I dropped in for some alterations, I wanted the waist taken in and my pants hemmed and it was finished in only a few days. I received a text message and arrived and everything was packed nicely. The precision in the sewing is amazing, I didn't ask for hidden seams but I got them. My only qualm is the untrimmed loose threads in the waist darts. I'll definitely be coming back! I've gone to drop off and pick up my clothes in the afternoon - both times Jennifer (a kind Vietnamese lady) took care of me. I asked her to pay special attention to the collar of a white dress shirt (classic yellowing problem) and she said she'd try her best - came back looking brand new. It's barely pricier than other dry cleaners in East San Jose, but they have a new customer discount, so it's worth it to swing by and try it at least once. Came here to get my bridesmaid dress altered since this place is close to by. The lady assisting me was welcoming and took her time making sure everything felt secure. The woman did inform me since my dress had multiple layers under that the price would be expensive ($120-$130). I was hesitant at first as there are some places who charge less but I haven't had the best of luck, so I decided to just do it. I dropped my dress off on a Monday and received a notification on Thursday that it was ready for pick up. My dress was fixed to perfection. Staff was friendly and patient, however the work quality is poor for the price. I went in to get a suit jacket tailored (waist tightened and sleeves shortened). The waist came out well. However, the sleeves were the issue. I could see the stitching on both sleeves from the outside where they made the adjustments so it looks like there are rings of small indents on the sleeves. I'd somewhat understand if the price was around $10, I paid $40 for their work. My fault for not inquiring about the price earlier, but seeing the finished product has unfortunately deterred me from going back. Edit: Owner contacted me and offered to fix the stitching free of charge. The sleeves do look better now, though to no fault of their own the material of my jacket is relatively thin so it's understandable that it's impossible to make the stitching look completely invisible. They also reimbursed me partial credit. Thank you for the open communication and super friendly service. Highly recommended. read more

I was a little skeptical about not going to my normal tailor and taking a chance with this place, but I'm so glad I did! The owner is such a sweet lady and great at the work she does. I brought in a pair of jeans that needed to be tapered and a skirt to be hemmed. She let me try on the jeans in the mirror and pinned them until they fit me perfectly. I already knew where I wanted my skirt to be hemmed, so after trying on the jeans she informed me I could pick my clothes up on Monday, which was 4 days from then. I really like the texting system so you can get updates about your clothes. One of my items was finished within a day and I could've picked it up early if I wanted to, but I decided to wait till Monday. Both the skirt and the jeans looked great and fit me so much better. Got a pair of Levi's taken in at the waist a couple inches here. The lady gave me a 5 day estimate but called me after 2 days! I was worried about how they would do since the pants were brand new and not cheap but she did an AMAZING job! I sew recreationally (not very good at it) and I can't figure out how she was able to take out so much fabric and make it look like nothing happened. Khin and the owner are very reasonable and nice to work with! I had a small stain on an expensive trench coat, and made it worse after applying water. I'm an amateur dry clean user so Khin gave me tips for how to better take care of a spill next time (don't use water basically). However there was a mix-up because I was flying out of town in two days, and I wasn't told the order would be ready on Tuesday (4 days later). I called the store and the owner got the dry clean done on the same day for me so I wouldn't have to leave without my jacket! When I got my jacket back, it (the fabric) felt better than when I first bought it. The stain was completely gone as well as all the wrinkles. Great customer service and quality! read more
