the end of dinner to talk and asked us how we liked the food. We reordered some our favorites, and left stuffed to the gills. We are all big eaters, and while it is smaller bites, there is plenty of options and chances to order. We left very content. They have a pretty good all you can drink option as well. If you plan on having more than 2 glasses of sangria, might as well get it as it's cheaper. We will definitely be back , some of ur favorites were: Foie gras of course The filet Iberico ham The grilled octopus
I am so happy to have stumbled upon a video on IG promoting A different Beast! I recently got to dine in with a friend and it was by far a 5 out of 5 star experience. The AYCE prices were honestly a steal considering that it felt like a Michelin-star fine dining experience from beginning to end. We opted with the classic menu which was about $45 per person. Our server was very personable and accommodating, and he patiently explained each appetizer and even recommended his favorites. My top 5 favorites were the Iberico presa, the filet mignon, the patatas bravas, the burnt plum tart, and the egg & crispy jamon! Love that they also frequently update the menu with new tapas!
A Different Beast is severely UNDERRATED and here is why A Different Beast has a very unique idea. It's an AYCE tapas (little appetizers) with Spanish influenced cuisine. Like a regular AYCE it comes in rounds and every round you're allowed to choose up to 3 tapas per person. It's a very flexible way of choosing how you want to enjoy your meal. You can choose individually the tapas you'd want to try or you can try them all. They had varieties of dishes ranging from veggie dishes to meat and desserts. All thier tapas are served with a thin slice of crostini( thin slice of bread) or a tart. My personal favorite is the burnt plum tart. It was wonderful. From the thickness of the tart to the cohesive flavors of the slightly sour cream mixed with a hint of sweetness emanating from the plum. The burnt plum is a must try dish! When asking the servers about the dishes they were very helpful and eager to explain the dishes. Every time a dish arrives the servers will explain which dish is being served, which is very helpful. Because as their dishes are influenced by Spanish cuisine so is the names of the dishes. I had a small chat with the servers about the history of the restaurant and it's very interesting. In the beginning it was not an AYCE, but instead it was an A-La-carte. They just recently switched it to AYCE and I found that to be very unique. The chef even came out and introduced herself which I thought was very welcoming. The interior of the restaurant was very nice. It was modern and clean, yet it had a nice cute personality to it that sets it apart from other fine dining places. I remember a very big piece of artwork that left a really lasting memory because of its intricate design and matching throw cushions. If anyone is looking to try something new or even for a dinner date A Different Beast is perfect for that.
The service was excellent--5 stars for the staff--but unfortunately, the food and value were a major disappointment. I came specifically for the foie gras, which required purchasing the $65 premium AYCE option, nearly $100 after tax and tip. This was the one meal on my trip I had specifically planned to splurge on, so I was especially disappointed. I understand the small toast since these are pintxos, but the foie gras was far too rich for such a tiny piece of bread and lacked the flavor and accompaniments that usually help balance and elevate the dish. It tasted overwhelmingly rich and almost bacon-like, to the point that I couldn't finish it. The corn elote and mini patatas bravas were easily our favorites. I also enjoyed the crab pintxo and plum tart, although the crab was fairly generic rather than particularly memorable. For $65, I expected considerably more. Three days later, I'm still disappointed that my splurge meal ended up being an AYCE experience where we genuinely enjoyed so few of the dishes. Great service, but unfortunately the food quality and value just weren't there for us.

