Great place and staff are very friendly it feels safe and machines seem very well cared for

Waited 10 mins for an attendant. Literally no one seems to be working here. Ended up having to go down the street to a competitor.

Went on a Sunday for first time at 10am and experienced dirty floors, green algae growing inside machines between gasket and glass lid, found random clothes in our laundry even after checking our washers clear before loading, dryers were 1/3 out of service, one wash load came out smelling like smoke/mildew, and may not be laundromats fault however we experienced foul smells read more

There have been many changes in personnel here and it's a great change. Things are running really smoothly. Now what I'd like to see is more washers and dryers available. I know that there's a lot that are out of service and people are standing in line waiting for dryers and washers and that's not a good thing for business. Kevin keeps this place running and rolling along and I appreciate that. read more

I have been a regular customer at this laundromat. On our last drop off for wash and dry laundry, the clothes were returned to us wrinkled and zippers were warped. I suspected too much heat and clothes left in the dryer. I connected with the laundromat and they offered me credit for a rewash. However, despite the rewash the clothes are still wrinkled. I have sprayed fabric relaxer, used the steam function in the dryer, and dampened and ironed bit the wrinkles won't release. The laundromat would not accept responsibility for the damaged clothes. Customers beware! read more

I haven't been to a laundromat in a hot minute. A broken washer landed me here when our laundry was piling up and became too overwhelming. Parking was easy, appreciated the two dedicated laundromat spots out front. The facility was super clean. Love that there's a restroom and hand washing station. There were also detergent and snack vending machines. It's also conveniently located in a plaza with a 7-11 and food options. An attendant was on site and was constantly wiping down all the washers, dryers and folding stations. I was impressed by how busy he kept himself during the time I spent there. He definitely deserves a shout out for keeping the tops of washers detergent free and wiped marks off the glass of the dryers. The laundromat has change machines or you can pay for your wash and dry machines with your card at the kiosk next to the change machine. Keep in mind that there is a 50 cents charge. Not having any bills on me, it was nice to be able to pay for my laundry with my card at the kiosk! There were a handful of broken machines but I didn't find myself struggling to find a working one. Overall, I had a great experience here and would definitely be back the next time I need to wash my clothes! read more

I'm normally anti public washing and always choose in-unit washer/dryer but spin city has bridged that gap for me and put me at mental ease for my laundry. Their wash and fold service is very clean and makes it a lesser chore than having my own washer/dryer and needing to deal with it myself. Highly recommend this spot read more

Everything about this laundromat is great!! I highly recommend this laundromat! Clean, larger machines for king size comforters, working equipment, quarters & digital paments accepted, safe & convenient location near restaurant & 711 to eat while waiting, great hours, great rewards program, free dryer days and exceptional wash & fold service. As a mother of three, grandmother of four and owner of three heavy shed dogs, I appreciate the convenience, affordable & time saving wash & fold service. Also, this is a local family owned small business that deserves community support. read more

No machines are working. All have out of order tags on them. There's more broken machines than ones that do work. Don't waste your time coming here. They shouldn't even be open! read more

My washing machine has been down for a couple of weeks and our dirty clothes were piling up fast.... I used Yelp to see if there was such thing as a wash and fold service and luckily found Spin City Laundromat. We ended up filling up 2 XL bags (10 loads) of laundry and they even gave us 10% off as it was our first time utilizing their services. Not only was it convenient, they were fast and efficient. We dropped off and picked up our laundry the same day! And the best part was we were able to spend our day with our kids without trying to figure out how we were going to do our never-ending loads of laundry. Their facility is clean and the staff is warm and friendly. I appreciate the fact that they were so patient because my husband was asking a lot of questions. We will continue to utilize Spin City for their wash and fold services until our washing machine is fixed, but even then, I will still use their services to wash our comforters and such. We had a great experience and highly recommend them. read more

Definitely one of the cleanest laundromats I've been to, and they take card which is always convenient. Customer service was great, staff was friendly and helpful! I highly recommend you check them out. read more

We were loyal customers of this laundromat until one of their dryers burnt all our clothes on medium temp. The customer service we received was terrible. No compensation offered and also would not acknowledge that their dryer is broken and ruined our clothes instead they denied and said they didn't know what the clothes looked like to begin with. Many of their dryers are out of service, probably for the same reason. When told they would refer us to their attorney they never responded when I requested their attorneys information. read more

I meant to write this review the other day but its not to late to do so.. I haven't been to a laundromat in a very long time. My apartment complex has washers and dryers but they were down. I came across this laundromat and decided to wash here. As soon as I came in I was greeted right away by this nice woman very friendly and you don't really get greeted that way in a laundromat. This laundromat is by far the cleanest I have ever been too. The woman that was working there that day was on top of that. I needed help on washing since it was my first time there. I believe her name was Emily and she was very helpful and friendly. She guided me and she answered all my questions. I will be coming back here because how clean this place is and because how friendly the staff is. read more

It's extremely clean, there's various sizes of washers & dryers. This is my first visit and I was extremely impressed and will be back.

Clean, efficient, and well-maintained! Plenty of machines, fair prices, and a hassle-free experience every time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable laundromat! read more

every time I come to this laundromat I'm always getting an attitude from an employe. I just don't understand why customers can't put laundry soap where it should go but instead they want customers to put it inside with the clothes, when the soap will come out and be on the floor. These people think that customers have alots of money to spend on laundry detergent . Especially when everything is going up. why you have a laundromat where the machines are designed to have the l detergent on top. I come here because it's has the best rating and it's close to my home but it seems not I should take my business somewhere else. Bad service really sucks read more

The place is clean, reasonably priced, the employees are friendly, they sell detergents & fabric softeners in case you run out.

Just randomly picked a Laundromat off of Yelp based on reviews and it didn't disappoint. Clean, not to many people but the best thing is I came on a Friday and I guess it's free dry Fridays here which in all my years of going to Laundromats have never seen. I didn't pay a dime to dry which was a blessing. Very nice attendant as well. Will definitely return even if it isn't a Friday. read more
