For a Friday night, there were plenty of washers to use (we need 3 washers), and their store is very clean. The cost for a big load washer was $4.50 (used my debit card on the machine), and a regular washer was $3.50 (we used quarters). It took us about 30 minutes to get all 3 loads done (not enough time to get the work I thought I would get done on my laptop - which is a good thing!). The machines are all nicely clean and shiny, and the store itself is kept up well. And of course free wifi is a plus!

One day, I found myself in Milpitas with some time to spare and I happened to have my laundry in my trunk. Though I had never been here before, I decided to give it a shot. The machines are new and pretty easy to use. There is even a step stool available to help you see where to pour in your detergent and liquid fabric softener. Dryers took me a minute to figure out how to add time to, but I eventually got there. The reason why I knocked them down to three stars is because part of the laundromat looked like it was still under construction and there was no attendant on site. At one point, the alarm started to go off. Not 100% sure why, but it wouldn't stop. Eventually, someone who frequented the laundromat called someone to have them shut it off. I guess I'm just good a tuning out alarms due to years of working in hospital settings. Pricing varies depending on the size of the washer and what you are asking it to do. I believe I used the large washer for approximately 6 normal loads of laundry and it cost $11.50. Dryer was around $3. Didn't use the hand-wash station and there are a few places to sit while you are waiting. Folding tables were sufficient.

They can clean your garments, blankets and anything else for you. All you need to do is drop off. Our King sized comforter was $26 to clean and the process was so simple. I walked in and went straight to the back to talk to the workers who said they could have it ready for me in 24 hours. Sure, it may have been pricey to do this but for the convenience and someone else taking care of it for you-- why not. As promised, I received a text the next day to come pick up. I came in and the comforter was bagged up, ready for use again. When I opened up the bag and saw that the comforter was pristine, I was impressed. Highly recommend this spot if you want to do full service. Definitely coming back if my washer/ dryer (fingers crossed they don't) break down and I need a place to come do laundry. After the wash cycle finished, I returned, removed my clothes from the washer, and proceeded to place them in the dryer. At that point, the male attendant approached me and rudely stated that the dryers were only for customers who washed their clothes there. I explained to him that I had just used one of the washers, but he repeatedly insisted that I had not and told me I could not use the dryers. It was only after I raised my voice in frustration and another customer nearby confirmed that I had indeed washed my clothes there that he walked away. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. This situation was both unprofessional and embarrassing. As someone who has been a loyal customer for nearly six years, I expected to be treated with more respect. A simple conversation or clarification would have been far more appropriate than the way this was handled. Because of this experience, I will unfortunately not be returning and would rather drive the extra distance to another laundromat.
