It was very obvious to me that a lot of the customers come here often. They were very friendly and I was able to get an inside scoop on the dryers that work the best from one. They had all different sizes of machines so the price is vary, but I found them to be fairly reasonable. They do have change machine on site, but there are times where it is down periodically for them to service the machine but again most of the customers who come here are very nice and willing to exchange your dollars into coins during that time. It had gotten heavily soiled and it would not have been able to fit into a regular sized washer. Thank goodness for this place because they do *full service* washing/ drying/ folding. They can clean your garments, blankets and anything else for you. All you need to do is drop off. Our King sized comforter was $26 to clean and the process was so simple. I walked in and went straight to the back to talk to the workers who said they could have it ready for me in 24 hours. Sure, it may have been pricey to do this but for the convenience and someone else taking care of it for you-- why not. As promised, I received a text the next day to come pick up. I came in and the comforter was bagged up, ready for use again. When I opened up the bag and saw that the comforter was pristine, I was impressed. Highly recommend this spot if you want to do full service. Definitely coming back if my washer/ dryer (fingers crossed they don't) break down and I need a place to come do laundry. Like other reviewers said, the place is clean. The bathroom which I had to use was also clean to my standards.

I have been coming to this laundromat for almost six years and have never had a negative experience…read moreuntil today. Unfortunately, my interaction with the male laundry attendant was extremely disappointing. As I normally do, I placed my laundry in the washer and waited in my car while it was running. After the wash cycle finished, I returned, removed my clothes from the washer, and proceeded to place them in the dryer. At that point, the male attendant approached me and rudely stated that the dryers were only for customers who washed their clothes there. I explained to him that I had just used one of the washers, but he repeatedly insisted that I had not and told me I could not use the dryers. It was only after I raised my voice in frustration and another customer nearby confirmed that I had indeed washed my clothes there that he walked away. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. This situation was both unprofessional and embarrassing. As someone who has been a loyal customer for nearly six years, I expected to be treated with more respect. A simple conversation or clarification would have been far more appropriate than the way this was handled. Because of this experience, I will unfortunately not be returning and would rather drive the extra distance to another laundromat.
