Very clean. Updated machines. To my surprise they had several washing machines of different sizes such as 4 XL wash machines, 3 large wash machines, in addition to several other regular sized wash machines. They offer detergent & softener at the customers expense as other standard laundry mats do. Be aware machines are strictly operated off of quarters. There is no ATM inside however there is a machine inside which exchanges cash for quarters. If you don't have cash there is a 7/11 next door where you can pull out cash. Overall the place was extremely clean & fairly large. They also have cleaning products all around the washing machines areas to sanitize your machine before/after use. Staff was friendly and attended to all customers questions/concerns with a quickness. read more

Clean and staff are very accommodating and friendly! I washed my big blankets and their machines were very well kept and clean.

Thank God this place is still open! Such a cute and clean laundromat. There is an attendant there always to assist and enforce social distance and masks. Love also that they have a drop off service. When I am too busy I can just drop off my laundry and they will wash, dry, fold it, and put it in a nice bag that I can pick up the next day. There are more machines that say "out of order" then actual functioning machines. The sign says they close at 9pm, but they really lock the doors at 8pm so nobody starts any new loads of laundry. The machines require some type of digital card payment that only the attendant has so you need to wait for them to start your machine. Horrible!!! read more

If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would!! The service here was incredible. We had to get moved out here to practice at Stanford due to the smoke in Reno for Nevada Football. We came in for 3 days in a row with big loads of laundry, and we were always able to get it done and back in a reasonable time for the team. OK, don't ask why I am here! I am between family visit sites and with the holidays, the stop over hotel laundry service wasn't fast enough. This is a classic coin-op laundry in a little strip mall with mostly Filipino businesses. I haven't been to a coin-op in a long time, maybe decades. This one uses plastic debit cards. You see the lady in the little room, buy your detergents, get your card filled with money like a Dave and Busters, and then plug it into the washers and dryers! No quarters to deal with, and they take MC, Visa, Debit, but no Amex or Disc. The standard white top loads are $1.59, the silver jumbo side loads $3.50 . Dryers are 25 cents per 7 minutes. This is not an SF or Big City 20's something "singles" laundry, with coffee, arcade, food, etc. It is a working class laundry for apartment dwelling families. However, it does have a PC to play on, and they offer free Wi-Fi for 15 minutes at a time, and you can buy longer ($3.95 for 1 hour) through the City of Milpitas. OOps, time to move the load from the washer to the dryer. Dang, there are only 4 of those laundry basket/carts! read more

Ugh. My washer broke so I had to find a laundromat quick. I mean I couldn't always be crossing the river to grandma's house to use her washer, right? My dad mentioned some place that does $1.50 loads...but I couldn't find it so I decided to go here. I guess this place is a cut above the rest. Handy dandy card system means that you won't have to carry quarters around and also means that you can use your card if you happen to never have cash on you like me. There are plenty of washers which come in three sizes and driers as far as the eye can see...that is if the lights were bright enough for me to see anything. It was so dingy! How am I supposed to pre-wash if I don't have enough light to spot the spots? Decent pricing. Amenities were a hit or miss. Having the wi-fi was very convenient. I got to work on my LinkedIn (aka check Facebook) while I waited for my clothes to wash. The vending machines....were from like the 1950s so they obviously didn't work. The lady running the joint, mom-bot, was helpful...a little too helpful. I mean after the first time she showed me how to work the card I got it...but she kept following me and talking to me. Wompppp I was just hoping to be able to run errands by myself and have some me-time but she means well. On a major plus side - I was looking at one of the black shirts I washed and it looked amazing. My washer broke and this was the closest laundromat so here we are. Forgot how pricey it is to go to the laundromat! Front load washer is 3.75 and dryers are .50 every 10 mins. Not to mention the large comforter size washer is 5.50 to 7.75 a load. Experience was ok until we wanted to add one last dollar to our card. The lady instead took our card that had .25 balance and used another card she had in her pocket to start our dryer. She proceeded to load a dollar into the dryer when I wanted to do an extra 10 mins for two different loads. She then yelled in a different language though it was her mistake and stormed off. I find myself here because my washer finally decided to die on me mid cycle and I can't wait three days til the new one arrives. While I carted wet clothes inside the mat the nice woman behind the counter helped me find the right machines and even turned them on for me. This was great since I am laundry challenged! In between places and need a place to do my laundry. The place is large and spacious. One will typically find a machine they need. Downside. 1) The place is pricy. But im ok with that knowing i can get in and out. 2). Several broken machines. I know machines break but this business to allow them to be broken for weeks. 3). Slow water. Some machines have a slow water feed for whatever reason. A wash should take 26 minutes, now its 50 minutes. Other loads are done before this one starts its wash cycle. read more

