The owner's response below claiming this is from "mixing fabric types" is a complete lie and scientifically impossible. Fabric mixing does not create industrial mechanical grease--failing machine bearings and leaky seals do. More importantly, I have video confirmation from their own employee explicitly admitting that the damage was caused by their faulty washing machine. Instead of owning up to their equipment failure, the owners have ignored me directly and chose to post nonsense excuses publicly to avoid paying for the damage. Zero accountability and terrible business ethics. Do not trust them with your clothes. They will ruin your items and then try to gaslight you. The owner clearly knows their equipment is malfunctioning and leaking oil, but they would rather cheat customers out of their money than maintain their machines. Do not bring your clothes here unless you want them destroyed. Absolutely awful customer service and a dishonest owner. The attendant called the owner, and I was shocked by how the owner handled it. They completely refused to pay for the ruined clothes, wouldn't give the customer their name or direct contact info, and basically told them to get lost and just call the store line. Seeing an owner treat a paying customer like that after their machine destroyed someone's property is terrifying. It shows they don't maintain their equipment and they don't care about the people who spend money here. If their machines leak oil and management hides from the blame, nobody's clothes are safe. This laundry mat is usually clean, always pretty busy and difficult to get a cart or dryer at times. I am only giving them three stars because there has been no hot water for over a month maybe longer. I come here to wash large items primarily but I really would like to use hot water. Very clean and the staff are helpful. I had not been to a laundromat in years and did not know they did not take quarters any longer and the staff guided me on how to obtain the card so that I could dry my clothing when our dryer broke. I am not feeling good here because the lady working at the laundry in the morning is so mean to customers. She has taken the machine for people to use if they speak the same language as her ( Spanish ) . I love the coin less option, i do wish that they would take quarters as payment to reload the card but that's only because i had leftover quarters. My kids enjoy sitting down in the bench while they watch the movie that is playing which helps a lot for me to get going with laundry. Been doing my laundry for almost 2 years. The place is clean. I'm writing this to let you know that people are running the dryers with already dry clothes just to save it after their clothes in the washer is done. I meant, a single piece of cloth on 3 to 5 dryers which to me is wasting electricity. I asked your staff Virginia and she said it's OK. Isn't it fair to load it after you washed and not intentionally load dried clothes with the intent of saving the dryer for yourself leaving other people waiting? Another thing, just because I am not Latina, Virginia allowed my stuff to be taken out from the washer by a Mexican lady and put her clothes and started washing while I was just getting my laundry detergent soap in mr car. When I encountered this place I was very happy because it is clean very clean, I am also big on clean bathrooms as well check on my list. Please do something about your dryers, no reason clothes cannot dry within 30 mins, I put my rugs in the dryer for 50mins , blanket over 60mins and still didn't dry. This is by far one of the best laundromats I've been to in the area. Not only do all the machines work, but they organize payments via a laundry card that accepts both cash and credit. No need to compile your quarters here! The best thing is that they have wifi for customers to use, a nice little seating area and a movie playing for you to keep entertained. It's also conveniently located next to a 24 hour fitness for you to squeeze in a gym sesh! This place is always clean and the attendants keep the place lookin' tidy. Just make sure you double check your washer/dryer before you leave because I found $5 from the person before me but I turned it in. read more

Safi laundry is a great local laundry for the area around Independence High. My wife and I go there on a weekly basis and have never had any problems with the staff or the machines failing on us. The place is clean and the bathroom requires you to use your Safi laundry card to get in to make it only accessible to people using the laundromat. Their staff is really attentive to all their patrons that go there. The staff also makes sure the laundromat is clean at all times throughout the days of operations. Most of the time there's one attendant that stays a little bit over the closing time to give enough time to do all your laundry. They also hold on to and clean your laundry if you forget it there. They hold up to two weeks just to give you a chance to pick it up. read more

Super clean! My only gripe is the cost to dry. 16 to wash 24 to dry. My items are not completely dry I would need to spend maybe another 24. So what will work for me next time is to wash here and dry at home. I was trying to cut my wash/ dry time down but, it got me halfway there. I arrive at 8:10 and got my laundry in machines and machines were ready but when i was about to pay (before 8:20), a lady stopped me and told me i cant wash anyone. She pointed at the sign which was posted at the door and you can barely see. Had to put everything back in my bags and leave. I was able to throw in my clothes, go to the gym for a little, and come back to throw them in the dryer. It's my first time at any laundromat so I'm not really sure what to expect in terms of prices. I am a certified massage therapist with a mobile practice. The laundry was another job and lugging it to the laundry mat, washing/drying and folding was taking up half a day and tiring. It was starting to make me rethink being mobile due to the time and energy it took to do it all. The owner reached out right away, quoted me less than the other competitors that responded out and I have been taking my sheets 1-2 times a month to them ever since. Over 6 months now. The staff is welcoming and friendly every time I go. The facilities are super clean and Im in and out pretty fast. They call me within 24-48hrs that its ready and bam- I pick it up and thats it. Easy breezy. I recommend them for their laundry services but also for using their washers/dryers. They do a good job of keeping their machines up and the place clean. I accidentally found this place last year or so and have been returning since. Very clean facility! Staff is always available to help and they are always cleaning/sanitizing. I like the laundry card concept because I'll just load it once in a while and use it as I need. They also offer laundry services as well if you're short on time. read more

I like how clean it was and the wash/dryers are fast even for huge loads. Chill and the person working there was nice. You can get dryer sheets and detergent in the vending machines there. You have to pay with a card though that you preload while you are there on a little machine. It's $0.25 cents a min for dryer, can add up but you can get so much done in one load. read more

Walked in not expecting much due to how laundry places are usually owned and ran but when I say this is a different type of laundromat not even joking, with a great atmosphere, clean machines and overall business is tidy and fairly priced . The owner is present, very nice and helpful with setting up a laundry card which I think is great because you don't have to worry about pulling cash and all washer and dryers are digital, a variety of soaps and dryer sheets as well as snacks that you can use the same preloaded card for. Excellent and fast service. I travel a lot and arrived to Santa Clara with a suitcase full of dirty laundry which was in dire need of attention. I was only in town for the weekend to work. I made an inquiry at approx 5am for wash and fold service and at 7:30am I received not only a quick response but an accommodation for pick up at my hotel prior to my trip to work. The service was perfect and after they washed and folded the clothes with my request they neatly picked the clean clothes back into my suitcase which made it perfect for my flight out the next day.
