0 stars. Don't bother wasting your time or money! I've been going here for years and she's always had issues with timing. Shes had my coats for over a month now, I gave her 3. She said they would be ready in a week or two. I come back in 2 weeks to give her extra time and she said that she still needs another week for two of the coats. I come back another week later, she said they're still not done and to come back tomorrow. At this point I'm frustrated because she's already had it for more than 2 weeks, and she advertises that she can do 1 day service cleaning. But that doesn't seem to be the case. I come back the next day and only one of the 2 coats is done. She then asks me to come back later in the day. I do not have time in my schedule to come to the dry cleanings several times within a week, or within a day for that matter. The point is to drop it off and have a set pick up time when it's ready. I comeback within 3 days for the last coat to give her some more time and she still says she needs 10 more minutes when I finally come in as she was just watching some Netflix show sitting on her chair working on something else. I understand it can be busy, but when she's already had my coats for a month now, and telling me it would be done at a certain time and I show up and it's still not done - you can understand why I give her 0 stars. And for the price? Paying 30-45 per coat for the poor service is outrageous. I would expect better service. It shows that she doesn't care about the quality of the dry cleaning or the quality of my coats because she tried rushing the last coat asking me to wait for her to finish as i can hear her finish steaming it in the back. I just asked for my coat and left. Waste of my time. I also want to side note that she had a side conversation with me about pets - and she hates them! Lol. As a pet owner myself, I found it very rude that she would share her unsolicited opinions about anything unrelated to her business and it lacks professionalism here. If you want someone to really care for your clothing and provide high quality service to your garments, I would recommend going elsewhere. Not true quality first lol read more

Total disclaimer: this is my first time ever dry cleaning anything, so my experience is from the lens of a dry clean virgin I thought it was super simple drop off and pick up! I dropped off my item Monday and was able to pick up Thursday. They close at 7PM, so it was good to be able to get this out of the way during the week. I had a long coat, and it's pretty heavy so getting that cleaned was $28. That sounds reasonable to me, but again, no idea what the price range could be. I'd come back! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION and SUPER CONDESCENDING. Called in to ask for an estimate for bringing up the hems of my overalls and shortening the waistline. She explained initially that I would need to come in for her to see the pants to give an accurate estimate, which I said I was fine with going in but needed a quick estimate anyways to compare prices+ I also tried to explain what the pants looked like. However during the rest of the call she went on a tangent about skinny jeans being unpopular, kept interrupting me when I tried to talk, continuously said I didn't know anything I was talking about, correcting my terminology and when asked to explain the terms she ignored me and continuously said that I didn't know anything. Omg, so a coworker noticed that my dress had a rip in the back this morning. I got in my car and was going to drive all the way home to change, but thought to myself, why not just drop by and ask Angel if she can fix it? So it takes me 2 minutes to drive to the cleaners, and I asked Angel if she could fix it right now. I literally just took off my dress, handed it to her (of course I had changed in my gym clothes) and less than 5 minutes later it was all done! Angel even rehemmed the entire seams of the poorly made dress ($24 basic black dress from Marshalls) and charged me only $8. I handed her my $10 and told her no change! Extremely poor time management. Granted, Angel is the only person working but if you cannot handle it, then you need to turn away jobs or hire someone else. Handful of times that we have come to pick up items and they are not done. Multiple times where we were asked to come back later that day, but then told that yet again they are not done. The final straw was today - Dropped off 5-6 pairs of pants to be altered on a Tuesday - given a promise date on Friday. First came in on Saturday morning - not done, was told to come back later. Came back at 5pm. Still not done. Told to come back at 7pm. 7pm rolls around and was told that she had to go to a party that ends at 9 and only 3 of them are done. (These were needed for a business trip leaving on Sunday...so HUGE disappointment). Ok...I came to pick up the rest today Wednesday and was told YET AGAIN...SHE IS NOT DONE!!!! What the heck...This is over a week. I was told to come back tomorrow (Thursday) around 6pm. *Update: I actually gave her an extra day and came on Friday... Well.. No surprise...Not even started. It is over 1 week past the promised date. An excuse of having to do wedding alterations was given. I asked for the pants back and a refund.* Price: Hem w/o original hem $8, Taper & Hem w/o original $23 She does a great job but don't expect to get it done on time or as promised. read more

