Yesterday, May 18, 2026 I was on my way to Sparkle (for the 2nd time) to drop off my blazer for dry cleaning but I saw Campbell Plaza Cleaners so I gave it a shot. They were charging me about $19 something plus. (A customer who was picking up a small hat dry cleaned paid about $20.) I told the lady there I will think about it with the plan of never ever going back. I proceeded to Sparkle Cleaners and they charge me $9 something (see picture of receipt). Sparkle is a lot bigger and more organized. The workers there are very friendly and helpful. Thanks you, Ladies at Sparkle. read more

I wanted to find a cleaners that did same day service and I came across this place. I have been coming here for about two years. If you drop off by noon, they can have it ready the same day. They are efficient and always do a great job. They are open M-F 7-7 pm and Saturday 8-5 pm. They are transparent w their pricing and I have always left happy that I decided to come here for my dry cleaning needs. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Always a great experience. read more

Great quality and good customer service. Great prices as well. I asked about alteration services and they were able to provide recommendations read more

I have been going here for a few years and pretty consistently with dry cleaning every few weeks. Attentive staff, they provide feedback on clothes you drop off (ie. stains, potential fabric issues, timing of when things are done), email reminders, faster service if needed, etc. Everything you would expect from a professional dry cleaners. On a Sat morning once, the store did open a little later than posted on Yelp (like 10-15 minutes) and there was 2-3 other customers waiting as well. ps - i used to be able to find the store location on yelp and the map feature, but it seems to be harder to find, when searching "dry cleaning" or "dry cleaners". you can find it on Google Maps. just a fyi for the store owners read more

Wow the thing that prevents me from getting my clothes dry cleaned is the hassle of having to drive out as i work from home. I've seen Sparkle Cleaners on Yelp with great reviews for years and finally got to check it out! They have an app/website where u can request free delivery in the area and they just come right to ur door! Didnt have to call or speak to anyone! They just showed up and makes it so easy and it is free pick/delivery! They just charge ur card on file and it shows when it is pending delivery. Also liked the results of the cleaning on one of my favorite sweaters and evening dresses. Thank u! The customer service was great, nice attitudes and def recommend! read more

I've been coming here for more than a year and have been very happy with all the dry cleaning services. The staff are always so kind and helpful. Prices are affordable as well, and they don't charge more for women's garments than men's (yay equality!). Most recently, I brought in a vintage silk scarf purchased at a flea market. It was stained and dirty, but I figured I would try to get it cleaned as best as I could. They informed me the stains were likely color bleeding from washing it, but I was fine with whatever the result would be. Turns out, the scarf came back completely as new, no signs that it was ever stained. What a win! read more

Incredible service! Remarkable turnaround for those pressed moments when you need something cleaned at the last minute. Very kind employees who are always helpful and welcoming. Garment pricing is very reasonable. Will definitely return. read more

I literally trust no one with my suits, dresses, cashmere sweaters, silk blouses, and dry clean only items. I've been coming to Sparkle Cleaners since 2016 and each time my clothes come out perfectly ironed/steamed/cleaned. I visit Sparkle Cleaners at least 4x a month. I think the value is outstanding as I know I can't get stains out or don't always have the luxury of time to iron/steam my work clothes. I try to build a small budget just for them, the value is good. I often LOVE to drop food on myself... I've had my share of oil stains, dark beverage spills like adult grape juice, to ketchup. I often joke with friends I'm not allowed to wear any light colors because I am a little clumsy but however Sparkle cleaners has gotten stains out of my clothes always. However if you drop something that really stains your clothes you take it to them immediately and they will likely be able to fix it. Don't let that stain set too long and don't be like me and try and try and fix it yourself, let them handle it. read more

If you want to pay someone to take your dirty clothes, bake the smell permanently into the fabric with a hot iron, and hand them back to you in a plastic bag, this is the place for you. I dropped my shirts off to be dry cleaned, and they clearly never touched soap or solvent. The smell is WORSE now than when I brought them in. Zero quality control and incredibly frustrating to waste my money and time driving back and forth for this 'service'. read more

Sparkle Cleaners - Right after the service. - Dry Cleaning Near Me - San Jose, California

