Customer service A+, their procedure was explained to me. And if I ask a question they answer it. This company has helped me so much. I keep calling them back. read more

Mari provides such great service! She has always been on time and is able to accommodate most of my schedule changes when I need to switch to a different date. My clothes always smell fresh and are folded so beautifully and sorted, which makes for ease of putting away. I had one small issue that she resolved right away. For the price I pay, I feel I'm getting a reasonable deal to not have to invest my time into doing laundry each week. read more

My washer isn't working and the replacement part has been on back-order for several weeks. In the meantime I discovered iDoLaundry and I am very happy I did. This service is great! Marisol explains everything and is very responsive and answers any questions you may have. Also, they come to your house to pick up the laundry and return it nicely folded in a tight turnaround time (usually 24 hours, which is impressive). I am definitely a satisfied customer. read more

Great service. Found through yelp, had just moved and needed to catchup on several bags of laundry. Super responsive and great service. Picked up and dropped off on time. They even dropped off days earlier than quoted. Will be using them going forward. read more

A clean laundry facility with a variety of machine choices for whatever your cleaning needs are- I used the huge machine for comforters and large rugs which also included detergent and fabric softener!! You can purchase a pre loaded card for seamlessly paying for each load either washing or drying. (Hint: it's cheaper!) The attendant was super helpful and gave me some cool washing tips! If hungry, there is a nearby bakery/taqueria/ grocery store in the same parking lot. The only downside is that the parking is super tight- gotta get there early or Mon.- Fri. read more

The best laundry service you could hire. They are extremely professional. They pick up everything wash fold and sort and drop off in 24 hrs. She really makes life easier for hard times. I wish I could hire her weekly for life. read more

Marisol is amazing! Her dedication to finding the right schedule for our family was perfect. Her responsiveness was incredible, too. As for the clothes, they were folded, smelled amazing and the 24 hour turn around time is a dream. Thank you! read more

They have been providing us with dependable and quality service for the last 10 years and counting.

I called them desperate because literally every one of my son's room/teammates were positive for Covid, except my son, and his landlord removed their washer and dryer for renovations. Nearly everything he owned was dirty, and he couldn't leave the house. IDoLaundry to the rescue! I called and let them know about the Covid situation, and they were able to take precautions. They picked up his stuff the very next day and took less than 24 hours to return it! He said they were immaculate. They were all wonderful and super easy to work with. I'm in a different state, and as a mom, I could relax because they let me help my son during a scary and hard time! USE THEM! read more

Great services!! Mari was nice and friendly. She answered all my questions. It was easy to schedule pick up, returns and turn around time was within 24 hours! read more

This service is worth its weight in gold!! My husband and I work full time and have a little one so I fall behind on laundry a lot. I finally admitted defeat and called Mari. She was so kind and helpful through the whole process! She texted me updates and had such a fast turnaround time! (Literally all my clothes where washed, dried, and folded by the next day). She saved my messy house, and my sanity. I will definitely be using her service again! read more

Update: I have never given a poor review, however, after my recent interactions with Mari I feel compelled to share. I doubt my negative experience will affect anyone from using her services but maybe it will help with your interactions. Her contract and her verbal communication were contradictory, however, she agreed to remove me from my contract (30 day notice) if I gave her a good review (to which I did, below). Right afterwards I noticed the charges on my credit card for the last 2 pick ups she doubled my fees. I called to ask her about this and she was very rude ... going back to contract (already resolved), stating I was wasting her time and constantly questioning why I was "confused." When she did locate receipts she admits the last 2 services were the same number /size of bags but 8lbs more in weight causing the increased charges. This wasn't accurate, but, I didn't want to fight it anymore. My recommendation is to ensure you are getting your weekly weight of clothes and what she is charging you before she does the transaction. Other than the issues outlined about her quality of wash/folding is good. Mari and her team are great. Her communication is very timely and the quality of the service is exceptional. I would definitely recommend her! read more

This service, and Mari who runs it, is AMAZING! My husband and I are very particular about our clothes, but Mari has repeatedly exceeded my expectations in every way. We've been using her laundry service for pick-up and delivery on a weekly basis for the last 3 months and couldn't be happier! We found iDoLaundry on yelp and decided to give it a try based on good reviews. I'd been using a drop-off laundry service in Sunnyvale for years, but was needing a new service once we moved to San Jose. When I found iDoLaundry which would pick-up and deliver your laundry, I knew I had to try! My first phone call was extremely professional. From the first conversion with Mari, I was highly confident she was going to take care of my clothes. With my previous laundry service, I had never felt 100% confident that my clothes were being washed on low temperature so I only gave them sheets, towels, and clothes of low value. I did that at first with Mari, but after a couple successful batches of laundry, I've now trusted her with every item of clothing I have. Mari follows the exact specifications of the laundry you want. She is extremely timely and flexible with her deliveries. She's also super easy to communicate with and is always just a text message away. She will be trusted with my family's laundry for years to come. read more

