This laundromat closes at 10:00 pm (last load in washer needs to be in by 9:00 pm) which is so my better than a number of other laundromats that closes at 9:00 pm. For a Friday night, there were plenty of washers to use (we need 3 washers), and their store is very clean. The cost for a big load washer was $4.50 (used my debit card on the machine), and a regular washer was $3.50 (we used quarters). It took us about 30 minutes to get all 3 loads done (not enough time to get the work I thought I would get done on my laptop - which is a good thing!). The machines are all nicely clean and shiny, and the store itself is kept up well. And of course free wifi is a plus! read more

Go else where if possible. Honestly I had been coming here as needed for years and up until recent when ownership changed it is all bad. You walk in and it smells dirty because their machines smell. They always have machines down or that eat your money. You wont see any assistance in the facility until like 9ish, The owners come to clean the money out the machines so they can work, but those two don't do as often. Like if you know your machines stop working when they are full of coins, clear them more often. When the old owner was involved things were much much better. The laundry place next to Arteaga's over by 10th St is way cleaner and machines are clean. read more

I've never had a problem with this place. It gets the job done, clothes are not shrunk/faded/ destroyed, place is clean, well maintained, different sized washing machines, extra large dryers, space to fold clothes (though not allowed during COVID), neighborhood is not creepy, 7-Eleven next door, lots of parking in the plaza, people keep to themselves, they take credit cards, and they're open til midnight. They don't have instructions for adding time to the dryers (which gave me trouble when I was a newbie), so I included a photo that may be helpful. If this is your first time, here are some of the things you might want to know: - There are 3 sizes for the front load washers: Small, medium, or large. The small is, well, very small and I wouldn't wash more than a couple shirts or a single pair of denim. The medium is probably where most people will want to do their load of laundry. The large can be good for blankets/pillows/larger amounts of clothes/etc. - Each size front load washer has 3 different price points and generally accept credit card/contactless or coins. Small starts I think at $2.50? Medium starts at $4.50. Large starts at $6.50. You can configure the wash cycle with things like whether you want cold/warm/hot water and so forth. We used the medium at $4.50 and the duration of the washing cycle was about 27-28 minutes. Our whole trip took about approximately 45 minutes, without drying our clothes. - We didn't use the dryers (our washer at home is broken but the dryer still works), but it appears they cost $0.25 per 4 minutes. - There is a coin change vendor if you don't have any coins on you, and there is a detergent vendor if you forgot your washing liquids (they generally cost around $1.25). - Don't wear nice clothing to the laundromat!!! First off, it makes me laugh at the thought of people trying to flex at a laundromat (cringe, L + ratio + you fell off). Come on, are you really going to be this lame? Also, people will be bringing bleach and it can get on your clothing if the residual liquid is still on the washing appliance. Wear clothes that you won't feel bad for getting messed up. Someone wore Yeezy's and I overheard them saying bleach dripped on them from one of the top of the appliances. As much as I would like to see conceited people eat sh*t, I currently feel the need to call this part out for the greater good of the public. So whether I agree with your conceited-ness or not, and if this review saved you from a costly mistake...you're welcome. Pro's: - Convenient if you're in the area, and if there isn't many people using it. - Decent amount of parking, but that's probably because there's a lot of vacancies in this strip mall (the 7-Eleven nearby is permanently closed at the time of this review by the way). If a popular restaurant moved in here, then you can forget this comment all together. Con's: - It's a smaller laundromat, and yes the lanes between appliances are fairly small. It only takes about 8-10 people and the place starts feeling very cramped (I couldn't take pictures because of how cramp it was). You're going to be bumping into people. - Some of the washers seemed to have issues starting the washing process, but there was no sign saying it was out of order. It so happened to be the first one I used, once we loaded the laundry + soap pod in, we tried contactless payment/swiping my CC but it wouldn't work. We then moved to a new machine that worked. The problem is if you're using liquid detergent and you've already poured it into the machine (the instructions on the machine says to load it up, pour the liquids, then pay), you're SoL if you need to move to another machine with liquid detergent. Luckily we use pods so it was easy to take out and pivot to another machine. Regardless of your stance on pod detergents, I would suggest bringing pods to avoid this externality in the future. - Lots of human factors that can make your negatively impact your experience here: * 1. People are going to be standing near their appliance, but there is simply not enough room for it. We ended up standing outside and just keeping an eye on our washer to avoid the clutter/feeling claustrophobic inside, and to allow other people access to the vacant appliances to use. * 2. Also people being inconsiderate by hogging multiple dryers. The theory is it's a thing where if you have one load of laundry, you split it up into multiple dryers so they can dry faster (again, theory). The problem is it's very inconsiderate if you have a room full of people waiting on the dryers. If you're going to do this, do it when no one's around. I saw a couple do this with a room full of people and thought it was extremely inconsiderate. Overall, I'm glad I was able to wash my clothes, but don't miss the laundromat experience, especially this location's. What would bump this review to a 3/4/5 star would be if this place was a little bigger, had better peak hour management, and staff who could regularly wipe the appliances down to prevent bleach from getting on unsuspecting people's clothing. I am really missing my washer right now. Too bad due to supply chain issues none of the good brands seem to be in stock for purchase, and no way in hell am I opting in for another Samsung/LG appliance. read more

