I've been coming here for years and am so torn on leaving this review. Was also shocked I haven't previously left a review before. Dry cleaning here is good, service is friendly almost treats you like an extended family member. Prices are approximately $7 for a light cardigan/coverall. $9 for a jacket. I brought a black top in to have a fix job done on my sleeve and I posted a pic of the job - was a little disappointed as I think I could have done a better job at home but what tugs at me to leave this review is my top came back with a completely different issue with what seems like a stitch job accident to the front of my blouse. She was super nice and professional and made my suit look great with plenty of time to spare. 1 star is being nice. They bleached a brand new Balenciaga shirt and ruined a sew job! We tried several attempts to have them resolve the issue or compensate for the damage and they refused each time! They also said they didn't have insurance to cover it. Each time we went in we were told a different excuse. They were extremely rude, no customer service and no resolution given. Very disappointing as we have been repeat customers for years. Highly suggest not bringing in your clothes to get cleaned or altered cause it will be picked up worse than how you brought it in. read more

Deeply disappointed by not only the attitude of that lady (Name may be Lan) not sure though but also the way she presents herself with not only me but with her several other clients. Not even 1 star I used to go there for getting sewing and tailoring services until about 2 weeks back till this sudden goof up happened and she suddenly started behaving so obnoxiously rude wth me and was shouting in such a nasty manner in front of my toddler. Heights of her audacity!. Earlier the lady (store owner) who all the time sits at the store used to used to provide all the sewing services as per my request with courtesy and civility and the actual tailor who actual sews ( a lady named Yen) did the work ensuring quality and timelessness wich was for the 1st 3 months (hardly only but after that one fine day suddenly whn I just messaged her to that I will come to her store and collect my dress since it was ready, she started name calling me as to how crazy I am and that I think as if am the only client. I cud not make out any head or tail of wat for she was shouting at ,me for but she continued saying that how dare I text her before coming where as few weeks back before my coming in for my dress collection she herself asked me to message her and then come by to collect it. Whn I started protesting at that and asked her not to shout at me in front of my child then she threatened me to call other people frm the neighborhood so that they can force me to give into her terms. Gosh!! I haven't seen any business (personnel) behaving in such a dangerously threatening manner to a client that also regular ( but irrespective of that). Whn I in order to maintain my dignity just kept silent and was planning on just collecting my dresses and go away frm there then she started speaking ill abt me to her clients who came for their services. Doesn't she knw that as per CA state laws even if wat ever issues u have with ur clients u cant spks ill abt one clients to other clients. I have heard tons of reviews frm various other clients that she suddenly has outbursts and starts behaving extremely obnoxious toxic and rude for almost no rhyme or reason. So guys pls beware. If possible most of u shud find other alternatives and shud limit or stop goin there altogether. My fiance's father took my fiance's collar shirts and suit pants out to dry clean, and one of his fitted Express shirts was ripped from the shoulder down to about half the arm length in the process of them doing the dry clean. My fiance has only worn the shirt less than 5 times on special occasions such as for interviews. They kept the ripped shirt and gave my fiance's father $30 for deatroying the shirt. The shirt costed $69.90 before tax. We understand that accidents happen, but when it is their fault they should be refunding the amount it costed us to rebuy the shirt, especially when the shirt is new. So if you bring more expensive clothing here for dry clean, beware of this. If they have ripped his pants, that would have been $200 down the drain instead. read more

Do you care if a business is open when they say they're open? Do you care if your clothes come back undamaged? If so, don't go here. I came at 8:30 am needing to pick up some dry cleaning before the husband and I left for a 3 week trip to asia (it was literally, the morning of our flight). I didn't want to leave clothes at they dry cleaners for so long and we needed some of those clothes for the trip. It's 8:30am, the sign SAYS they're open at 8am and there's no one in sight. Imagine my frustration, our flight leaves at 1pm from SFO and I need the clothes that is in their shop. CRAP. I know I know... maybe this is what we get for procrastinating but I mean, they say they'd be open! I come back in 45 minutes and the woman (perhaps owner?) is there. She's apologetic, it turns out her son has school on Wednesdays so that's why she opens the store late on Wednesday. I'm thinking, ok, if this happens EVERY Wednesday - why don't you change the hours on your sign? It could have saved me a useless trip + stress. Anyways,no big deal. She had my clothes. I didn't miss my flight. However, they've ruined one of my silk shirts. It's weird looking - almost like it has white deodorant streaks all over it (and I promise it's not my deodorant) that doesn't go away. I don't know what they did to it... it looks like the result of crumpling my shirt it into a ball, dipping it into a bucket of water and then dry cleaning it? Stay away. read more

Dry cleaning is well done and reasonably priced. Lan is very nice to work with and understands details of what is needed. I also brought a large amount of items to be altered and their seamstress is skilled. One of the pieces I had her alter was a fully lined dress with segments at sleeves and waist. I am more than happy to raise the average for this place. I've never had any problems in the 3-4 years that I've been going here. The staff is friendly and has made it a point to remember me when I come in. The prices sure as hell can't be beat, either. Everything I've ever picked up has been ready on time -- even when I've requested early pickup. They've even stayed open late on a Saturday because I called ahead and begged them to let me in. Only a handful of items have come back less than perfect and each time they've let me know what went wrong -- way better than most other cleaners. Good people, good prices, and perfect location. I just wanna update my review for my most recent hemming/alteration. It's so nice how the woman who runs the place recognizes me and talks to me like I'm her friend which is so pleasant. I had a pair of shorts that I needed to hem and I had them folded up and taped down with fabric tape and i thought they were going to be returned to me the exact same way just with stitching. But they definitely exceeded my expectations and trimmed down the shorts and did a really nice and clean hem just the way I wanted it and more. I forgot to grab cash on my way in otherwise I have to pay the $10 minimum purchase for card. I told her whatever just charge me $10 but she charged me the original price which is wonderful!!! We were chatting it up and having a great time. I finally left the store and the men next door caught my attention on the way out were talking to me about job offers and random things which made me a little uncomfortable. The woman who runs the dry cleaners comes outside and tells me things like "If you ever need anything else done come back" but I think she as really just trying to get those men to stop talking to me. I'll never know but either way she's a wonderful woman, love her and will go back not only for the amazing service but the good job they do on all my alterations! read more

If you mentioned any damage or fault, they immediately point out that its cheap and that you get what you paid for.I dont recall paying for having my clothing destroyed and neglected. This place is horrible. The first time I came to get a duvet cover cleaned, but when I took it home and opened it up there were some stains on there that WERE NOT THERE BEFORE. I have no idea what happened. But since the place is very close to where I live I decided to give them another shot. The 2nd time I brought clothes in it was a few dress shirts. I got them back to find that one of them had CRACKED BUTTONS. The prices here are reasonable, but I can't afford to keep losing buttons on my shirts, and when I told them about it, they can only replace with whatever buttons they have on hand, which aren't likely to match what you lost. I picked none for both options. I was never asked that in other cleaners.