Poor Time Management Poor Alteration Quality Breach of Contract Shop Owner Has Some Attitude The shop owner missed promised date and did not extend any apology. The shop owner lied about when she opened her shop the day I was at her door before and after her opening time. **** ALTERATION QUALITY CONSISTENTLY INCONSISTENT **** Puckered Seams. ==== Same Style of Pants Made of Polyester/Nylon Fabric with Inconsistent Alteration Qualities. One of my 3 pairs of pants of the same style made of polyester/nylon fabric in 3 different colors to be shortened had to be redone even after two (2) redoes. First time: puckered stitches all over both leg seams. Second time: puckered stitches here and there with a notch (^) caused by uneven seam widths. Third time: better quality but still with puckered stitches. Business owner's excuse: The fabric was hard to sew and pressed. She dismissed my response: "But all 3 pairs are of the same fabric." I never asked the shop owner to redo the alteration; I only showed her the seam faults. And she quietly took the pants back and redo the alteration TWICE for free. ==== Same Pair of Pants with Inconsistent Alteration Qualities One pair of my wool pants altered by the shop owner had half a leg seam done perfectly but the other half with puckered stitches and uneven seam widths. The shop owner refused the redo the alteration, citing that I was a picky perfectionist In conclusion, the shop owner CONSISTENTLY produces INCONSISTENT QUALITY WORK! Side Note. I provided the shop owner an old pair of pants as a model to alter a new pair of pants. The end product delivered was wider cuff widths and the top of the cuffs were not stitched as ordered. The shop owner's excuse for the latter was that I did not give her the go-ahead and that she did not charge me for it. In fact, I agreed to have the stitches machine sewn when she revealed it would not be hand sewn. **** Breach of Contract; Shop Owner Has Some Attitude **** According to Judge Judy, an invoice is a contract between a customer and a business entity within the four (4) corners of the invoice. I had a new pair of wool pants to be shortened and requested the shop owner to keep the fabric remnants for me. She wrote "keep material" on the invoice. When asked for the remnants, the shop owner claimed that they do not keep any materials. The pants I brought in for alteration were my property, so are the cut remnants. I have the right to ask the shop to keep the remnants; the shop owner does not have any right to go against the agreements written within the four corners of the invoice. No apologies but, "We don't keep the cuttings" and "I don't have it. What do you want me to do?" If the shop does not keep any cut materials/remnants, the shop owner should have the decency to declare as such beforehand or have it in writing on her shop policy. This shop owner does have some attitude as one review says, but not the decency to apologize when she should. read more

Was a customer here for over a year. A few times I've come back for my clothes and the store was closed. It had a sign saying will be back at 2:30 and was still not back until 3:30. I was not able to pick my clothes up that day and I had a flight that night. Another time she did a poor job on one of my shirts. I was not in town so I had no choice but to wear it. When I brought it back she said because I wore it she won't redo. Fine so be it. But as a customer who's whole Family has been coming for over a year and that's how you treat them? Pathetic. This review's a tad bit late but better late than never. My mom took a pair of dress pants here to get tailored. This was her first visit. She drops them off and picks them up two days later...not bad, until... ...she opens up the bag to find her pair of "dress" pants literally rolled up and thrown into the bag. A 'little' upset, because other places she's been to actually take the 30 seconds to press the clothing and take another 30 seconds to hang it over a hanger for a decent, thank-you-for-your-business presentation. This lady skipped out on that part of her customer satisfaction class. My mom moves along to take a look at the work that was done and sees that there is a bunch of loopy thread sticking out all over