Overall loved it! Hubby and I wanted to try a new place for our dinner date. It was casual and decor was not too outrageous. The only thing that I did not like, which was not really the restaurant's fault, was parking! It was full and tight. It is a one way only parking that goes around but you need to be careful as some people will try to enter through the exit. There is no sign though that you can enter through the right side only (facing the strip mall); unless I missed it . We got the $65 premium all you can eat as I wanted the foie gras . As posted, there is a 90 minute limit, which may be stretching it as there are a lot of little plates of food. I should have asked but the timer should start when they do serve the first set of food. They come in three's; they serve three different plates then they put it the next set of orders after the serve. It keeps the food fresh and continuous. However, it may be a drawback for some who like to eat slow. It can also fill you up quickly as you try to eat fast! We got full towards the end so we decided to just share one plate of the last 3 plates (instead of one each, we got one plate for both of us). There are some plates you can only have once but the rest can be ordered twice or more. I couldn't even finish the whole set! If anyone is familiar with Jaleo at the Cosmopolitan, the food is just as good without having to go to the Strip. I thought the price was worth it. We didn't get the $35 all you can have wine/drinks. I prefer cocktails which they didn't offer. It would be nice to have mocktails also. I ordered the Mexican coke while hubby got the Diet coke. He felt cheated lol as the diet coke bottle was tiny hahahaha Overall, we liked it! Definitely will go back. The place was quiet enough to enjoy the food as well as the conversation. read more

The first time I tried A Different Beast, it was a group of friends, two from the UK (both having vacationed in Spain & and one of them lived in Spain for a spell). I asked them how it compared to the pintxos in Spain, and he said they were in point. We shared a couple of their regular menu (dinner) items, and indulged in all of the (cart) pintxos items offered that evening. We all thoroughly enjoyed them. A few weeks ago I got a notification of a special night offering of all-you-can-eat pintxos for a fixed price of $45/person, so I immediately made a reservation. There were 16 items offered, with 2 being 1-order per person (Braised Wagyu Short Rib and Foie Gras), not including the 2 desserts (Basque Cheesecake and Churros Con Chocolate). We each got one of each (3 choices/round), and then reordered a few of our favorites. Of the 16, only 2 of them were in their normal menu, so most of them served this night was special. I had been eyeing their normal Tastings menu ($89) to try on a future visit, but this special night's offering would have been similar I think, but half the price. Some of them weren't our cup of tea, but what one or two of us didn't like, the other would. All three of us enjoyed having things we never had before, and it was truly a culinary experience. They also had an all-you-can-drink option, including Sangria (red or white) for $35. We opted to just a single drink each instead, as we aren't big drinkers in general. Both sangrias were delicious and paired well with the food. Our Server explained how the pintxos cart worked our first visit (asking if we have been there before). Both times, they checked on us often, cleared plates, refilled waters, and asked about wanting anything else in general. On the special night, they also asked if they wanted us to fire up the next three in line, so we never had a lull in "courses", so as we were gobbling up the last of our current one, they next ones were being delivered to the table. We look forward to a future visit and hope they have another special menu night again. If you are looking for a nice place to have a dinner that's different from other "normal" fancy night out establishments, I highly recommend. Oh! ...and the Basque Cheesecake was scrumptious. read more

I'm sad to say this will be a bad review mostly because I really wanted to like this place! The service was great but I would hope so because we were one of only 2 parties there on a Wednesday night. Nice place also. When I saw AYCE for $55 and foie gras on the menu I was like sign me up but the food was just so bad. So the first 3 things on the menu were a one per person order. The foie gras was just so plain and just came on a plain toast. They could have easily elevated this dish with a fig jam or something sweet to complement the richness of the foie gras. The next thing was a short rib with mash which was really good but Sadly the only thing that made sense in the whole meal Then there was a chutoro which had some salt and like toasted cracker things. Again super basic Now the rest of the dishes were so all over the place and some shocking to the palate like the anchovie with olives. Both such salty things that just don't go together. The pulpo was so over cooked. It came with potato and I didn't know where the pulpo ended and the potato began. Another thing is most everything comes with toast which I feel that a lot of it didn't even mesh well with toast but if you waste it they may charge. This is their own fault because they're pairing things with bread that really doesn't again complement the dish. I know having a restaurant is a hard business and I hate to bash but I have to be honest the food isn't good :(. My first impression was $55 for an ayce prix fixe-esque menu what a steal! My last impression was that it wasn't even worth $55 read more

Service on point. Parking was easy (I can see it getting packed once Chicha San Chen is in business). A nice restaurant specializing in food from the Northern Spain region. The food was delicious, but fairly salty - I think that's just how tapas are generally with all the cheeses and meats. Definitely would pair well with a drink. My favorites would have to be the Bocata de Calamares and the Homemade Basque Cheesecake. A bit on the pricier side, so it'd be a great place for anniversaries, birthdays, or any other special occasion! read more

