Everything was perfectly altered for the wedding, everything pressed and on time. Thank you for our worry free experience!

Stopped by on a week day at around 9 am. Parking was not hard to find due to other businesses near by don't open until later on the morning. Prices are reasonable. Saw one staff working when I stopped by. Will be coming back in future. read more

I've been using their services for a long time. They do a great job. If there's a problem, the owner will do his best to remedy the problem. Alterations are also very good. Prices are comparable because most things these days are expensive. Therefore, because they try to satisfy their customers, I think there's value. I highly recommend them. read more

Cleaners 4 Less are always doing an amazing job with my clothes and the owner is very nice. They still have a poster up saying if you are unemployed and need an outfit cleaned for an interview, they can clean it for free. read more

Amazing job!! me and my best friend had to get bridesmaid dresses fixed last minute and they were able to do it super fast! I was worried because I needed to add more inches onto my dress cause it was a little small and they did it no problem and made such a pretty design in the back! Jazmine was really sweet and hopeful! We will definitely be back! read more

10/10 recommend! When I visit the Bay Area, I've been on the hunt for a new dry cleaning space! I stumbled upon this randomly when visiting my parents and I'm incredibly happy with the service! Turn around was about a week, and they even gave me a discount for being a new customer! Definitely will be back again! read more

We've used Cleaners4Less for a number of years now and they are super solid. We've not had a problem with them and our items always come out well cleaned and pressed. Their prices are reasonable and service turnaround time is decent, as well. I can recommend them if you are in the area and need a super solid dry cleaner. read more

I was recommended here by a friend for getting last minute alterations to my suit for a wedding I was part of. Jazmine was working the day I came in and the customer service was amazing from the start. She gave me recommendations on my suit, had transparent pricing listed, and gave me a guaranteed pick up day. When I was contacted my suit was ready Jennifer was communicating with me and even kept the store open until I was able to get through traffic from work to pick up my suit. Hands down the best customer service I've experienced in this field and definitely will be recommending and returning! read more

Always friendly when I walk in and always earlier than expected. Have had 3 different dry cleaning orders with no issues! Easy reserved parking for pickup and drop off! read more

They're located in a rather expensive area. Dont let that deter. Look at the statement of confidence and charity on their door! I'm taking my business here! read more

Ali is very attentive to detail and always gives us a 30-minute notice before arrival. We feel very comfortable with their service and truly appreciate the reliability and care they provide. read more

i literally hate this place they charge way too much I will never go to this place again I guess I should have learned the first time when I took a shirt with a stain, I picked it up and it still had the stain which my husband had intended to use it on the picked it up, but he couldn't. We had to it back. I took an expensive pair of jeans to get hemmed with the original hem It looked like she just hemmed them without the original hem, then I take two summer dresses to her just to get hemmed only and she charges me $80 then she says that she told me how much they were going to be when I dropped them off which isa lie because if it was that much, I would've taken my stuff and gone elsewhere. That was even more than what I paid for both of them together I was honestly tempted just to leave them. There would've been cheaper for me. Dissatisfied Customer read more

I always bring our clothes here for cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They are extremely trustworthy and take great care of our clothes -- everything always comes back perfectly cleaned and well handled. The staff are very friendly, polite, and welcoming, which makes every visit pleasant. I especially want to mention one of the long-time staff members, a wonderful lady who has been working there for many years. She is always so kind, warm, and professional, and her attitude truly makes a difference. I highly recommend this dry cleaner to everyone looking for reliable, high-quality service with great customer care. read more

