i literally hate this place they charge way too much I will never go to this place again I guess I should have learned the first time when I took a shirt with a stain, I picked it up and it still had the stain which my husband had intended to use it on the picked it up, but he couldn't. I took an expensive pair of jeans to get hemmed with the original hem It looked like she just hemmed them without the original hem, then I take two summer dresses to her just to get hemmed only and she charges me $80 then she says that she told me how much they were going to be when I dropped them off which isa lie because if it was that much, I would've taken my stuff and gone elsewhere. I have been a long-time customer, but it's clear their service has gone downhill. What used to be reliable has become careless, sloppy, and unprofessional. I recently dropped off seven expensive wool sport jackets for standard dry cleaning. All of them were damaged by being hung on thin wire hooks, which caused deep shoulder creases. Any basic dry-cleaning operation knows that wool jackets require wide-shoulder hangers. This is Dry Cleaning 101. When I raised the issue, the front desk employee claimed that because I "only chose dry cleaning and not pressing," wire hangers were used. That explanation makes no sense and shows a fundamental lack of understanding of garment care. Pressing has nothing to do with hanger choice. It gets worse. Two jackets came back with broken horn buttons, and all of the jackets had an unusually strong chemical odor. Each jacket costs around $1,000. Instead of inspecting the damage or offering an apology, I was immediately told the buttons were "already broken" before I brought them in. If that were true, why wasn't it pointed out at drop-off? Blaming the customer without evidence is not customer service -- it's deflection. No apology. No concern. No attempt to make it right. The front desk employee repeatedly insisted they did nothing wrong and told me to call the owner. I left a message for the owner and never received a return call -- not even to acknowledge the issue or offer an apology. When I continued to push back, the employee pointed to a sign on the wall stating the store is not responsible for any damage to clothing, even damage caused by their own work. That alone tells you how little accountability they take. This place takes your money, mishandles your garments, denies responsibility, and hides behind signage instead of professionalism. I will never return. I regularly spent close to $100 per visit, and while I don't mind paying for quality service, my recent experience completely changed my mind. If you have valuable, tailored, or delicate clothing, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else unless you're prepared to accept damage with zero recourse. read more

Dropped off blouses, cardigans, and dresses for dry cleaning service and was able to pick up all of my items in 5 days as promised. There is a higher cost for cashmere or very delicate items. Pricing for dry cleaning has increased just as the price of everything else has (e.g. food, gas, etc) so if you haven't been to the cleaners recently you may get sticker shock. They do give a discount to first time visitors so that was a nice bonus. The total was just over $100 for 10 items before the discount. Super great place. They do great work, have awesome service, and get my items cleaned quickly. This is my regular go-to spot now. I always take my hats here. If you wash hats with water at home, it gets faded. That is why I take my sweaty, smelly, dirty hats here. It always ends up being clean and in the same condition. My hats have not been damaged. I am too lazy to go through the tedious process at home with proper cleaning solutions. I have taken my basketball jerseys here as well. I am aware you're not supposed to do that because it's harsh on the material. However, I just take my I guess cheaper swingman jerseys here. No issues with them. For the white ones, stains suck. So dry cleaners is last resort. And well, this place does a good job. FYI, for my high end jerseys, I'll just hand wash that at home. I have taken my wedding suit/attire here as well.