The restaurant itself has a charming atmosphere and upon walking in you are greeted by their vast selection of wines. Our server was kind and the service itself was prompt. My party and I ordered the $89 tasting menu with the wagyu plato add-on. The majority of the menu items were forgettable, but we did enjoy the croquetta, wild mushroom tapas, wagyu platos, and basque cheesecake. The meal in its entirety is extremely filling mostly in part due to the bread heavy pinxtos trio and the pan con tomate. If I were to visit again I'd opt for a la carte over the tasting menu, but I highly doubt I'll be visiting again anytime soon. read more
Very unique way of having tapas. The menu is not extensive but has your known tapas and then they own type of tapas. They have a fresh cart of hot and cold tapas that changes. They also have a little sangria cart of white and red option. Service was excellent and our waitress was VERY knowledgeable and help with our questions, ordering and suggestions. They do not have liquor just wine at the moment. The octopus Plato was delicious along with the foie Gras. The fried artichoke was also highly recommended. We got their right at 5 when it opened. Wasn't busy but could be on the weekends. Not cheap eats but was very good. read more

This restaurant opened last month so we decided to book a reservation and check it out. A special thank you to Alex for answering all my questions concerning the food and thank you to Kat for making some of the best Basque food I've had since my trip to Spain. 100% Acorn fed Iberico Presa - This is "must have" when visiting ADB for the first time. Cooked to perfection with Spanish chorizo, artichoke, and green grapes. Honestly my #1 pick of the night. Clam Arroz - The texture of the rice is excellent and the flavor from the clams make this a unique experience. I will definitely order this dish again. #3 pick of the night. Calamari Sandwich - Another dish you MUST try! The Portuguese sweet bread is excellent and compliments the chive aioli. The calamari is fresh and crunchy. Octopus Bomba - The filling is delicate and flavorful. I would suggest you order this if you like Octopus, but refrain from ordering it if you're on the fence. Croquettas de jamon - Yes, this is legitimately how they are in Spain. Absolutely order this dish as a starter. Potatas Bravas - The potato is exceptionally delicate; how do they make these so soft on the inside? I really enjoyed the hint of seasoning on the crunchy outside and the fluffy delicate and delicious inside. The chorizo bits add a lot of flavor, but don't expect the flavors to hit your tastebuds and blow you away. This is a minimal ingredient dish, and it tastes great, but it's all about the texture for this plate. Churros con Chocolate - Excellent! Another must order after dinner. The churro sticks are fresh off the fryer and the rich chocolate dip really ties it all together. The attention to detail and the unique mix of flavors is something you have to experience personally; my yelp review and limited vocabulary prevent me from accurately describing how the food tastes. Support your local business and check this place out. The food is excellent, and the staff is great. read more
A Different Beast was absolutely spectacular! Was invited to dinner by a dear friend for dinner and the food was amazing! Tapas style serving which is always fun to have small bites and then circle back to your favorites. Honestly I couldn't select a favorite, I enjoyed it all! They have a nice wine list as well as a great mimosa bar! Loved that! We started with mimosas and went to wine and both were amazing. I can't remember the servers name but she was the sweetest person and so attentive! I gave her a nice tip, she was amazing. The bus staff and the manager were so gracious too! Definitely great energy with great food! The restaurant is nice and has great seating and a bar as well which is nice. I didn't ask if they had happy hour, they are fairly new so it may be there or come down the line possibly. The bathrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen in a restaurant and I am constantly dining out. I can't wait to return! read more