Found out about this location from a colleague. Since I travel a lot it is imperative that I find a way to get laundry done. This place charges 1.95 a pound to wash and fold with a 20.00 minimum so make sure you have at least 20 pounds of laundry. Turn around is day of drop off during the week and next day on the weekends. Laundry was folded, looked and smelled great. I will be using this place for the next 4 weeks while I am in San Francisco. read more

Full service laundromat with a touch of Mom?!!! I have to say that upon entering the laundromat, the first words that came to me were bright, spacious, uncluttered and clean. Usually laundromats tend toward the dungeon-like crowded, messy, and dark. This was like a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day for the blind (did that make sense?). The next was when the lady owner greeted me. She's about the age of my mom and took care of me like mom would?! She immediately recognized I was new (I was projecting the innocent, confused look), the size of the laundry load I was carrying (she asked if that was it), and then directed me to the optimal machine... so I won't waste money on a bigger machine or overload a smaller machine. She asked if I needed detergent (I said no) and then started the machine for me. After that, she told me the price. I paid it ($2.75) and then asked if I could prepay for the dryer. She suggested using the smaller dryer at $0.50/10min and suggested I go for 20-30 minutes... I opted for 30 min for $1.50. The washer took 25 min. My clothes came out totally dry after 30 min in the dryer. While I was waiting, I looked around. All except one or two machines were functional and the ones that weren't had large, clear Out-of-Order signs on them. Strangely, the restroom had an Out-of-Order sign but I didn't need to go, so I didn't try to open it; I'm sure it's working because the lady is there all day and she would also need to use it (unless she was a robot... you can never be too careful). Here are the amenities: - wireless access - yippee! Got on this one fast with my laptop. Got the wireless password from the lady. There was a sign about using wireless for 15 min but I ignored it (that's who I am) and the lady didn't say anything. - two desktops connected to the internet - didn't try them - small "1 load" boxes of detergent - not sure how much since I brought my own - small potato chip snack bags for $0.75 to $1 - there is a 7-Eleven next door if you want something more substantial like a slurpy or a 13-day old dog (I'm not talking about a puppy... wait, maybe parts of a puppy? I'm bad). - very clean laundry cart for hmmm... you to cart your clothing about - stand-up counter space for folding (think tetris!) - chairs for sitting - three sizes of washer and two sizes of dryer (am I spelling this right?)... I think I also saw signs that if you are in a hurry, you can pay for service where they (aka the lady) will wash, dry, and fold your clothing for you. Sounded pretty cool. This is the best laundromat that I've ever been to. Plenty of parking in the lot. The lady was friendly and helpful; she didn't hassle me about anything. I went to this place based on the reviews. It's not as great as the reviews state. The washers are 2.00+ for single loads and the dryers are 0.25 for 5 minutes but it makes you put in a mandatory 0.50 for 10 minutes. Plus, the dryers don't dry well. I had to run 3 or 4 cycles on one dryer to dry one load of clothes. I spent around $15 on 3 loads of clothes! That was a waste of money. I'm never going back there again. My no. 1 favorite laundry shop. Since I'm very picky where I do my laundry, Dixon Laundry met my standard. First of all, once you step in their wood floor, so brand new that you wanna take off your shoes and walk barefoot since it's very spotless. The laundry shop smells so fresh, that you just wanna take a seat, they have snacks & drinks while waiting for your clothes to be wash & dry. The first time I went here, I look for the coin machine & wondered, how am I gonna operate the machines without coins? By the way, their washers and dryers are high tech. Just ask for assistance. I love coming here even I live 10 miles drive. While lockdown, Dixon Laundry is open 10am to 5pm on weekends. Spend your laundry time here, enjoy their brand new washers, new wood floor, breezy smell, good choice for their entertainment, I love the laundry wall designs & this place is really cozy. Every since our dryer broke, we have been coming here to dry our clothes. Always a clean place and the workers here are very nice. A quick and easy in n out. The customers there are always humble and sweet. Mainly older people. Only thing that sucks sometimes is the parking, I hate it when I cant get a parking spot right in front ot near, so I end up having to fight for a parking spot. This is because the restuarant next door is always full. Its filipino food. Havent tried it but it must be good, cuz the parking lot is always full. But yes, this laundromat is great! read more