Mari and her laundry service is fantastic. They come to my house pickup and deliver the next day. Laundry is always perfectly done and folded very professionally. She even asked me which detergents or fabric softeners I wanted (or if I had any allergies)! What service! She is extremely flexible with times and works around your schedule. There are lots of Laundry services out there, but Mari is a step above. This is truly a small business I am proud to endorse. Give her a shot, you won't be disappointed! read more

This is such a GREAT SERVICE and such a great deal! I work and am also a student and have hardly any time to do my laundry. Plus the one machine at my complex seems to always either be occupied or malfunctioning. So, enter Mari. She is super friendly, professional, and really takes good care of your clothes. They come back fresh and folded THE NEXT DAY. Having iDolaundry's help with this to-do list bummer has been such a relief! read more

Great Service! I was looking for something like this for a while, I hate doing laundry because then you have to fold.... Mari was punctual, she came all the way to Dublin ( she heard my desperate voice) and I have no regrets. She explained the process, the cost and delivery. Mari knows what she is doing. I will recommend her to anybody. Great service and great customer service. read more

iDo Laundry is amazing! They deserve 5+ stars in my book! Customer service is great, they always deliver on time and my clothes always look perfect! Since the first time I used their services, I loved it! I cannot say enough good things about this place! With my busy schedule, it's really nice to have this service available. You can book your pickup and pay by the pound of clothes! They always go above and beyond making sure that my clothes get back how I want them, and I can be a very picky person hehe. Overall awesome service! read more

Great family owned small business. They did 112 pounds of laundry for me. Had it turned around in 24 hours. Everything came out perfectly!

Punctual and really does a fantastic job with my clothes. However I want it done, she does it! She's also extremely kind and I love the detail she puts in the folding, so neat! Highly recommend if you are a busy and need a hand with laundry. read more

I love this service ! Mary is professional and does great work. She organizes your clothes according to shorts, tanks, pants , etc. it's so organize when you get it back so it makes it easy to put away. I'm constantly on the go for my business so any service that saves me time is well worth it. The rates are very affordable and I'm so happy I found this place. Also they pick up for free and the turnaround time is great ! read more

I'm always on the go... I tried to do my own laundry but, the outcome was never good. Sometimes I would put the laundry in the mornings but with my long days at work and other errands after work the last thing I would remember was the laundry in the washer. My laundry got ruined because it stayed there for days and it was just too time consuming. So, right before the holidays last year I realized I needed some help with my laundry. After looking around and trying different places I came to find iDoLaundry. I was a little skeptical looking at all this 5 stars reviews but non of the other places I tried where pleasing. I gave them a chance and I'm really pleased with the results. It was hard to schedule an appointment at first because they are booked so far out, I left a message to call me back and Mari called back a little latter and I have used iDoLaundry for 3 months and I love it. I have clean laundry every time I needed it and is no longer a struggle for me. I'm glad I found some I can trust. I definitely recommend them. read more

Very happy with the service. Mari was very friendly and thorough. Clothes came back very neatly folded and smelled fresh. I couldn't be more satisfied. read more

I'm so thankful for iDoLaundry and they offer free pick up and delivery. I recently moved into an apartment complex and I been very busy with all the moving that I have not had time to schedule an appointment for a pick up. I have used other laundry services before and they have not been as good. The last laundry service I used does not service my area, and my neighbors recommended me to iDoLaundry. I was a little skeptical about trying a new service, but had no choice. I called IDoLaundry and right away I felt taken care off. On my first try that my clothes came back I was like Yesssss! My clothes came back neatly folded, my pants and clothes was separated from my husband and the way the fold the underwear is awesome, it save up a lot of space in the drawer. Even the socks are paired and nicely folded. She even asked me if I wanted my laundry folded a different way to just ask. But why ask for a different way when they make it so perfect and made my life much much more easy. After using them a couple of times and seeing they were always on time and all was done right and smelled good. I asked Mari to add me for recurring service. I have been using them for over 4 months now and iDoLaundry has exceded my expectations and been able to accommodate me when I need an extra laundry day. Mari has been very nice and she has been a BIG help throughout. Thank you IDoLaundry for properly taking care of my laundry and offering great customer service. I tend to be a little picky when it comes trusting companies with my laundry, but you guys are by far the best. Keep up the good work. read more

