I have had many storage units in my day. Most were highly overpriced and didn't offer much in return. A1 Fullerton is not only very affordable, and the facility is clean, but the service is outstanding! Jesus and his crew go above and beyond. I remotely hired cross country movers, and Jesus helped me with every step of the process, pulling out all the stops that arose, to make sure the move went smoothly for me while I was across the country. read more

5 star review! My life is going many directions and I'm so thankful for Manager Jesus at 1415 W. Commonwealth Ave. Fullerton location. He assisted me through a step by step process and ensured my satisfaction of a storage unit that fit my needs. His characteristics of serving others is outstanding. He's great at listening and giving excellent and understandable feedback. I initially had anxiety of not knowing the process of obtaining a storage unit. Jesus, being the great professional he is, reassured me and gave me a list of options and showed me a couple of units. I appreciate Jesus and he's definitely a great ambassador to A-1 Self Storage. In this day and age it's hard to gain trust from businesses and their employees. A-1 Self Storage has gained 100% of my trust and I'm happy to share this experience. Thank you Jesus! read more

First off I would like to thank Tatiana & Richard for their amazing customer service. With the stress of moving, they made it that much easier. From pricing to the storage location, and to top it off they actually listened to me vent about my problems with local storages. I highly recommend this place! 5stars read more

The BEST customer service by far. Tatiana was so amazing she made us feel like family and knowing we are in good hands with A-1. I can't say enough of this place. Thank you for everything!!!!!! read more

Very secure and clean location with helpful service. Highly recommend this storage facility.

Stopped by after reading such good reviews. Was greeted by Stephanie who helped us figure out which storage would be best for us. She showed us the different sizes and asked us which location and size we preferred. She was very nice and even gave us packing tips for some of our breakable items. After mentioning me and my boyfriend are in the military she gave us a discount! Overall, with such great customer service and good secure storage units I would definitely recommend. read more

Returning Costumer ,best Storage in the area super clean the Staff Are The best Richard and John are very profesional and helpful

I activated my account online, which was so fast and easy. Not 2 minutes later a nice young man (who I forgot his name ) called me and asked me if I had any questions. He was very friendly and helpful. Today, I went into the office to get my storage information, location and help. The gentlemen who called me was there, along with a nice young lady (who I also didn't catch her name with red hair) assisted me very quickly. Once she gave me my info and showed me the location of my unit on a giant map on the wall (which was a great idea) she jumped on the golf cart and met me at my unit. I must say, so far, excellent service. The grounds are clean, look very secure and easy to access. I am extremely impressed and happy with my choice of business to store my items. Thank you for a great experience! read more

Richard was super helpful and super quick to get me a storage unit , great customer 100% recommended

Amazing service and the best rates in Fullerton for storage space. It was so easy to hold a space online and see our storage space before purchasing. Note: Lock is $15 in addition to the regular fee plus the protection fee. If you already have one, that's a definite plus! read more

Thank you Richard wonderful customer service super nice and helpful great facility .Would recommend to family and friends.

Definitely would give more than 5 stars to A-1 Self Storage! Stephanie went above and beyond for my sister and I!! She was very helpful and friendly when I came in to get my storage but besides that she did something not everyone would do. I accidentally dropped my uhaul key in the elevator shaft and could not get it back unless I paid $300+ out of pocket for the maintenance company to come out or other companies to come out and give me another key and tow the uhaul I had. We left our purses and phone inside our uhaul locked so she let us borrow her phone to call the roadside assistance and created a stick to try and retrieve the key back which SHE DID!! We would have paid hundreds of dollars for dropping the key. I cannot believe she would go out of her way for us like that she's so so awesome!! Completely forgot about this place.... A few years ago when i closed my warehouse down, i needed some space and since this is close to my domain, i chose them and didn't regret it. Here are some key points why to choose this storage than others. I hope to give favorable insights since I come from a business standpoint rather than personal items storage... 1. The ceiling appears higher giving more room to stack (at least with a 20x10 footer). 2. The gates are 35% higher than other places along with the feel of tighter security. 3. The area is safer. 4. The driving radius is a bit wider. I had to utilize a truck and trailer to move my molds around so this helps a lot~! 5. It's a square meaning you don't have to do austin powers here. 6. Staff is accommodating and pleasant. 7. Prices were reasonable. Back in 2011, the 20x10 footer was appx $200/month. When I needed a smaller space, they were accommodating as humanely possible even though i didn't need to swap. I encourage others to check this place out if it's convenient enough location for you. I'm positive, they will provide the best service they can without the feeling of being rushed or the GTFO attitude. read more

I needed a place to store a bunch of crap, mostly cause my family are ratpacks (soooo annoying).... Got a smaller unit, 10x5 or some crap and it runs for $80 or so.... There isn't much else to say! the place is often clean, organized and filled with good staff. The staff does their best to stay out of your way, but appear available without feeling lost or abandoned. The facility is decent size & the current construction on C-Wealth is a pain in the ass, but for the most part, this storage facility is easily accessible for those who choose to utilize the service. As for crime, the fence is obvious and these follks do their best to deter shady behavior. The layout is like on big square and you can sorta tell if someone doesn't belong. I mean... How many of you folks, even when drunk, don't know where your apartment is??????????? I hope this helps. Good luck with the storage issues. We all know how much a pain in the ass storage places are, but the staff makes the whole situation as pleasant as possible. They understand people need storage and don't around with some schmuck attitude. read more

Best Customer support they are honest and very nice workers and I do recommend come here first storage units

I am writing this review because of the outstanding customer service at this location. I called them about some questions I had on availability. Although the unit size I needed was not available at the time, Stephanie followed up with me when something similar became available. I had already selected another facility during that time due to how quickly we needed the larger size storage; however I will not hesitate to recommend this facility to friends and neighbors in the area! Thank you and keep up the great work! read more