I wanted to like this place, it was quite and out of the way so not a whole lot of people here during the day. I was fine at the beginning of my time here the person on staff was a really sweet filipina lady she was so nice BUT then the second lady who clocked in for what I'm assuming is the night shift if you start at 2. She was aweful!! She literally followed me around the whole laundry mat watching me? For what? Why lady? What could I possibly steal or rip you off with here?? I finished ONE blanket had another load in another dryer I started walking to my car to put the first load in my car and she FREAKED OUT! She started yelling EXCUSE ME!! EXCUSE!! I come here once a week because it is a lot quicker than using the laundry unit at my complex. They have the heavy duty machines so I just use one of those and for drying I use three. I am in an out in about an hour and during that time I surf the net which they have a computer station set up for you to do so. They lost one star because for every 10 minutse of dry it cost 50 cents and it takes about 40 minutes to dry all my clothes. read more

This is the second time I visit this place because My washer machine broke down and I am waiting for the new washer machine to be deliver to my house. Today I had a terrible experience the worker who hardly speaks English refused to start the machines until I paid everything and on top of that she insulted me by telling me that my credit card might not work, I got yelled by this worker with the name of thui, she told me to shut up and not to come here, I told her not to yell at me and I will have her kick out this job because she doesn't respect the customers then she laugh and told that will not happen because the owner is her sister. This person got angry because I said to her that I will not sign the receipt until she starts the machines she totally refuse, I told her that the first time I came here there was another employee he was nice I paid as he was starting the machines, I don't understand what the problem is. She was also questioning my son, she asked who is he is he with you?? She said the boy was taking clothes out of the machine. It was a nightmare I wanted to leave but I had already put the detergent into the machines with my clothes in it. In addition the dryers don't work other people were complaining that the air coming out of the machines was cold. I will not recommend this place to not even my worse enemy. The lady knew absolutely no English I gave her 8 dollars for a card to do my laundry then she took it back and I had to give her an additional 20 Dillard's just for 2 loads of laundry. She was stupid when I asked what the 8 dollars was for after she took back the card she didn't know what I was saying. Last time I was here, the man that was running the business was extremely friendly and had no problem waiting for me because I washed my loads before the expected last wash time. However, this time around, it was a completely different story. I came in at 6:55. As soon as I walked in, the lady at the counter tried to turn me away because she said that the laundromat closes at 8. Their sign says that the last wash is at 8, and it closes at 9 o'clock daily. I will load the picture of the hours posted. She told me I had to finish my laundry by 8. After pointing out the sign to her, I agreed, knowing that there was no way in hell I was going to leave if my laundry is still wet. She didn't want me to load money on a card. She wanted to start all the machines with her card and have me pay her. I guess this isn't a big deal, but I did not like that she kept making me feel rushed. Someone else came in around 7:10 and she also tried to turn them away. I convinced that lady to just wash her clothes too because everyone there at the moment knew that the worker was being ridiculous. I dried my clothes but they weren't completely dry so I asked her to add another 20 min to my machine. She told me "no" and that she is about to leave. I stood there and argued with her and the other customers joined in. She eventually added time to my dryer, but it's ridiculous that she wanted me to leave with my wet laundry. Had to get some comforters washed and decided to go this place. They didn't have big enough machine to fit comforters. Used medium sized machines, clothes were left with excess water and that means more time in dryer... Several machines(both washer & dryer) out of service. Some of the washer did not have hot or cold water. Fairly expensive compared to other places I have been. And do not plan to go to this place again. read more

In town for the holiday and needed to do some laundry so I followed Yelper's advice and checked out the Dixon Laundry. The place is very clean and they they have many different size machines to choose from. The machines do use the card system to run, but there always seems to be someone on site so you don't actually need to buy a card. I just chose 2 machines and paid the woman there in cash for each machine. They will also wash and fold your laundry if you need that convenience. There is a Thai and a Philippine restaurant in the complex as well as a 7-11. There was a desktop machine for people to use to surf the net while doing laundry as well as free wifi for customers. The woman running the place seemed to either be helping someone or sweeping the floor every time I saw her. She recommended a Vietnamese restaurant nearby for dinner. It would be really hard to find a better place to do laundry if you need a laundromat. read more

I took 3 queen sized comforters to get cleaned and paid $53 for next day service. All the comforters were nicely folded and placed in big clear bags for me to carry out. I will definitely go back. read more