A strong 4.5 star rating!!! After visiting the Basque region, been looking for basque cuisine especially Pintxos. Another great addition at Las Vegas Chinatown, took over space that MordeoLV and Osaka Sunset. They made the place look bigger by removing the big bar in the middle of the restaurant. One minor thing- after leaving the restaurant, you will smell like cooked food- so if you have plans after dinner- you may think it over. But not a problem since we were heading home. Service is very welcoming and helpful- Will and Alex. Initially thought menu was very limited so we tried most of it. But the bring a cart with different pintxos - term for tapas eaten in Northern Spain- Basque region. Surprising the had about 10-12 pintxos you can choose and noted to have weekly rotations- which is great to hear. Some of our favorite pintxos were crab with caviar, foie gras, the traditional skewer(anchovy, olives, piquillo pepper), steak skewer, and mixed mushrooms. I think we practically tried everything in the love. For the tapas- Really loved the croquette, brava patatas is excellent, and mushroom dish was amazing. Tried all plate dish and I would recommend both the octopus and steak dish. The clam rice dish was ok- a little salty for us. They have a selection of wines and sangria but loved the off menu red wine with Mexican Coke. They do have Txacoli. We celebrate a friend's birthday and they gave us a scope of lemon bar ice cream with a candle. Tried all the desserts- they were good but we like churros the best. The basque cheesecake is more egg tart like not similar to LaVina is San Sebastián. The cream Catalan was demolished by my son. Highly recommend this tapas/pintxos restaurant. Can't wait to try other rotation pintxos and hope they continue to add on to the menu. Best of luck!!!! read more

Stellar food, friendly staff, great vibes. Without question some of the best food I've had in Vegas. Chef Justin even came by to say hi at the end of our meal and share a bit about his story and history with the cuisine. Very cool to learn more about Spain (and get some great recommendations for next time I go visit). Already looking forward to the next time I'm in town, just so I can stop in for a meal. Fantastic! read more

Having spent a great vacation last year eating my way through Bilbao, San Sebastián and Barcelona, I came back to Vegas wondering when I was ever going to get pintxos again. When I saw the sign for ABD go up, i kept reminding myself that this was going to be a must-try for me. After months of waiting, ADB finally opened and I finally got my chance to try this place out. It did not disappoint. The pintxos are authentic to what I remember from last year. That first bite brought me back to the bars of Bilbao and those nights hopping from one to another - trying out every possible pintxo we could. I wish every foodie gets a chance to visit Bilbao and San Sebastián. But if you're in Vegas, you have the next best thing. We did the tasting menu. But next time, yes, I'll be back again soon ... just the pintxos will do. And one last thing, they have a killer wine list. A lot of Spanish wines that most places don't carry, especially those from northern Spain. Ps. Owners said the tasting menu changes almost weekly, depending on the fresh ingredients available. read more

The experience was good. I had high expectations for this restaurant. We did the 'A Different Beast Tasting Menu' and it was ok. Some of the dishes were way better than others. Was it something to write home about? No. Would I go back? Maybe for one of the dishes and a glass of wine. With all of the restaurants in Vegas, this did not make my list of must return to. I will note that the service was INCREDIBLE. It's a fun experience especially if you haven't had Spanish tapas/food. read more

My wife and I celebrated our 31st Wedding tonight at ADB. I'm Basque and am always looking for a place that serves tapas and pintxos. ADB didn't disappoint as everything was excellent and reminded me of being in San Sebastián. A must try! read more

Outstanding meal! Definitely will be a repeat visitor on our trips to Vegas. Where to start? Food was exceptional and unique. The Iberian pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender and had a unmatched flavor (imported acorn-fed pork from Spain). The octopus was soft (not chewy like so many places) with a delicate, salty sea flavor. Both of these main dishes are the kind you will not find elsewhere, and chef is clearly skilled. The tapas and pintxos were also a treat. The mushrooms had an amazing flavor and came perfectly cooked with a poached egg to add some richness. The endive salad was refreshing. On top of that, we tried almost all of the pintxos. They are very small servings - we split each dish into two bite-size halves that my wife and I shared. The best, by far, was the foie gras. Just a simple grilled piece served on toast. Fantastic, and something we can't get in California. The only drawback was parking, which was a bit of a struggle due to a boba shop in the center that had a ridiculous line of people. Just be patient and a spot will open. read more

Can they accommodate gluten-free?
Yes they can on most items. The chef/owner is definitely willing to discuss options. I actually just spoke with Kat Hu, and Manager Alex Chun a couple days ago, about just that subject.
