They recommend you zelle someone in the office and they will give you cash which you then have to put into their change machine that spits quarters out to you and all over the floor. PRICES: $8.50 for their largest washers (90/91) 0.25¢/4 minutes for their largest dryers (11/12) We spend $23.75 to wash our bed sheets and pillows and a total of $9.00 drying everything. There is one designated eating area with three seats to be shared. There are drinks for sale (cans of soda) for $1.50 and instant noodles for $5 Overall I did not see any employees that were actively cleaning or helping people. This place is very self service with the exception of the bathroom--the attendant gave my partner a key and while he was using it another person walked in on him. I love laundromats, I usually look forward to visiting one because of how clean they are and how accessible they are. Do not go here for laundry. They make you run a second load for cleaning because they have no cleaning supplies of their own. I looked for any signs for not washing pets stuff with our laundry and there were non. After we washed our loaded our wash the staff came out and asked us to run a second full load $9 because there were pet hairs. NO signage, nothing posted about us having to clean the laundry machine for them. Tell me if im correct but aren't owner are responsible for the maintenance of their machine? I was really hoping that this would be my new go-to laundromat, but unfortunately, my experience here was not good. This location is closer to the laundromat that I usually go to which is a plus. Another added plus is that there are several dessert places in this plaza with an added bonus of having The Kickin' Crab in the same plaza! Location-wise, this is a very convenient place for me. Parking is decent and there are a few trees around if you want some shade to hide under. Another pro about this place is that it is fairly clean. They have a sink, but they had no more towels to dry your hands off with. I suspect it is because there aren't as many people at this location compared to the one I usually go to. Unfortunately, there are too many cons about Cropley Laundromat. They only have small carts to put your laundry in, so if you have a big basket, you'd have to put it sideways. I also noticed that there were multiple machines that were out of order and sure enough, one of the dryers I used didn't work. Even their soap dispenser was out of order! I lost 50 cents from dryer #21 because the coins were stuck and wouldn't go all the way down nor was I able to take them back out from the dryer machine. Unfortunately, dryer #21 wasn't labeled as "out of order." Another con about this place is that there is no staff inside to manage the laundromat in case something happens. Since it was only 50 cents, I didn't bother calling them, but the experience just didn't sit well with me. It would be great if they had a restroom in case you need to use it while waiting for your laundry, but this laundromat doesn't have one. This laundromat is a bit run down and the machines are old but overall clean. A big inconvenience I found was not being able to use pay using my credit card or contactless pay. All of their machines required coins. They do have a coin machine which you can exchange dollar bills with, but it would be nice to have more options of payment like some other laundromats. Another big turn-off was that the prices here are higher than the laundromat I go to. For example, the dryer here costs 25 cents/5min whereas the other place costs 25 cents/6 min. Their wash (same machine as the other place) costs $3.50/wash whereas the other place costs $2.50/wash. After weighing the pros and cons of Cropley Laundromat, I decided that this will not be my go-to laundromat. read more

With the New Management, this laundromat has now a "Touch of Class" newly repaired Restroom with nice flooring, new machines are being installed, walls are painted with white which make it appear really clean, floor is always clean. I don't use laundromats unless I'm washing something like a comforter, so I'm not there often. So I wouldn't expect myself to have a bad experience. I left my comforter in a dryer and napped (literally) in the front of the place so I could grab it when it was finished. I woke up less than 10 minutes the time that my clothes was finished and saw from my car one of the WORKERS was grabbing my laundry out the dryer. I run in to grab it from him and put it in my bag. Turns out, these customers NEEDED that specific dryer RIGHT at that moment. Few things: 1. DONT TOUCH PEOPLE'S LAUNDRY/CLOTHES. I literally paid $20 to get this cleaned and you're gonna grab my clean clothes with your dirty hands as if you didn't just clean the establishment. (Yes, the workers are constantly maintaining/cleaning the place.) I understand if it was sitting there for 30 min to an hour, but less than 10 minutes? Lol.... poor decision made by bad management. 