I am writing this review because of the outstanding customer service at this location. I called them about some questions I had on availability. Although the unit size I needed was not available at the time, Stephanie followed up with me when something similar became available. I had already selected another facility during that time due to how quickly we needed the larger size storage; however I will not hesitate to recommend this facility to friends and neighbors in the area! Thank you and keep up the great work! read more

Great place to store items and great customer service. Definitely a storage place I would recommend great prices too..

I highly recommend A-1 Self Storage in Fullerton!! I had to suddenly move and I needed a large storage unit. Stephanie, as well as the rest of the staff, has been so kind, friendly, helpful, and professional. Stephanie made the process so quick and easy for me. Easy to open my account and pay for my storage unit. Clean facility. I feel safe and that my storage is secure. Cart #7 has been my go-to cart to rent daily, while I was loading up my storage unit. Thankful for an easy process and a secure place for my temporary storage needs. Thank you!! read more

I've used a few storage facilities in the area and this is by far the best. Good lighting, nice security system, access until 10pm!!! Always clean, there are restrooms on site and push carts you can borrow. Packing supplies if you run out, and bring your own cylinder lock to save a couple $$. They also prorate!! I've come in contact with Melissa, Brittni, and Polette, and they're all so friendly and professional. Thank you for helping us out! read more

Great customer service by Nate. He really helped me out on the service and unit I was getting thanks

Moved everything from my old storage unit 40 miles away to A-1 which is only 5 miles from me. Jose was efficient, friendly and very easy to work with. My movers arrived before me and Jose worked with them to access my unlocked unit. I have health issues and he was right there to help open the gate for me so I didn't have to fight with a gate, and get back into the car before the gate could close on me. Answered all my questions in a very professional manner. read more

Great customer service and provided one the best prices in all Fullerton I appreciate their help .

I have been a loyal customer to this place for years. I have been paying $320 a month, and just found out that others renting the same unit are paying $200 a month. I understand how business works, unlike the Manager Scott who treated me like i was an idiot laughing at me right now. My father passed away about 9 days ago so we can't afford the storage and the Manager is laughing at me. I don't expect them to refund me all the money they extra charged me but some compassion would have been nice and to give me a months rent back would have been nice. Instead people moving in get the good discount rate and i being there for years was being charged so much more for the same size unit. I have never been felt so disrespected at such a tragic time in my life, or to have a manager laugh at me. People, if u are a member of A1 Storage, check the rate they are charging you. He told me that they were losing so much business they had to drop the rates. So i wonder how many others of you are paying hundreds of dollars extra like i was these last few years. And the manager Scott, I will being calling corporate on him and his unprofessional demeanor towards this. People there is storage unit in Norwalk that will rent i a truck for free and charge u no rent for the first month and then $86 for the unit size I was paying. Shop around. Don't settle on this place. read more

Friendly staff, clean facility, and reasonably priced. Only problem ~~ the rolling carts to help you unload are locked up at either end of the facility so you have to walk about 1-1/2 blocks after unlocking the cart and then walk back to return the cart and key. read more

Really easy to rent with multiple options on size of storage units. They have carts available to borrow during business hours(9-5 p.m.) to assist with moving heavy items. You are required to buy insurance which adds another $12 to payment. You can process your monthly rent online. Most importantly the facility is clean and safe. read more

A-1 Self Storage - Self Storage Near Me - Fullerton, California

Needed a storage unit while in the process of selling our home. Did some quick Yelp searches and happened upon A-1 Self Storage, which was highly rated. My wife and I decided to stop on in and take a look for ourselves. We were very pleased with the facility and the helpfulness of the staff. The lady at the front desk gave us a full rundown of the services that A-1 offers, as well as gave us a tour of the facility. We ended up renting a unit and have been pleased ever since.