the place where this woman had taken her pants in at. My mom brings it up to her as 1) it is an issue and 2) so that she can clean it up. Low and behold, my mom gets told that she would have to pay again for re-doing the whole thing. For Real?! The lady wouldn't budge like what she had decided had been the most ethical and righteous decision she had made in her professional life, ever. She also has good taste in clothing, because she always compliments all the clothes I bring in. =P But on the real, her dry cleaning turnaround is quick and I have never had a bad experience with the items I bring in. Her prices are very reasonable. As for alterations, she is a bit slow with turnaround. She does do a really good job though. She made my $15 Target dress look like a $60 B.P. Nordstrom dress. Just don't expect to have a dress altered and ready to wear for the next day. Give her some time on it cause you wouldn't want a poorly altered article of clothing. Let her know if you area heading out of town and need the item ASAP, cause she will try her hardest to finish it on time. I just picked up my clothes the other day and am quite impressed with their dry cleaning services and prices. I brought in a sweater dress, sweater wrap, and a jacket (all Anthro and UO stuff), and paid less than $20! Both my bf and I were shocked! Angel (I think) told me that my jacket had a lot of lint and that she cleaned it all off...so I tipped her a little. I used to dry clean my Anthropologie dresses at this dry cleaners in Marin (Novato to be exact) and they charged ~$15 per! So after having been through that, Quality First is 10X better! Dropped off a black trench coat on a Monday and given a pick up date of the upcoming Saturday. Once I came by on Saturday, I was told to give them 5 mins while they get it ready. Once I returned, the coat was not clean, but only lint rolled to reduce the amount of lint the coat had originally come in with. I informed the attendant that they had done an unacceptable job and she advised that's the best she could do, she showed me the black and red lint roller she got from the dollar store and replied with," if more effort was needed, she'd charge $5 additional", on top of the $32 originally quoted. Being in the dry cleaning business, you should already know first hand how much effort required to clean various type of fabrics. The owner is very friendly and likes to explain things and makes suggestions on the size of pants one should wear, depending on body size, and whether it's worth the tailoring effort involved. Come later in the evening, as the owner is slammed constantly by customers and business. People know she's good, so they bring her lots of business! read more

Angel's the 1st person I go to when I need my pants hemmed and my dry cleaning done. I can tell she has a lot of passion in what she does because she took the time to explain the different types of stitching that was done on my pants. She also differentiated herself from tailors at Men's Wherehouse & other retail stores by stating/showing that she spends the time on each of her items. Her work is very good quality while other retailers stitching has easily broken apart. The only reason why this isn't a 5 star review is that you have to give a few extra days for your clothes to be hemmed. She is pretty swamped and I can see she does quality work. I've done dry cleaning here before and service was efficient and friendly. The owner is super sweet, always smiling. I don't remember prices from my first trip, but I just dropped off a load yesterday. $10 for peacoats $5 for blazers It's ready for me today, but I don't have time today so I'm picking it up tomorrow morning. It was a 1-2 day turnaround last time as well. She explained the pricing for the peacoats before I even asked. It was sweet of her to explain because I'm sure other customers might get their panties in a bunch about peacoats and blazers both being "coats". I'd recommend this place. It's about $2.99 for a dry cleaned shirt - hemming and alterations vary. It may look a little disorganized in the store, but she has her stuff together. She's just a hardworking lady - willing to go above and beyond for her customers. When I needed a dress for a gala event, she was going to be closed for the holidays. The day before I called freaking out because I couldn't get off work in time. She said no worries if I needed to I could pick it up at her house and she would bring it home. Boy, the first time I came into this place, the clothes were all over the place. I don't know how Angel can do it especially she work by herself. Anyway, its my first time coming here and I was quite satisfied for what she did to my 2 maxi dresses. I dropped the dress off thursday and she said, it will be ready by saturday. I came in exactly on time for pick up and it wasn't