2. As a customer, how bout you either WAIT for your dryer of choice to open or OR use another one like a normal, considerate human being? Not a good place to do laundry.. it's in a good location but I feel as though the owners don't see it's potential.. Too many outdated machines and broken ones on the side instead of disposing of it. The bathrooms can't be used. Dryers are too expensive. Had to pay $3 in quarters to dry clothes and I didn't even fill it to the full. The high heat is really at low. We used the large machines and it's $9 and at other laundromat we've tried it's only $5.50-$7.. This place was recommended by our friend so we tried. But we are not coming back it's too filthy. Reliable open on a holiday, it doesn't help that the machines are reliable. The dryer cost to much and and you'll spent $30.00 to wash 2 comforters. Pipes broke down and i didn't have clean clothes, which called for a trip to the closest laundromat to my home. I don't really expect much coming to a laundromat. Walking in, i was reminded of the episodes of Friends where Rachel and Ross had a laundromat date. As of today (08.01.16), the price for: - detergent/fabric softener: $1.00 - cycle on the WASHER: $3.00 (30 minute cycle) - cycle on the DRYER: $0.25 per MINUTE I was little surprised by the pricing for it, but when it comes down to really needing clothes washed, i can't complain much. This place has been here for ages and when I have blankets or large laundry to be washed. You can count on Cropley Laundromat. The place is clean and well kept witch is a plus. It's been a while since I last visited this place but for the Large machine it's $4.75 and they have another machine witch they charge $4.00 I am guessing it's the next size down from the biggest washer. The dryers cost 25cents for a 7 minute cycle. That's not to bad and if you forgot to bring your laundry supplies well it's gonna cost you 50 cents to buy a sample size box of soap or fabric softener. Also they have drop off's also where you can drop your laundry and pick it up later. I don't know how much the charge for that it though. I came in today only because I needed something close to my place so I could do a last minute wash before going to the airport. Omg I can't believe how much is being charged for machines here now! $2.50 for the older washer machines, $3.00 for the newer standard size machines, and I'm pretty sure I see $8 for a large machine! Who even has the money to waste to do their laundry here? This area is not on the richer side, since it's mostly low income apartments. So who comes here?! Lol. I've come here regularly to do my laundry for 6 months now. Washing is $3.00 a load, dryer is $0.25 for 5 mins, all payable in quarters. There is a machine that converts dollars to quarters. The whole place is fine. I lost money in a washer that didn't work once, but I suppose it just happens. My laundry always comes out clean. I never feel unsafe there. Sometimes I wait indoors, but if it's crowded I wait in my car or go next door and get ice cream. read more

At $1.75 per washload, might be a bit more than usual, but I don't mind paying because this is one of the few laundromats in the area that's actually very clean and decent. This place is terrible. I thought I'd save a couple of dollars over the place I usually go, but I regret it. The place is very ratty and dirty, and the people in it suit the place. The owner was there and was very helpful, but that doesn't change the fact that it's a shit hole. At my usual laundromat, I run my drying for 30 minutes and everything comes out dry. Ran it for 28 minutes here and it felt like the drier had barely done a thing. Just pulled on a very wet t-shirt this morning after leaving all of my laundry hanging to air dry some more. The guy also recommended adding way more of my HE detergent than I normally do and told me that I need more if I want my clothes clean... Not sure if he just doesn't understand HE detergent, or his machines are just shitty. Ugh, not worth the attempted savings at all. Also has warnings everywhere not to leave your clothes unattended. The new owner of this place is money sucker soon as he took over the place he increased the amount to .50 cents per load right away without any notice. The new owner are father and son, the father was saying that the reason why they increase the price is because the rent went high, yeah right! what a co-incidence. I had some laundry done via drop off, and they wrecked 2 of my expensive shirts. I had specifically asked to not have them ironed, and they obviously did iron them which wrecked the material. There were burn marks in the exact shape of an iron on the pockets of the shirts. These shirts retailed for $60, so I lost $120.00 just by going to this laundromat. Then, when I went back to talk to them about it, they denied it and said that I had to come back the next day to talk to the manager. When I did that, they said that the manager was not there again, and that he was sleeping in the middle of the day. I asked for my money back, but they denied that they had any money on site (which was obviously a lie). More importantly, their attitude was very poor and rude.
