Rarely use a laundromat, but on 7/21/25 I used Xpressway to wash a lot of bedding that I brought home from my cabin. The young man working there when I arrived @ 11:45 P.M. was very kind, polite and helpful. I was able to buy soap and dryer sheets from him @ only $1 per box. He also told me which would be the best washers and dryers to use for bedding. The place was very clean and customer service outstanding. Have been bringing large comforters and bulky items here to get washed for the last couple years. I called ahead today to make sure items I dropped off would be ready by a certain time and he said no problem so I let him know I was on my way with the items. I've been here for 30 minutes and he's still nowhere to be found. I called twice, while standing by the office to be sure no one was in there, and no answer. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time coming out here. Update: Wound up leaving after waiting to still have no one show up to the office area. Picture it. Friday night. Two loads of sopping wet clean laundry. I've had one in the dryer for over two hours... still not dry. Enter Yelp and Xpressway. I convinced my boyfriend to cart me and the laundry out and within 20 minutes my two huge loads of laundry were dry. This location is fantastic. It sports a couple tvs, and a 7/11 next door, which let me tell you, makes everything a million times easier. My expectations were broken, and shattered on the floor. This is our second time here. The first time we had them wash, dry and fold. It was about $80 for 60 lbs of clothes, which was 6 laundry baskets. The downfall to that was we refilled everything because everyone's folds differently and they didn't leave things sorted as we had so we received clothes back with stains. So today decided to do it on our own. They have a card system that clearly states new cards are $.50 (fifty cents), yet I was charge $$.85 (eighty five cents) for the new card. After putting $40 on the card, I had a remaining balance of $39.15. Change your sign. They guy working in the morning was complaining that the staff from the night shift didn't clean up and left the place a mess. And when asked how long our maxi loads should take to dry on average, something an employee should know he choose to explain how the machines work and how I can add time. That was not what I asked. We have a working dryer, so is it worth doing it there or taking it home? Does the average amount of clothes need 8, 16, or 24 minutes. I would expect the employees to have some idea. Furthermore, I sell appliances so I do not need an education on l how washers and dryers work. And after figuring it out ourselves it looks like they need at least 24 minutes. We even separated out the washer loads to make them smaller in the dryer. Other reviews showed that when people arrived, the workers helped to unload. Neither experience did we have help or an offer of assistance. The employee was cleaning while we were there, so the place is clean and acceptable for a coin laundry business. read more

I showed up at 1250am with my laundry and the closing guy said no were closer. It clear says last wash at 1am and they close at 2am. I Said it's his last wash is at 1 and he said that's in a few minutes and I was like OK The boy said so that means I can still put a load in till one and he said nope. I get that it's late but last wssh at 1 means last wiash at 1. If not then say last wash at 1230am. I loaded up my car and drove over here which is not even near my house because it's the only place open just to be turned away. And not even in a nice way. Super annoyed.not sure why that man has a job till 2am if he doesn't want to work tl then and regardless maybe he shouldn't work customer service I'd he doesn't know how to politely turn people away. The late night availability is useful, but there are a few downsides. First, some good. The hours are great and convenient. The place is also impressively clean. As I am typing this, the clerk is cleaning even the top of the machines. The bathroom is pristine and flawless, and even the front large glass windows are crystal clear. Be wary of payment, however. This facility does not take coins or card directly. They instead use a card based system. You prepay (with cash only) for a card that you apply to the machines. While they do keep signs posted for machines out of service, not all of the card readers in the machines work very well--some need multiple tries, others fail to read altogether. If you've loaded your clothes and applied soap, you're SOL. Gotta switch. Another thing to remember is that if this isn't your primary laundromat and just a late night rush, you'll likely end up putting more than you need on that card. Nonetheless, it's a valid system--you just have to know what you're getting into. My only real issue is with the service I had. The small interaction with the clerk at the time clearly showed that I was unfamiliar with their system and new. Not knowing about the card system in place, I tried using a credit card. He did not take any initiative in helping and left me fumbling with my card, wasting precious time late at night 2 hours before close. I even asked directly if these machines "take card" as payment, to which I received an affirmative nod. (I guess I was misunderstood?) After a minute of thought, I deduced that there had to be a prepaid system, like a dave and busters. I initially intended this as a 3 star review. Communication is important to me, and this card mishap shouldn't have been an issue. However, the clerk's diligence in maintaining the facility and watching over the customer's clothes in their absence is commendable. I noticed other reviews implying a shady area. It's not exactly golden. I'm used to this. If you're not used to an area leaning towards ratchet, and are bothered by such, you better be prepared. Or come earlier in the day Lol. read more

