This laundromat deserves a rating from Me, because I have been coming here since 2019, and they've stayed loyal to the community in both their prices to do laundry, and their product pricing. They offer discount washing deals on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with their 4 load washers being half off on Wednesdays(Miercoles), and on Thursdays(Jueves) I believe all washers(lavadoras) are discounted. You can still get a snack here for $1.50. In addition to pricing they keep the place spotless. The WashStop is my go to when I need a laundromat...catch me there on Wash day Wednesday's. read more

I stopped doing my own laundry because half the time it wasn't worth it - a lot of the machines aren't working and for months some of the dryers wouldn't connect to the system. I appreciated their wash and fold services instead and the added folding was 100% worth the price increase vs doing it yourself. I've probably gotten this service a little under 10 times over the past year (the only issue is once my towel was caught on the door/ruined but luckily it was just a towel/not clothing I cared about). This time however when I picked up "my order", I immediately noticed it wasn't my right because I had brought a large bag of stuff and didn't recognize the clothes in the order I received. At first, he didn't believe me but I pushed and opened the bag and the clothes were clearly men's... I then pointed to a much larger bag from the same cabinet that I noticed had some of my clothes in it (luckily I washed some of my holiday pajamas/sweatshirts so the red and plaid stuck out to me). It wasn't even just a swap, some of the clothes in that bag too weren't mine! From shirts to sweaters and other items... I dropped off so many items and they mixed it up so bad I worry I didn't get all my stuff back. He said this is it/the only mix up but they not only completely mixed up the receipt to the correct bag, but all the stuff in it. If they wash everything separate how did that happen? I feel like they don't and don't feel comfortable ever risking it here again. They didn't charge me the extra $3 weight of my bag vs the one he initially charged me for but if anything that concerns me more... if you do come here way your own stuff before drop off so you can double check EDIT: going through my stuff some more and someone definitely got a few of my clothing items and I got some worn rags in exchange (they were between my towels so I missed them). I upgraded to a new blanket/comforter and pillow and needed to get it washed. Unfortunately, my apt washer/dryer is too small for the blanket, so I looked around and found The Wash Stop. I couldn't get here until later in the afternoon on a Sat, but thankfully it wasn't too busy. Upon entering, one of the workers was cleaning up where I needed to go. She was kind and redirected me to go around to to avoid slipping. After getting to the washers, she helped me decide which one was the right load for my blankets. I loaded my things - 2 blankets, 1 pillow - and went and got coins. There is a way to connect to the washer digitally, but since I don't come often, I didn't think it would be worth it for me. Getting change through the machine was easy and I got the load started right away. Once that finished up, I loaded them into the dryer and finished everything in about an hour. The washer was efficient and the dryer was hot. Everything was clean and the workers were friendly. It was very warm inside the laundromat and many dryers were not working while I was there. Maybe a renovation is in order. Overall, it was fine as a quick spot to wash bigger items and I wouldn't mind coming back again when I need to. read more

