Second time this place taking my money. I put $1300 in the change machine. I got quarters not verifying the amount. I bought 2×oxy soap at $1.25 each. Then went to put money in a $7.00 washer. The machine requires one quarter at a time. I kept feeding the machine and a couple of times the coin did not register. So I pushed the reject button but only 1 coin came out. I complained to the lady who hardly speaks any English and she just looked at me and said, "You push button, no coin, no problem" and walked away. This happened to me about 4-months ago and when I tried to record her, she told me to leave When I looked at my change, I only had $3.25. Where did my missing quarter go and the other 4 quarters? It had to be the change machine and that dryer that did not return my one quarter. read more

It's very bad, I don't recommend it and the woman working there doesn't care about the customers, if you ask a question she just looks at her phone and acts like you don't exist. The customer satisfaction is zero. read more

Rainbow Laundry & Water - Lady did not let us use the bathroom after we were paying customers terrible service - Laundromat Near Me - San Jose, California

if there was an option to put 0 stars i would. I left my clothes in the big dryer for not even 5 extra minutes after they were done and the owner lady took my clothes out because someone else wanted to use it. This was on a Saturday night as it is not busy, therefore they could've used another washer. This is the first time this happened and it's weird for someone else to touch my clothes. read more

Great place to get your laundry done. Great machines, price, service. The staff are great and plenty of room complete your laundry taste. Also love the rocket money app feature to pay for your washing and drying. read more

This is the first time i do laundry outside. My mom and I came with a giant bag of clothes and had no idea how to do it. Luckily the girl who works there really friendly introduced us step by step and willingly answered all my silly questions About the space, nothing special. A small space with different kind of washing machine and dryer. Kinda crowded at weekend (which leads to some complicated situations). The lady keeps the floor and the washing machine always clean they also have place for you to fill up water read more

If i could give this place a 100 stars i would! its very big and with all different sizes of machines! they have all your to-do Laundry needs plus snacks, drinks and most importantly great customer service! Oh did i mention they make spare keys too! they really have it all. lol i came last minute and wasnt rushed or looked at in any way that was demeaning. The lady was so helpful and they have a bathroom which i find these days hard to find. Go support this fabulous buisness and get a bag while your at it! i havent been this excited since i won a game at a carnival (which has only happened twice in my life because im terrible at those carny games lol). Even if you have your own machines stop by and try it out its always good to help our locals and they are open till midnight last wash is at 11:30pm. just amazing all around! Hue was working during my very impressive first time here and is the main reason this will be my forever place to wash clothes if it wasnt for her it would have just been another place to wash clothes but Hue Made a impact on this experience that has now made it to if im washing clothes im forever going to be at the Rainbow Laundry & Water! Just Wow! now what are you waiting for go get a one of a kind bag and get your Rainbow wash on! read more

Rainbow Laundry & Water - So excited to have my own official Rainbow Laundry bag - Laundromat Near Me - San Jose, California

Very clean and well-maintained don't let the older style architect building fool you, they offer a mobile app to pay for the washers and dryers. No more getting cash then converting into quarters and the feeding th quarters into the machines so unnecessary in this tech day and age why all laundromat don't offer cashless mobile apps dunno. The app let's me know when my laundry is almost ready when it is done and which machines I have laundry in. The . They have a restroom ND free wifi available for customers. I drive past 6 or 7 laundry places to come here read more

Good laundromat, positive energy - good area next to the high school, liquor store nearby

So I came here this morning on (Feb 25) first time and absolutely adore this laundromat I just need to come here to wash my cal king comforter because it doesn't fit in my washer that's in my apartment but I love how they have extra large washers and extra large dryers you got a forever customer dear to the owner(s) haha also it's great you can fill up your water jugs and make keys if needed it's not just a laundromat I love versatile businesses get that money honey also love how clean it is most other laundromats are kind of gross! read more

Laundry facilities are good. They have items you might have forgotten for sale. Attendant is on top of things but abrasive so be prepared if you are used to friendly service. I thankful have a washer and dryer at home, but my comforter needs a commercials washer. I noticed a spot I needed to scrub before drying. Unbeknownst to me, although it wasn't dripping wet, standing in place did result in water dripping. Attendant was unnecessarily snippy about an honest mistake that I wiped up. read more

Come here often to do laundry place is always clean and the young lady attendant is attentive and helpful to customers prices are fair and there usually is enough machines and carts to go around would recommend if you are looking for a wash house read more

I absolutely HATE this place. I was looking for late laundromats open and decided to look on yelp. I found this place, came in saturday night at 9:40 after checking on if this place was really open until 12. I saw a review that said you have to have your wash in by 10:45. So I came by, got my $20 worth of quarters, from the machine, put 3 loads in and this old man who barely speaks any english came up to me (@9:50) and said that they were closing at 10 when CLEARLY ON THE WINDOW IT SAYS THEY CLOSE AT 12 IF YOU PUT IN YOUR LAUNDRY BY 10:45. And he just kept saying "no i dont care" VERY RUDELY. I especially dont understand why he couldn't say that when we first walked in and not AFTER I was halfway done loading my laundry and already going to put the quarters in. I'M VERY UPSET. WORST SERVICE EVER. DEFINITELY WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK. read more

Being are Maytag washer broke, I needed a safe, clean laundry facility. It was virtually empty, and extra large capacity washer and dryers were available. Place is very clean, and staff are kind & helpful, they provided me with quarters', they also take payrange app. which offers first wash/dry free. Seating inside and out, a nice place to wash your belongings, fast and safely. read more

This place is great! The service is excellent. It's very clean. The attendants are always sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing the machines. They clean the restroom every 20 minutes. The machines are very new and you can pay with quarters or an app you can load on your phone. read more

The people at Rainbow are very helpful and friendly. Very clean. Well lit. They also make key and have place to fill water.

what a horrible place after losing a dollar in a dryer because the door would not close at all, and having to load everything into another dryer I asked for a refund, thinking the person in charge would put an out of order sign on it, make an effort to get it fixed and refund my money. None of that happened! She went back to doing her paperwork and attempted to ignore me I suggest you put her and her "paperwork" in a back room where she doesn't have to interact with the public, which is definitely not one of her skills. read more

Best in San Jose. They do a superior job. Prices are more than fair. Service spectacular. Wash.fold sort & deliver!!!

I just tried to do laundry on a Friday night at 10:20 PM and was met at the door by an elderly gentleman adamantly telling me that they are closed. I informed him that yelp indicates that they are open until midnight he says weekends only! Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. read more

Extremely disappointed: They close at midnight and I arrived at 10pm. Last wash is at 10:45pm. I drove far for an emergency wash only to be turn down. Don't waste your time here. Go somewhere else. Go to a better neighborhood laundromat. Zero stars! read more

This is the cleanest laundromat in San Jose. The lady is always washing and wiping machines, counters etc. Always open early in the morning. My favorite laundromat (if there can be such a thing).
