I rented a space here for about a year and half, today I ended my rental. I want to thank A-1 for keeping my stuff safe and more importantly for making me feel comfortable my property was secure here. This business is 1st class, the grounds are clean, the hours are convenient. Would I recommend this place to my family and friends? Yes I would. Thank you read more

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy renting a storage space was at A1. They were even open on a Sunday which made everything even more convenient. The second story unit we rented was very easy to access, the carts they provide help as well! read more

Quick and easy process. Very friendly front desk. Clean facility. Highly recommend good rates

I was helping my daughter mover her things in for the summer. I misplaced my key for the cart that I used to move her things in. I was on my way out of town and Brittany and (I think Melissa) were very considerate and asked if I found the key it to just mail it back. Sure enough, we found it when we were unpacking the car the next day. They were so nice about the whole thing. Easy access to our unit, very clean, wonderful staff, etc. made this rush move much less stressful. read more

The staff is rad here for one reason or another my keys were working for my unit and they helped me out with a new set and lock in a timely manner and didn't even charge me and they were great about calling me back and keeping me updated about when to come after they had taken the other lock off so i could put my own on so thank you Stephenie and Jasmin! read more

I did my research before coming in. I will be doing a short-term rental (about 3 months) and needed a place to put my clutter before I get rid of it. This was an obvious solution. I really like the following: + Carts to help you move your things (must check out) + Bright, well lit floors and hallways + Clean looking buildings - may not be "new" but they are well-kept + Security cameras on site + Secure code to get in and out + Pleasant staff. There are some materials (such as covers and wraps) that may be beneficial to you, but you can also get these at home depot/etc. Good to have anyway. + Online pay It's a little pricey, but you're paying for new upgrades. It was very easy to call in and reserve a time and then also to get the rental. The transaction was fast and efficient. I'd estimate it took 8 minutes total and I was able to immediately put my things in a storage unit. Make sure you read all policies and send in your homeowners insurance if you have that, or your price goes up. read more

I've stored my stuff many times over the 8 years of first being married, and the customer service here CANNOT be beat! They worked with me in downsizing my mother, helped open additional storage and let me use a loaner key over the weekend. It made the process of downsizing SO MUCH EASIER! They don't fret over the small things and kept their word on everything! I even set off an alarm one evening, and they came and checked to make sure it was a false alarm and helped me secure the unit, and didn't make me feel odd about the mistake. This place is phenomenal. read more

I have rented at A-1 for some time. I commend the cleanliness and security found in the temperature controlled environment. You will notice that if you go into your unit without using your code (following someone else into the gated area) an alarm will go off. It gets recorded. I am sure that with the video surveillance should help deter would be culprits that may tamper with units. To compliment the high quality facility is a very courteous and responsive staff.