ready but I wasn't in a hurry so I waited for half an hour. I was amaze how fast she finish my dress and when I tried them at home it was 'Perfect' length. I agree with the other reviewers. She work by herself doing all this loads of alteration so you can't guarantee that your clothes will be on time but she did try her best to finish mine on same day while I wait. Angel did her job professionally. I gave her 5 star for doing job well done, but as for the environment, she needs to organize and clean her place. She definitely need assistant. oh and btw, she charge me $12 per dress and it was less expensive, better price than the one I used to go in milpitas. I'll definitely come back here. I think the dry cleaning is a little bit expensive for my taste so i'll dock one star. Since I take forever to pick up my dry cleaning I'm not quite sure how her turn around time is, because when I'm ready shes ready. It's very hard to find a person to alter your clothes to fit you nicely! She does the job! I refer all my friends to her. I can say I'm very pleased with the work Angel did on my two pairs of Joe's Jeans. I brought in two flared jeans and came home with two boot cut jeans. This was exactly how I wanted it. However, don't expect your alterations within the 5-day period she says they will be ready. She takes about 8-9 days to alter and 2-3 days to dry clean. The woman does a great job but perfection takes time and I didn't mind the wait because both of my jeans had been sitting in my closet for two years....I also brought in a valour blazer to dry clean for my uncle. Didn't get a chance to really look at the cleanliness but I'm going to say it's clean (I hope) Being a first timer with Angel's alterations, I'm pretty satisfied. Kind of pricey but it's worth it with the time and effort she puts in. $6 hem to cut pants short $7 original hem $15 for slimmer pants ( Flare to Bootcut) I paid $52 for both my jeans and dry cleaning. Like everyone has said, Angel is really nice. I called her store after reading some of the reviews on here to inquire on pricing, and even on the phone she was sweet enough to introduce herself during our conversation by saying "I'm Angel, nice to meet you." I appreciate small gestures like that as not a lot of people take that extra effort to connect with you by means of an introduction. I have yet to pick up my alterations as I only dropped them off, but I was very impressed with her as a person because I came in with both my toddlers (1.5 and 3 years old) to get their suits altered and she was very accommodating. She allowed me to mark the pants where they needed altering so that the kids wouldn't freak out from her doing it and she even gave each of them a fruit snack! I also asked her if I could pay when I picked up the clothes and without hesitation she said "sure, no problem!". She seems like a sweetheart. I came to this location to get my jacket sleeves and pants hemmed because my uncle suggested I come here. The pricing was great and how it came out was even better. When I came to pick up both pieces, Angel was still working on my jacket. She did a great job and it's understandable how she might not always have your items ready right when you walk in the door considering she is the only one working there and sometimes she sacrifices herself and works overtime just to get things done, but the final product came out wonderfully and to my fit. I suggest you call in to make sure whatever you gave her to be fixed is ready before you walk in the doors on the scheduled day. I also thought it was cool that she also told me an awesome little story when she when she was younger and when she attended her prom. This is my go-to place for alterations. Usually when I go, there is one lady working that handles everything. Phone calls, tailoring, dry cleaning, etc. She's very friendly and good at managing the influx of customers. She seems very organized and good at managing her time. She is also very honest and will give you a quote before you move forward with the services and will give you her opinion if she thinks something will not turn out right. She can usually tailor a dress in less than 24 hours and will send you a text message if she finishes earlier than expected. Also, I took it as a good sign that I noticed that there are a lot of regulars that come in for dry cleaning since they are very chatty with her and seem to know what they want already. read more

I was a regular until one day I needed some suits altered and instead of being helpful, she literally screeched at me for no reason. She asked me what was my issue with my suits and I told her that I lost weight and my shoulders got bigger. She then flipped out and starting yelling at me asking me what I want and I kept replying "I just want it to fit?!?!!? I just want it to FIT???!?!?!?!"