This was probably my best experience in a laundromat EVER. I have a washer and dryer at home. I also have a queen size bed. Have you ever attempted to wash a queen size comforter? It takes an industrial machine. I picked Xpressway because it was the closest to my house and still in a direction where I could do other stuff as well. I am SO glad I chose it. When I walked in I must have looked a little lost. Everywhere around me were shiny stainless rectangles with round blind eyes. Huge machines, up to 75 lbs (I can't imagine how much laundry weighs that much!). A man mopping asked me if I needed help and then proceeded to show me the smaller capacity machines and talk me through the process of getting a payment card. He (Frederick as it turns out, the current manager) was incredibly helpful and pleasant. The card for laundry did cost 85 cents, this seems pretty reasonable to me. Once you procure one, you can add any amount on the dollar to it. I put four dollars on top of the 15 cents I had remaining from my dollar in and that was it. 2.25 for the washer load in an 18 lb machine, plus 3 cycles in an industrial dryer at 35 cents for 8 minutes. The bonus was not having to worry about quarters or jammed change slots and lost money. The place was super clean, with plenty of folding space and laundry rollers. The counters were clean and well maintained with none of that sticky, drippy residue that I've seen in other laundromats. While a trip to the laundromat is never fun, this place was clean, open and easy. The TV mounted into the wall had standard sitcoms (I caught half of an episode of Everyone Loves Raymond and half of Friends) but the volume isn't too soft or overpowering. I brought my own soap, but they had the standard stuff available for purchase in case you forget something, I didn't have to pee while I was there, so I don't know if they have a bathroom, but overall? I thought this place was awesome, hence the 5 stars. Forgive my extended review of the laundromat, but I was really impressed. He was VERY friendly and professional and I am thankful for that. This is the only reason why I am giving the new rating. PS: He found the clothes and will hold them for me. Even if he hadn't located the clothes and he called back as nice as he did just now, I'd still give the extra two stars for demonstrating good customer service and follow through. My suggestion is to not call the first few hours of opening the doors if you need some 'on-hand' assistance. It is my feeling that the gentleman was frazzled 45 minutes after opening and obviously did NOT want to deal with my little dilemma at the start of his day...but again, customer service is what matters to most of us...so at least offer to call me back during a more convenient time...don't engage in condescending conversation. Anyway, he redeemed himself ;) and all is well and hopefully you have a good experience. This place came recommended by a family member which is how I ended up there. Crappy Customer Service: I called 45 minutes after opening and explained that I left a load of laundry in the washer. I asked if he has seen or heard of a load of wet clothes being left behind since yesterday around 5PM. His response was, "I don't know I just walked in and I don't know what clothes you had here or what washer you used". Well, that's not what I asked. I didn't ask for a description of my dirty clothes. And why did he just walk in when the place opened 45 minutes ago? Maybe that's why I called for 45 minutes and no one answered. But I digress... I then refined my question and asked if he had seen or heard of any clothes left behind in the 18 pound washer immediately next door to the 75 pound washer. He said again, "I don't know I just walked in and haven't checked the machines but someones using that machine right now". I asked him, "can I call back in a little while after you have checked?" His response: "I'm listening". ---- Excuse me? What? Are we on the same planet? I don't think you are listening, sir. Bottom Line: I am asking a relative to check for me as I work 20 miles away and the person on the other end of the phone is frustrating me beyond end and is not concerned or willing to walk 20 feet to the washer I used, or to check in the back for lost clothes. I totally understand that that my clothes may have grown feet and walked out the door with another customer. I understand that he probably gets blamed for stealing peoples clothes when they forget them. I get it. But I wasn't being an ass, I am a paying customer, and I needed some customer service and an appropriate response to my legitimate questions. Rating: Had this person not been such a smart ass with me on the phone I would've given the place a 5 star after my very first visit because yesterday's employee was extremely helpful, the place is very clean, and the washers and dryers I used were great. They even have wi-fi, so I was able to do my homework while there (and forget about one of my loads of laundry in the washer-lol!). To the Owners: It's too bad this guy blew it for me. I hope he isn't the owner and if he is--wow what a shame. If the owners read this, it is 8/18/14 and I called at 7:45 about this--so whoever is on the shift is not the friendliest person on staff. Excellent machines for washing and drying. I like that they have a super heavy duty washer for 25lbs for $8 per load in case you have a huge load of clothes. Works out much cheaper than putting the big load into different washers. Parking is a problem because they share the space with a 7-Eleven convenience store, but I could usually squeeze into a spot at the times I went. Mostly Sunday afternoons. read more

I mentioned it was my first time at this laundromat Franklin who manages the place was extremely helpful very willing to explain how everything worked showed me how to save the most amount of money by choosing the right size washers to use walked me through the process of getting a laundry card, no quarters used here, but you do you need cash to load the card. Franklin walked around offering to help people, sweeping, tidying up, VERY good customer service! Only reason it's not 5 star is parking is cramped and very limited shares parking lot with 7 eleven. Sitting area inside laundromat is also very limited I sat in my car it was actually very comfortable. read more
