Yesterday, May 18, 2026 I was on my way to Sparkle (for the 2nd time) to drop off my blazer for dry cleaning but I saw Campbell Plaza Cleaners so I gave it a shot. They were charging me about $19 something plus. (A customer who was picking up a small hat dry cleaned paid about $20.) I told the lady there I will think about it with the plan of never ever going back. I proceeded to Sparkle Cleaners and they charge me $9 something (see picture of receipt). I have been going here for a few years and pretty consistently with dry cleaning every few weeks. Attentive staff, they provide feedback on clothes you drop off (ie. stains, potential fabric issues, timing of when things are done), email reminders, faster service if needed, etc. Everything you would expect from a professional dry cleaners. On a Sat morning once, the store did open a little later than posted on Yelp (like 10-15 minutes) and there was 2-3 other customers waiting as well. ps - i used to be able to find the store location on yelp and the map feature, but it seems to be harder to find, when searching "dry cleaning" or "dry cleaners". you can find it on Google Maps. just a fyi for the store owners read more

I've been coming here for more than a year and have been very happy with all the dry cleaning services. The staff are always so kind and helpful. Prices are affordable as well, and they don't charge more for women's garments than men's (yay equality!). Most recently, I brought in a vintage silk scarf purchased at a flea market. It was stained and dirty, but I figured I would try to get it cleaned as best as I could. They informed me the stains were likely color bleeding from washing it, but I was fine with whatever the result would be. Turns out, the scarf came back completely as new, no signs that it was ever stained. What a win! read more

Wow the thing that prevents me from getting my clothes dry cleaned is the hassle of having to drive out as i work from home. I've seen Sparkle Cleaners on Yelp with great reviews for years and finally got to check it out! They have an app/website where u can request free delivery in the area and they just come right to ur door! Didnt have to call or speak to anyone! They just showed up and makes it so easy and it is free pick/delivery! They just charge ur card on file and it shows when it is pending delivery. I literally trust no one with my suits, dresses, cashmere sweaters, silk blouses, and dry clean only items. I've been coming to Sparkle Cleaners since 2016 and each time my clothes come out perfectly ironed/steamed/cleaned. I visit Sparkle Cleaners at least 4x a month. I think the value is outstanding as I know I can't get stains out or don't always have the luxury of time to iron/steam my work clothes. I try to build a small budget just for them, the value is good. I often LOVE to drop food on myself... I've had my share of oil stains, dark beverage spills like adult grape juice, to ketchup. I often joke with friends I'm not allowed to wear any light colors because I am a little clumsy but however Sparkle cleaners has gotten stains out of my clothes always. However if you drop something that really stains your clothes you take it to them immediately and they will likely be able to fix it. Don't let that stain set too long and don't be like me and try and try and fix it yourself, let them handle it. read more

DO NOT come to this cleaner. I have spent so much money at this establishment and they are not to be trusted. I dropped off a limited edition Levi jacket that was never returned to me. When I called to ask if they can search for the jacket, the owner refused to help and hung up on me. They are either losing client's merchandise or someone isn't to be trusted -- neither option is good! Plenty of cleaners in the surrounding areas that are more affordable and trustworthy. I had given a few of my heavy and very complicated [pleated] indian lehnga and they did such an amazing job ironing it, I had a wedding to go out of the starte and it stayed so well and didn't crumple at al. I have never had anything dry cleaned ever and happened to have a couple things my husband needed cleaned asap and after researching yelp, came upon Sparkles Cleaners. They were super kind, helpful and efficient when I dropped off my items. They asked me when I needed the clothes done and I said as soon as possible and they told me no problem, come back tomorrow after 3 pm. Pick up was even better as the person who helped me was so cheerful even though you could see she was super busy. I loved this place and the price was very reasonable. Super satisfied by their service! I came to get a coat cleaned after looking through the reviews and don't regret it at all. Drop off was easy peasy. I just dropped by and registered with the front desk employee who gave me an estimate of when the service would be complete. As soon as she registered me and intake was done, I got a text message with their info and a link to check status which was awesome. The coat was ready for pick up earlier than expected and I got a txt msg notification so again, awesome. From what I can tell, no missing parts, scratches, or unwanted stains leftover from the service so yay~ FYI their prices are written on the wall facing you when you enter so you know how much it is ahead of time. Also, kind of a weird thing but I felt safe dropping my things off here for them to handle - not only bc the good reviews but also given the amount of police uniforms and other service member clothings I saw waiting to be cleaned or picked up lol. I had a very disagreeable experience with Sparkles Cleaners today. It wasn't my first, but it will most certainly be my last. The cleaner lost my cashmere Elie Tahari sweater and blamed my husband for not noticing that it was missing from the order sooner. When I asked the owner to check his inventory again, because it was my most expensive sweater, he proceeded to gaslight me and tell me that his wife was certain she gave the sweater to my husband. He then told me that I needed to prove that I didn't receive the sweater. This is appalling. It's the dry cleaner's responsibility to prove that the sweater was returned. When I confronted him on implying that I was lying he said he couldn't have the conversation any longer. This is how a weekly customer of over 5 years is treated. As I mentioned earlier in my thread, this isn't the first time I had this type of experience at Sparkles. I took a brand new silk blouse to this establishment and it was returned with broken buttons and a ripped sleave. When I showed this to one of the employees, she told me that this is the condition the blouse was in when I took it to the dry cleaner. Though this particular issue was resolved, it shows a trend of blaming the customer for dry cleaning issues. Over the years, there were other items that were damaged (black cashmere sweater, black skirt zipper, white pants zipper). I rarely if at all took them back in because I didn't want to be mistreated or find a new cleaner. Looking back, I should have never been a patron of an establishment that made me feel this way and didn't take accountability for issues. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect accountability and kindness. Neither of the latter is offered here when you file a claim for a damaged article or report an issue. If you choose to use this cleaner, take pictures of your items while you are at the store so that you have proof of the condition that they are in. Make sure that the count is done correctly at intake because they won't take responsibility for the wrong count. Any belt that can be removed from a jacket or a blouse is counted as a single item. Do not take your clothes here. I was a customer for years. Ruined my red sweater and then blamed me. You mentioned in your response to reach out to you. I reached out to your wife and she told me to stretch it out. The clothes still smell like body odor after they are cleaned. The overall quality is low. Blaming me is not okay Very dsagreeable experience. If you cared about making it right, you would have made it right when it was an issue and when I asked you to make it right. Called to get 2 pillows dry cleaned. Quoted me $12 for one and $15-18 for a body pillow. Went during my lunch break and drove 30 minutes just for them to say they can't help me. I had my wedding gown pressed and preserved here. The owner said it'd take a month and I wasn't in a rush to get it back. She inspected my dress and warned me beforehand that some glitter stick-ons might peel off from the heat. It took over 1.5 months to be ready for pick up. When I brought my suit jacket and pants in to be dry cleaned, the service was fast. They took my items and quoted me $16, which I thought was great. However, after I brought the suit home and looked at it more closely, I found that there was a rip on the inside of my suit jacket. I'm glad the damage is only on the inside, since I have a conference next week. However, I am truly disappointed. I brought my suit in, trusting the company to take good care of my clothes, but I see that I was wrong. 2 stars for the affordable price, but the dry cleaning service is poor. I brought a cocktail dress to Sparkle to have it dry cleaned. The woman at the counter refused to take it, because she was afraid that that fringe on the outside of the fabric would fall off.
