I was in a rush to get alterations done for my military uniform. I had contacted several stores for an alteration that needed to be done in a few days. All other stores was unable to fulfill this request, but Cleaners4Less could. Ali is an outstanding guy. I called him and requested a quote. He responded eagerly and accepted my challenge. My request was to remove and replace patches sewn on the shoulder sleeves on the Army Service Uniform, tailor the pants to the dimensions of an existing pant, and to dry clean everything in 2 days. This alteration was very important to me because I needed it to attend a funeral for a fellow soldier who took his own life. I really want to thank Ali and the staff at Cleaners4Less for taking care of my uniform. They did an excellent job at placing the patches in accordance to Army standards. I came here to have a belt loop repaired and a pair of pants hemmed. I went to pick them up the day after the provided ready date, but when I arrived my pants were nowhere to be found. The owner called me later that same day to say that my pants had been sent to be pressed and that they were ready for pickup. How could I be mad when they threw in an extra service for free? I was a bit irritated that I had to go back, but I felt much better when upon my arrival the owner said my clothes would be free of charge for my trouble. The farmers market was happening when I returned, but I still found a parking spot right away since they have reserved parking spaces right in front of the business. My issue easily could be resolved in the future with a phone call and my pants came out looking great. I'll be returning! read more

Wow they are the best for sure. BTW I have send at least over 8 of my friends there and everyone of us love their service. They take care of you and once over jacket with some stains I mentioned I wouldn't mind to pay extra to get rid of the stains but this wonderful gentleman said he is going to take care of the stain removal at no extra charge what so ever. "we always charge same price for everyone". That's what he said and also on top of that he said if the result is not satisfactory I wouldn't pay. So happy with their service. read more

Had velvet hangers cleaned here to get an estimate of how good their service was with ratio to fair value. Basically, you do the math, $70 for cleaning hangers... I was okay paying them since velvet is hard to clean. However, I noticed that the velvet hangers were not fully clean when I put them to the light when I got to test quality. Requested a cost estimate of remaining items cleaned and still awaiting to hear back about the full pricing. Two stars for the guy and the lady who was working at the store because they were both honest about estimating timeframes on when it will be ready, but as far as costs estimates to pick it up as requested by the customer, minus three stars for not getting the estimated price back in a timely manner and making the customer feel bad about it. read more

I had an urgent request to alternate an Indian dress few sizes smaller to attend a wedding and I received the dress few days before the event. The tailor alternated it without any problem and finished it in just two days. Not only that, I got stuck at work and arrived to the store late. The owner waited for me even though he needed to head home immediately. Family times is valuable, especially to small business owner, so I appreciate that he was willing to wait for me because he understood the dress was for a wedding event. I've been using this cleaners for a while and ever since the ownership changed in 2011 I will never go anywhere else! The service is great and i'm always really happy with the way all of my clothes turn out. They always have my clothes ready on time and one time I needed a next-day rush on a blazer and they put a rush on it for no extra charge. The customer service is spectacular and it is great being a regular! I am very happy with the fact that they always pay attention to the labels on my clothes and take care of my property the correct way since i've had issues with other cleaners in the past. I've tried a few places in the evergreen area and this is the best experience i've had! It's really hard to find a good place that does consistently good work and have positive, friendly attitudes. She made me feel comfortable when she took my measurements to fix some bathing suits. When it got busy, she was patient and handled all her customers well.