If you can, use your card at all costs. Tried getting change, and I only got 3 quarters back. Tried giving a text message for this issue, and I never got back a response. Tried starting the dryer with all 3 remaining quarters, and I ended up thinking that my card is better suited for the place. I know that it's just a dollar, but it's still a bother. The dryers only have 4 minute intervals. It's good that I have sanitize wipe sheets because there's no one cleaning the carts it seems. Also, is there supervision? I saw around 2 or 3 people without masks when I tried the place. Did the place wash and dry up my comforter? I suppose that's the saving grace. That, and the place is fairly clean outside of the carts. Otherwise, the place gets a score of 1. Well, the laundromat place that I constantly passed by as a kid and still do now did its job. Too bad the place is marred by fat flaws. I'm not sure if I'd want to give the place a 2nd chance now. I'm not even sure if I should be lenient by giving a 2. +: The place did its job of being effective on its duties, and the place is fairly clean. -: Can't rely on the coin slots (a big deal for people that don't like using cards), dryers don't have a setting that allows you to properly adjust your time period like parking meters, and other flaws make the place feel average at best. read more

I've been coming here regularly since I moved to the area a little over a year ago. It's the East Bay secret, because even when it seems like it's busy there's always an available machine. Almost all machines accept credit cards. This is huge. The laundromat down the street from my house only has a few cc machines, even though the place is about double the size of Coin Op. It has a neighborhood feel and everyone gets along for the most part. Tip: try the water place next door. Best water in the area!! $1.05 for 3 gallons. Worth every penny. It's clean and the management keeps it tidy. Occasionally there is a broken machine or two but they are repaired quickly. They offered bathroom keys if you write down your information, they send them in the mail. Not sure if they still do but I'm glad I have mine. I'm a little saddened they're not 24 hours anymore, the original selling point, but I've made it work. I drive from Hayward past many laundromats to get here. That's not by accident. I like the options of sizes to wash. They have a 4x, 5x and 6x washer size. There are 4 6x washers that go for $6.50 a wash. The 5x goes for $5.00. The place is pretty clean. Standard really. Nothing too special. Art work adorn the walls. No homeless people or panhandling outside the building. There is ambient top 40 music playing in the background. They offer free wifi so that's a plus if you need to get work done while waiting. While I was waiting for my laundry I was able to st I feel pretty safe in that there are security cameras located throughout the laundromat. I don't see that they take card but there are change machines to convert your bills into quarters. It is a nonsmoking place so that's always a plus. read more

As far as Laundromats go, this place leaves little to be wanting for. The bathroom is clean. They have washers and dryers that can take 2/3 standard loads at a time. They accept Apple Pay. I have a sneaking suspicion that the hot water isn't very hot, so if you have allergies or eczema that may cause in issue. Also, the addition of WiFi would be nice. read more

Have been visiting this laundromat now and then close to two years and haven't found any big issue or felt uncomfortable so far. Although I do not frequent here often, found worthwhile during all my visits. Since this is open 24 hours, it's always convenient for me to drop in by any time whenever I wanted to and have felt fairly secured even at late night hours. This is a standard coin-operated and self-service laundry, but they maintain it quite decently. Have seen store cleaners doing their duties without disturbing the users. The store has different load size options for Washers, - Regular ($1.75 per load), - 4X ($4.50 per load) and - 6X ($6.50 per load). However, the Dryers are one-sized and nothing to worry, there are plenty of them (a Quarter for 4 mins). Helpful Tips, - There are two different bill changers that accepts $1/ $5/ $10/ $20. One of them is a latest machine allowing two people to use it at a time. - There is a soap-bleach-softener machine as well ($1.25 per use). - Five to Six Carts (although a few more could help better) - You'l always hear good music at the background or might even find something interesting to read from their array of books. - There is a 7-eleven next door, good to treat yourselves during the wait time if need be. Flip sides of my recent visit, When I visited yesterday, some machines (both washers and dryers) were out of service and looks like Remodel In-Progress. This caused a slight delay in finding a free machine as the time I visited was packed (Sunday Evening). Also, WiFi wasn't working the whole time! The complex where the laundromat is located has ample parking spots inside. Driving rule is one-way inside, so be careful and don't forget to either go straight when you enter through the first entrance of the complex or turn right when you use the second entrance. Not minding those highlighted downsides, I'll still count on this location for my future needs, as long as it continues to serve it's best!! read more