DO NOT come to this cleaner. I have spent so much money at this establishment and they are not to be trusted. I dropped off a limited edition Levi jacket that was never returned to me. When I called to ask if they can search for the jacket, the owner refused to help and hung up on me. They are either losing client's merchandise or someone isn't to be trusted -- neither option is good! Plenty of cleaners in the surrounding areas that are more affordable and trustworthy. Never going to this place again!!!! read more

Love coming here to get my uniforms dry cleaned. They always come out looking nice, clean, and crisp. Customer service is always good. Have not had any problems with them. Also, they do same day pick up which is a plus. read more

I've been going with them for a few years now. I'm always satisfied with their services, they have great reasonable prices, they have quick turn around time, and my jeans always come out with crispy creases and starched (no extra charge for extra starched) read more

My husband had some pants a dress shirt and a tie dry cleaned here. They did everything so well, got tea leaf stains out. Picked it up in a few days for only $16. Thank you for being a lifesaver! Now he's got a fit for the wedding we are attending. We plan to come back with other items. read more

I had given a few of my heavy and very complicated [pleated] indian lehnga and they did such an amazing job ironing it, I had a wedding to go out of the starte and it stayed so well and didn't crumple at al. I have never had anything dry cleaned ever and happened to have a couple things my husband needed cleaned asap and after researching yelp, came upon Sparkles Cleaners. They were super kind, helpful and efficient when I dropped off my items. They asked me when I needed the clothes done and I said as soon as possible and they told me no problem, come back tomorrow after 3 pm. Pick up was even better as the person who helped me was so cheerful even though you could see she was super busy. I loved this place and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely be coming back for anything I need dry cleaning in the future. Thank you for a great first experience! read more

So far, so good! Reasonable pricing, same-day service, and decent customer service. My clothes came back clean and well-pressed--no complaints. read more

I've had a lot of mixed experiences with dry cleaning in the Bay Area, but this is a solid spot in San Jose. I've gotten several floor-length gowns and dresses dry cleaned here, as well as a sports jersey and winter puffer coats. My clothing has always been ready within a guaranteed week and the pricing is fair. Drop-off is very simple and you pay at pick-up. They accept card. read more

Super satisfied by their service! I came to get a coat cleaned after looking through the reviews and don't regret it at all. Drop off was easy peasy. I just dropped by and registered with the front desk employee who gave me an estimate of when the service would be complete. As soon as she registered me and intake was done, I got a text message with their info and a link to check status which was awesome. The coat was ready for pick up earlier than expected and I got a txt msg notification so again, awesome. From what I can tell, no missing parts, scratches, or unwanted stains leftover from the service so yay~ FYI their prices are written on the wall facing you when you enter so you know how much it is ahead of time. Also, kind of a weird thing but I felt safe dropping my things off here for them to handle - not only bc the good reviews but also given the amount of police uniforms and other service member clothings I saw waiting to be cleaned or picked up lol. Thank you for the awesome work. I'll drop by again! read more

The rare business with EXCELLENT customer service, Kind and efficient staff - for both drop off and pick up I waited less than 10 seconds to be greeted (even when there was someone else being helped a second person came from the back) Able to do a 3 piece suit and shirt for next day pick up with reasonable prices. Almost sad about the fact that I don't need anything else dry cleaned right now. :P My go-to for this type of service form here on out. read more

Dropped off some items for same-day cleaning - service was very efficient (items were ready an hour before the stated time), professional, and well-priced. Highly recommend read more

Fast and good service. The hours work out perfectly. Am able to drop off before and pick up after work. The pricing seems pretty standard, but the best feature they have is same day pickup. Will be a long time customer for them. read more