Like a previous reviewer stated it is "a hidden gem." This Laundry Service is a fine example in every detail- how a business should be conducted and run. First of all, their first priority are the customers. That in itself can tell you so much about this business. They make every detail so easy and convenient for the customer, their attention to detail is to be commended. My laundry is returned to me within 24 hours- 100% clean and neatly folded. I have been using their service for one and a half years now and never been disappointed. read more

I just discovered this hidden gem through a family member and I LOVE them! It was really easy to schedule a pick up time and location online and they came exactly on time the next day, down to the minute! They took all my bagged up clothes and blankets and brought them back the same time the next day, all clean and folded, some on hangers, smelling amazing. I love that they give you an option to pay for hangers or they can just use yours. The driver who came was very nice and accommodating and asked specific questions regarding the handling of my clothes. They're great and will continue to use them when I need to! read more

Wow! I took a chance on their Craigslist ad and what heaven Mari is to deal with! She showed up on time, weighed my laundry bags right there with a hand held scale, told me what it would cost, and she showed up on time the next day with lovely smelling, beautifully folded, and hung clothes. She hung my shirts on hangers I provided out of the dryer. She even came to Santa Clara for me. I will definitely be recommending her service and will be a repeat customer. Thanks Mari! read more

Mari is fantastic! I tried a few services on Craigslist before I found idolaundry. There's no comparison, if you want your laundry done right. I have been a regular customer for almost a year now, and love the service. Washed, dried, and folded like it came from a hotel .... and smelling fresh. Wow. I would recommend her service to anyone! read more

This was my first time using this company I was really excited to try it out based on all the good reviews. Initially it was rather difficult to get someone on the telephone I had to try and leave messages several times without a call back, but eventually someone did call me back and I then set up service. I like that she offers unscented options because most places don't have this option it's just tide and downy so I really liked she offered this. After trying and getting mine and my children's clothes back this morning upon opening the bags the smell of body odor reaked as they did before I sent them out to her. Clothing was separated ok now the best and everything was wrinkled and folded in a hurry and not very good at all. It didn't smell like the downy I requested her to use just like old musty clothes and some of the clothing was still damp and therefore extremely wrinkled. She charges more than DOUBLE than any other service company out here in the Bay Area you would expect much better care for the clothes and for them to come out good. They aren't even fluffy and soft they came out very itchy and ruff I just don't understand why it came out so bad. Completely dissapointed. Asked for future services to be cancelled paid almost 100 down the drain, use a different company save your money. read more

I find that Mari is always on time, friendly, helpful and professional. They offer the detergent and fabric softer of your liking or you can provide them with your detergent/fabric softer as well. I do have to say that the prices are more than reasonable and I always receive my clothes smelling clean, fresh, stains removed and folded. The few times I have used this service I have been very pleased and it has been a positive experience. read more

Mari is absolutely amazing. We just moved and had tons of laundry to catch-up with. Mari was amazing, timely and her service was excellent. I was fearful of the first bill and it was very reasonable. Our sheets and towels (and well everything) has never been folded so nicely. I thought this was something we would only do once or twice but Mari is now part of our routine. What a delightful surprise and so helpful!! read more

I've been using iDoLaundry service for over six moths and their service is helpful for when my schedule is too busy or if I'm not in the mood to do laundry. We've been using idolaundry for several months now, and I have to say that I'm throughly impressed. They do an amazing job. Mari is great to work with. They are always on time. The clothes are immaculately folded. I asked if they could deliver each person's clothes in my family in separate bags to make having the kids put their clothes away easier on my wife and I, and they did. I can't say enough good things about idolaundry. If you are looking for a professional, friendly, reliable service to take care of your laundry in the South Bay, don't look anywhere else. Just call them or schedule and appointment on their web site. You'll be glad that you did. read more

How can you really complain about someone doing your laundry? We're having some remodeling done and do not have a washer and dryer for the time being so we needed to find an option to do laundry. Besides the obvious, Mari's service is so efficient. The booking system online is simple and user-friendly, she promptly responds to all inquiries quickly and pick-ups are fast! She has picked up directly from my work and home. All of our laundry comes back perfectly folded and smelling wonderfully. read more

Mari and her team are great! During the first couple appointments, Mari took the time to document what we wanted for our laundry (I know it seems superfluous, but those of you who have special wash instructions will appreciate it!). For the last couple months, we've set up a regular once-every-other-Tuesday schedule, and Mari is always punctual with our pick-up AND delivery. Easy auto-pay and great service.