I have been a long-time customer, but it's clear their service has gone downhill. What used to be reliable has become careless, sloppy, and unprofessional. I recently dropped off seven expensive wool sport jackets for standard dry cleaning. All of them were damaged by being hung on thin wire hooks, which caused deep shoulder creases. Any basic dry-cleaning operation knows that wool jackets require wide-shoulder hangers. This is Dry Cleaning 101. When I raised the issue, the front desk employee claimed that because I "only chose dry cleaning and not pressing," wire hangers were used. That explanation makes no sense and shows a fundamental lack of understanding of garment care. Pressing has nothing to do with hanger choice. It gets worse. Two jackets came back with broken horn buttons, and all of the jackets had an unusually strong chemical odor. Each jacket costs around $1,000. Instead of inspecting the damage or offering an apology, I was immediately told the buttons were "already broken" before I brought them in. If that were true, why wasn't it pointed out at drop-off? Blaming the customer without evidence is not customer service -- it's deflection. No apology. No concern. No attempt to make it right. The front desk employee repeatedly insisted they did nothing wrong and told me to call the owner. I left a message for the owner and never received a return call -- not even to acknowledge the issue or offer an apology. When I continued to push back, the employee pointed to a sign on the wall stating the store is not responsible for any damage to clothing, even damage caused by their own work. That alone tells you how little accountability they take. This place takes your money, mishandles your garments, denies responsibility, and hides behind signage instead of professionalism. I will never return. I regularly spent close to $100 per visit, and while I don't mind paying for quality service, my recent experience completely changed my mind. If you have valuable, tailored, or delicate clothing, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else unless you're prepared to accept damage with zero recourse. read more

Excellent service! I really like the text communication as a reminder, especially with a busy schedule.

I took my daughter's suit for dry clean, liked the place and everything but the only thing was it took a week for dry cleaning one suit, it was too long since she needed it sooner. I'd go back , hopefully they could speed up the service. read more

People will complain about pricing but u will always get what u pay for . But if u want things done right plus great customer service go to this place . The owner was awesome went above and beyond . They are customer focused. i also like that they will give free dry cleaning for unhoused people have their clothes dry cleaned if they re going to a job interview . I usually go to my local dry cleaner but will go an extra mile to get my dry cleaned done here in the future cause i believe in businesses giving back somehow read more

My experience at the Evergreen Cleaners4Less was unfortunately quite disappointing. I paid $20.50 to have 2 shirts dry cleaned. when I picked them up, one of the shirts had a rust stain in front (which definitely wasn't there before!! ) . I had to insist to have the clerk send it back and correct the problem. read more

I moved to this neighborhood in the early 2000s and needed to find a good dry cleaner and I did! Ali, the owner, and his staff member Jennifer are both friendly and professional. Every time I visit, they make me feel so welcome. Most of my dry cleaned clothes come back perfectly clean and neatly pressed. Even though I've since moved a little farther away, I still return here for all my dry cleaning needs. Ali, did you hear that? I'm still coming to your business! read more

I have not used their cleaning services yet, but will once I need something cleaned. They were able to clean our blackout curtains in a timely manner. We would recommend this business.

Excellent customer service!!! Clothes came in time!!! Personnel are friendly and caring.

Dropped off blouses, cardigans, and dresses for dry cleaning service and was able to pick up all of my items in 5 days as promised. There is a higher cost for cashmere or very delicate items. Pricing for dry cleaning has increased just as the price of everything else has (e.g. food, gas, etc) so if you haven't been to the cleaners recently you may get sticker shock. They do give a discount to first time visitors so that was a nice bonus. The total was just over $100 for 10 items before the discount. It would be great if the owner could list general pricing inside the store for customers to see. read more

Super great place. They do great work, have awesome service, and get my items cleaned quickly. This is my regular go-to spot now. I always take my hats here. If you wash hats with water at home, it gets faded. That is why I take my sweaty, smelly, dirty hats here. It always ends up being clean and in the same condition. My hats have not been damaged. I am too lazy to go through the tedious process at home with proper cleaning solutions. I have taken my basketball jerseys here as well. I am aware you're not supposed to do that because it's harsh on the material. However, I just take my I guess cheaper swingman jerseys here. No issues with them. For the white ones, stains suck. So dry cleaners is last resort. And well, this place does a good job. FYI, for my high end jerseys, I'll just hand wash that at home. I have taken my wedding suit/attire here as well. Standard and good job. Anyway, good and fast service. They always finish my stuff in a couple days. I come by in about a week usually and it's always ready. I never really request for fast service but they do it fast anyway. read more

My issue is with the owner, I dropped off a dress to have a new, stronger zipper. The zipper was the same upon pickup. When I dropped it off, I was quoted a price, I thought it was a bit expensive, so I asked if 25.00 would work. Evidently there was no one available she said, she would get it done for 27. I picked up dress and owner was there, he looked at quality of fabric said 39, I said absolutely not, that is not what was agreed upon, he ended up charging me 28. I certainly won't return read more

i like the dry clean and service was very good. it was reasonable price and it was done in a short time.