I had a very disagreeable experience with Sparkles Cleaners today. It wasn't my first, but it will most certainly be my last. The cleaner lost my cashmere Elie Tahari sweater and blamed my husband for not noticing that it was missing from the order sooner. When I asked the owner to check his inventory again, because it was my most expensive sweater, he proceeded to gaslight me and tell me that his wife was certain she gave the sweater to my husband. He then told me that I needed to prove that I didn't receive the sweater. This is appalling. It's the dry cleaner's responsibility to prove that the sweater was returned. When I confronted him on implying that I was lying he said he couldn't have the conversation any longer. This is how a weekly customer of over 5 years is treated. As I mentioned earlier in my thread, this isn't the first time I had this type of experience at Sparkles. I took a brand new silk blouse to this establishment and it was returned with broken buttons and a ripped sleave. When I showed this to one of the employees, she told me that this is the condition the blouse was in when I took it to the dry cleaner. Though this particular issue was resolved, it shows a trend of blaming the customer for dry cleaning issues. Over the years, there were other items that were damaged (black cashmere sweater, black skirt zipper, white pants zipper). I rarely if at all took them back in because I didn't want to be mistreated or find a new cleaner. Looking back, I should have never been a patron of an establishment that made me feel this way and didn't take accountability for issues. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect accountability and kindness. Neither of the latter is offered here when you file a claim for a damaged article or report an issue. If you choose to use this cleaner, take pictures of your items while you are at the store so that you have proof of the condition that they are in. Make sure that the count is done correctly at intake because they won't take responsibility for the wrong count. Any belt that can be removed from a jacket or a blouse is counted as a single item. Ensure that you receive all of your items back before you leave the driveway. Best of luck. read more

Do not take your clothes here. I was a customer for years. Ruined my red sweater and then blamed me. You mentioned in your response to reach out to you. I reached out to your wife and she told me to stretch it out. The clothes still smell like body odor after they are cleaned. The overall quality is low. Blaming me is not okay Very dsagreeable experience. If you cared about making it right, you would have made it right when it was an issue and when I asked you to make it right. I was a long-term customer. read more

Great service every time. I also have a last minute cleaning and they always have it done in 2 days or less

Called to get 2 pillows dry cleaned. Quoted me $12 for one and $15-18 for a body pillow. Went during my lunch break and drove 30 minutes just for them to say they can't help me. I'm so disappointed and frustrated I could cry because it was a long drive to get here and I had to skip lunch (more of my personal issue, I know, but it still sucks they would quote me then say they can't help me). read more

Sparkle Cleaners - Frustrated (1st time and probably last time here) - Dry Cleaning Near Me - San Jose, California

First time visiting this location last month as the dry cleaners I used to take my clothes to closed and is now a different business. I'm pleased with the service, the price and the punctuality. My clothes were ready by the date and time promised, nothing was damaged! I'll be coming back to the location. The employees are welcoming and polite. read more

I was incredibly pleased with the beautiful job they did with my sweaters and coat. Not to mention, what I think was a very reasonable price. My sweaters are at least a couple years old, some even older. I decided they needed to be dry cleaned for final year wear. They came back looking like new. Not only were they clean but the piling had been removed. Their employees are also very kind and thorough as they take your items. Thank you! read more

This is not a fake review. I got married on 10/3/20. This dress was dropped off the next day. My name was melanie Santos at the time. I know of your address Because you are located in Campbell. We try to support campbell stores. I stated that you can go to dry cleaning here but I do not recommend giving you a wedding dress because of your service. The pictures I attached speak for themselves. The fact that you are asking got proof of purchase and not apologizing for the experience I went through just shows to not bring your wedding dress here. A girl knows and will always remember her experiences especially with her wedding dress. This is terrible. Does anyone keep paper receipts from 15 months ago ?? read more

I had my wedding gown pressed and preserved here. The owner said it'd take a month and I wasn't in a rush to get it back. She inspected my dress and warned me beforehand that some glitter stick-ons might peel off from the heat. It took over 1.5 months to be ready for pick up. Some glitter did come up, but some were still there, which I was fine with. Prices are fair. read more

Great customer service! Quick turnaround and reasonable prices. Love that they deliver to your doorstep for no additional fees.

When I brought my suit jacket and pants in to be dry cleaned, the service was fast. They took my items and quoted me $16, which I thought was great. However, after I brought the suit home and looked at it more closely, I found that there was a rip on the inside of my suit jacket. I'm glad the damage is only on the inside, since I have a conference next week. However, I am truly disappointed. I brought my suit in, trusting the company to take good care of my clothes, but I see that I was wrong. 2 stars for the affordable price, but the dry cleaning service is poor. Drop your clothes off at your own discretion. read more

I messaged the business on Yelp, asking if they could dry clean a bag. The owner replied, 'Please bring the bag into the store so that we can best assist you.'