This is a pretty good laundromat. It is located in the same plaza as 7-11. Prices are reasonable. What's really cool is the general vibe of the laundromat. It's modern and friendly. If you're a female looking to do laundry, this would be a place for you because it's safe and well-lit. Another thing to note is that they take Samsung/Apple Pay AND credit/debit which is nice because getting change is a pain.... The place is on the smaller side so come during awkward times of the day (i.e. lunch time.) Business comes in waves so once it's busy, all the machines are pretty much taken. Otherwise, it's pretty dead. There's a cute bookstore to pass time AND WiFi :-) Owner is super friendly. You can wash bathroom mats but be considerate & don't over stuff the machines or bring oversized mats. My Home washer door latch is broken, used this laundry for wash only. Overall its decent. Owner is going around, cleaning the machines etc. Medium wash(top loading) took $4.00 for hot water wash, took around 30 min. Not crowded, decently rush enough. Good parking. Me & my son were looking for a place to do our laundry, so he went on yelp and found one in Milpitas. Even though we literly have one near our home I don't really like going there cause we got questionable people that hang out near by. Well, go in on a Sunday afternoon the place was full of people doing their laundry. If you plan on doing large load their might be a little of a wait to use their machines. The large one like the one I have in the pictures takes 26 min to cycle. They also have the med size ones witch is about $ 3.00 and a couple of the top load machines as well. Dryers are 25 cents per cycle. I think this place charges less to wash clothes than the one near my house. What I think is great is that the machines accept credit cards. Yup you heard right !!!! When I had emergencies where I had waited for the last minute, I gave this place a try and even though I've only been there twice, so far, so good and I hope it stays that way. Nicest laundry mat I've been to - say what??!! It's been remodeled and there are newer and more modern machines here. There's a machine for every size of laundry that you may have from washing a small load of children's clothing to your blankets. Super clean and aesthetically pleasing because of the paint job and home decor. The music is enjoyable and there is free Wi-if while you wait - Bless. It's open 24 hours a day so it can fit everyone's schedule. The location is decent and not shady at all...and I've been to some creepy laundry mats LOL the only complaint I have is that I notice that it's a little bit more than other laundry mats in the area. Having the luxury of thick blankets is wonderful in the winter but it's a pain in the neck when your washer/dryer can't accommodate it! Some of the blankets I have are very plush, and leave little to no room for water, let alone any movement in a washer or dryer. This laundromat is located nearby, and it's definitely been a helping hand. Always being my go to for large quantities of clothes or bedding, they provide free metal carts that can carry your supplies to and from your car towards the inside. The main concern is the tight squeezes among other customers on days when it's much busier, so this carts are both a blessing and curse! Many times I've had the misfortune of few or more machines out of order for the time being, but nonetheless I was able to get what I needed without worry. They sell dryer sheets, and do cash to coin exchanges in the small machines connected to the wall- so all self sufficient, and all easy with no interaction whatsoever! I'd recommend being your own soap since there isn't any provided, and it's always nice having a signature laundry scent! The large dryers for a quarter every 5 minute usage is the best thing this place has. So economically affordable, and easy! They also play radio stations from the top corner of the store, so it's never a silent time here. read more

Located in small strip mall that includes a 7-11, a couple restaurants, tutoring center, and barber shop. I only come here to wash large comforters and blankets. They offer large machines for these (6x a normal load), $6.50 for the largest cycle, 30 minutes to wash/rinse. There are a couple wooden benches inside to wait on also. Haven't encountered any homeless people or creepos around here. The machines are digital and only take quarters. They have a change machine inside for your $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills. If you need to break your bigger bills, just buy a pack of gum at the 7-11 next door. Supersize dryers are huge and it's $.20 cents for every 4 minutes. Would be nice if they had TV's and offered WiFi for those who wait inside. Overall, place seems OK clean and well maintained. And it's open 24 hours. read more

My family and I always come here to do all of our laundry! The whole place is clean and it's right next door to 7-Eleven so if you need snacks or anything else it's only a couple steps away! There's also a bathroom that you can ask for a key if you live in the city of Milpitas! I just got mine in the mail today so it will come in handy instead of me driving across the street to go inside my home to use the bathroom! It's totally one of those 40 Days, 40 Nights bit... it's interesting to have to such things in public (your dirty underwear, dirty laundry... a bit of throw-up from a drunken night... just kidding).
