I had my sleeves tailored here a couple of years ago, and my spouse often comes here for dry cleaning. I recently returned to have a pair of pants tailored and sincerely appreciated Jenny's advice on the length because the final result was a perfect fit. Lovely dry cleaning and alteration place! Our go-to which is pretty cheap. I think recently wife was charged $18 to alter a dress. I had to pay $20 to dry clean a vest, pants, and suit jacket. They're very fast and friendly. Will continue going here, and hope this review helps boost their customer base! read more

My normal cleaners have gone up in price and I've started to questioning the quality and care provided. I decided to hit up Saving Cleaners due to it's close proximity to my home and it being recommended by family who has their alterations done here. Parking can be a bit rough due to the lot being limited in size and the complex consisting a hair salon, liquor store, nail shop, & even a pizza shop. Dropping items off was quick and easy. I'm not too sure about how affordable the services are but with a name like "Saving Cleaners" I'm hoping it'll be a pretty penny. The drop off was so quick I can't recall seeing any fee signage. Picking up my items was no different from the initial drop off. Service was prompt and I was outta there in no time. 3 stars for now. I can't think of anything to complain about but I can't find myself raving either. read more

Brought my suit to get dry cleaned. Didn't even notice a light stain on my pants, but they were able to get it out. Brought in a sweater and it had a stain I couldn't get out. They said they couldn't guarantee to get the stain out, but they did. Pretty happy with the results. Dropped off my clothes around 4pm on a Thursday, picked it up Saturday morning. No problems here... I had a very short interaction with them, since I just came to get the hem of some jeans adjusted and get the stitching on the back of another pair of jeans fixed. The hem was fine, I didn't have any doubts about it being done properly. At $6 it was very cheap as well. I was a bit apprehensive about getting the stitching on the back of my designer jeans fixed. The jeans were pricey when I purchased them, so I was questioning my own decision to drop them off here...especially when the lady told me that she can't match the threading exactly, but it will be close. Whew!! I was relieved to see what a wonderful job they did. I can't tell there was any work done...it looks like the original stitching to me. I am ecstatic! Wonderful job! P.S. My daughter and I are both short. If I don't buy jeans/pants that come in short, I usually need to hem them. For my 12 year old daughter, we usually need to hem all her pants/jeans!! =) They are friendly and I haven't found a place that can beat their $6 for hemming pants/jeans. I do not like the new owner. The very first question she asked was "you vietnamese?" i'm not, but as if that has anything to do with customer service. She is nosey and asks all personal questions. Come on now we just met! Asking where I work, what I do for a living, married or single, etc is too much for a first meeting. Also, her attitude is rude. She also lost my sister's nice wedding gown hanger and promised to replace it with a comparable one, which never happened. Gave this place three tries and never ever coming back. read more

I use to live around here so i just came here to wash and dry my clothes. I came with a lot of quarters. They have some arcade machines. W/e they are like pacman or something. Haha gives you something to do while ur clothes are in the washer. Its clean and not very crowded. read more

Save yourself some time and don't come here. The Vietnamese lady that runs this is really old fashioned, disrespectful, and sucks at her services. Brought my 2-piece suit here about 3 times now, tipped every time. All I ever ask is for her to lint roll my suit before I pick it up, but that never seems to happen and all I get is a death stare for reminding her for next time. How hard is it to do your job and be compensated for it? This is exactly why I go to Rex Cleaners or somewhere comparable. read more

I returned the other person's items but mine are still MIA. Problem resolution is not this places strong point. I was promised follow up calls that never arrived.