My washer was waiting to be repaired so I found this local spot conveniently close to my home. At first, I thought it was coins only. But I didn't realize you can prepay your machine with card/cash. If you show up with your items ready, bring your own detergent and avoid peak times, you can be in/out in about an hour. They have massive machines if you need to do bulk loads (8x). The service laundry lady is so crude. When I ask her bathroom code , she told me I have to wait until lunchtime passed at 12:30 pm. Ok I waited when time 12:30 she told me oh my god. Then she talked back me with another people same her language. And she came back to her room then12:40 pm she opened her window. I came and waited she talked to someone. Tried this place out for the first time recently. Overall it is a pretty great place to do laundry, has plenty of space to fold laundry and enough washers and dryers to go around. There are some benches inside so you can sit on while waiting for your laundry to finish. Staff was friendly and helpful. I also didn't realize you could drop off your laundry with them to wash and fold and pickup when ready, definitely might try that in the future. This was one of the singularly worst business experiences I have ever encountered. It is a long gruesome story so I will make it short. I was stolen from, demeaned, put off, and falsely blamed, and the management could have cared less about the issues they caused to my business. Their sole focus was the comfort of the sheet thieves. A utility size sink with a great hot and cold water flow for pre-wash and stain treatments, various-sized washing machines, no need to slot coins, great price on dryers, ample and clean spaces for folding laundry. Located on a quiet strip mall with easy parking close to laundromat, too! There is a bathroom, available upon request, and they accept dry cleaning... Since this laundromat is pretty close to my residence I decided to give it a go! Always super clean when I go in and the attendants are always, well...attentive! It is usually busy but the machine quality is worth the wait. They have fluff and fold services as well if your into that type of thing, I've never tried it (I find doing laundry soothing) but I'm sure they can do no wrong. Iv been coming here for the past year. I have not had one bad experience here. What I love about this place is that they accept Apple Pay to pay for washer and dryer! For someone like me who never carries cash or a debit card this is a life saver. I use to come here on Thursday around 6 but quickly realized that this is a bad time to come. Thursdays after 5 is always super packed. I wait an extra 20min just waiting for a dryer to open up. I decided to come on Wednesday instead, I didn't have to wait around for a dryer. Probably the best laundromat I've ever been to. The employees are super sweet and always have a smile on their faces, which is nice. They also work really hard to make the place clean and it shows. Very clean laundromat with really helpful attendants on-site to help if you have any issues or questions. I came here to wash multiple huge loads of laundry - I'm talking like 16 loads huge! At Wash Stop, they have lots of washing machines available with different load capacities. I was able to get everything done in two loads. Cleanest laundromat I've come across. Small and pretty busy most hours of the day but never a shortage on washing machines or drying machines. Every time I come, the workers are always cleaning and maintaining the store! Super nice workers too!! Safe and quiet area, no one really comes in that's sus, very family oriented. It's brand new (just opened 2 months ago), all new machines, very nice and clean space, tons of space for folding your clothes, and they even have an attendant there to help if you have any issues! I did like the extra services they offer: 1) BATHROOM is clean! and it's also locked so that it stays that way. 2) FREE & fast WI-FI so you can stay busy while you wait 3) WASH & FOLD: for not much more dough, they let you drop off the clothes and you can pick them up the next day clean and folded... how cool is that?!? You don't have to do anything AND you're free to use your time how you please. 4) Flat screen TV: to catch up on your telenovelas or news while you wait. This is for the Fluff and fold service. I do not recommend you use it if you value your time. When you drop off your clothes, they call you when they are ready to pick up. Usually I have to wait around when I arrive because the attendant takes lunch whenever, In have arrived at noon, 2, 3, etc. But the other day they called and I showed up an hr later around 2 and they were closed and have a little clock that said be back at 6! WTH? I just drove 6 miles across town and now have to drive home. The next morning I show up and the computers are down so its another 30 min ordeal. I called the mgr to complain and she was very defensive and didn't offer any compensation. Wait, after I got done she said she could offer me a 10% discount next time. What a joke. Extremely clean, well maintained, and family run, what more could you ask for from a laundromat? The machines are reasonably priced with different promotions during the week on certain machines. I've only been coming here during the pandemic, and they enforce social distancing at folding stations as well as require masks and all staff are wearing their masks as well. I am in the parking lot and I am so upset. I literally grew up coming here as a child with my mother. I have fond memories here and was very happy to see the location still thriving and updated. I arrived right before 9:30pm, but it took me and my boyfriend a little longer than usual to unload all my laundry bags because we had a motorcycle accident a few days ago, and we are both injured & with limited use of my arm and his leg. The laundry mat was pretty empty. Only one couple and a gentleman were washing. They noticed us loading carts and bringing them in. Once I was ready to load, it was 9:40, and the young lady that worked there said we could no longer wash. She could see my arm in a sling and my boyfriends leg in a cast. I had to load everything back into my car. She could have easily made an exception for the 10 min past the time. I would understand if I was able bodied and I arrived late. She also could have said something when she saw us unloading the first cart. Human kindness and compassion is becoming rare these days. read more

There were quite a few people there but I easily found three washing machines. Within an hour my blankets were washed and dried. I didn't interact with any of the staff but they keep the place clean and there were plenty of the rolling baskets available to transfer items from the washer to the dryer. I chose this laundromat based on their Yelp reviews. It's not near my home but was close to where I got my hair cut that afternoon. I asked for heavy and hot it washed it at cold and light worker here didn't help isn't fixing the issue this is bad service it didn't clean it I had my dogs peed bag and it didn't wash it it still smells like pee.
