Man this place was way better when it was own by previous owners Lany and Henry, now this place sucks, this new owner is very rude, first, she couldn't find my garments and I helped to find them, I asked to help me to put the garments in the car because I am recuperating from shoulder surgery and she got really mad because she was by herself, and she have more customers, when she came to my car she walked fast ending bumping to me, telling me I made the other customers wait which is not truth. I felt harassed by this lady Christina it is unfortunate that things change drastically just by ownership change. I felt calling the police but I didn't because I am a better person than Christina she is evil. Be careful ya 'all! She talks like sweet like a child, but inside has the devil! I can't say enough great things about 888 Cleaners - they got the job done for me under such a short timeframe! The owners are super sweet and are always happy to help out. I had a memorial service to go to in SoCal last month and my boyfriend's suit that he was planning on bringing smelled super WACK. I think when he got the suit dry cleaned at another place, they forgot to air it out before zipping up the cover, so the entire suit had a dirty water/musty smell. We didn't find out until the day before we were going to leave, so I quickly called them to see if there was anything that they could do. They said they were turning off their machine soon, but if I could come in 10 minutes, she would see if they could steam it really quickly. When I got there, I was obviously panicked and she also noticed the smell too and asked me what time I needed it by - 8 am the next morning. I don't know what they did, but they worked their cleaning magic into my boyfriend's suit LOL, she had it ready by 7:45 am, all clean and pressed with NO LINGERING SMELL at all. I was so happy that they were able to turn it around in such a short notice. So reliable and satisfied with their service all the time! First time customer and I'm very pleased with their service. I brought in a pair of silk dress pants that had alcohol spills on the crotch area and I was told that it would be very difficult to remove the stains but they would try. I came back and the stains were GONE. Amazing. I've been told that the material was difficult to clean but they must have done some magic because the stains are gone. I just got my wedding gown dry cleaned here. My friend told me about this place when I told her I needed to dry clean my wedding gown. I'm so glad she told me about it because they did an awesome job. It took about 9 days to get my gown back and I was impressed. When I brought my gown in, there were some stains on it and they weren't there anymore when I picked up the gown. In addition, my gown wasn't wrinkly and it looked like I just purchased it from a store. You can get your gown boxed, but I didn't want to do that. I'll definitely be back here in the future even though I don't live close by. read more

It was the "Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act" passed back in July 2010 (remember all that legislation surrounding those "too big to fail banks?") Well, this was a tiny little part of a bunch of laws/reforms passed saying merchants can officially do that. Dropped off my sons' Trues because he ripped a hole in the seam on his bike. They charged me $10 and did a half assed. I asked him if they could put the stitching same color on the seam to make it look better, and he said "We don't have that color thread" who he hell doesn't have this color thread?! The clasp of my new pants broke and I was devastated. I brought them in to 888 praying they'd be able to repair it. I placed the pants on the counter, showing miss lady the damage. She looked at the clasp, pointed at it, and stated plainly, "That's broken." Yes, I know it's broken. I was wondering if you could fix it. Without hesitation or explanation she told me no and sent me on my way. So minus a star because they couldn't solve my problem. And minus another because she didn't even try to console me when I fell to the ground weeping into my broken pair of once-worn $80 pants.
