Great job cleaning my 7 dress shirts! Please check them out if you're in Milpitas! Staff and price were very reasonable.

Make sure to check your garments before you leave at pick up. I've brought a couple sets of clothes here for dry cleaning. Got one set back with stains still on the garment but assumed it might just not be removable. Idk figured it was worth giving the benefit of the doubt since the staff seemed nice and capable. I should've been more diligent in checking the clothes the next time before I left but the recent set of clothes I picked up I inspected when I got home and looked untouched, in their original state and then I noticed the tag reading "needs sewing" was still on my dress strapped and unfixed. It wouldn't be that annoying since it really is my own fault but I gave the woman an extra week to fix it after she told me she was unable to do it in the original allotted time. I really should've checked in store before I left so it's mostly on me and they were a nice enough staff, just be careful before you pay. Either way, I paid full price for all of this and it wasn't cheap so I'm annoyed since I'll have to pay for them again to get done somewhere else properly. read more

Ivy cleaners did a phenomenal job on the two dresses I needed altered! She has a single changing room to put dress on and a floor length mirror so she can put the needed pins to ensure length! We agreed upon a day to pick up and it was ready (and wrinkle free!) when I got there. I'd recommend bringing your heels both for drop off and pick up to ensure its correct length. Pricing was pretty fair! She accepts cash and card. What my favorite experience with my interactions with I presume was ivy is how sweet she is! She has very good energy. I'd come back for all my tailoring needs for not just the exceptional work but to support her and her friendliness demeanor. read more

I've gotten alterations a few times here this past year and the work is always quality and consistent. It is a bit pricier than my previous tailor but overall I'm happy with their services. read more

So I had my husband's suit done and there are some stains after he used it for when we went to a friend's wedding. I took it to Ivy Cleaners and the hard stains were gone. They also did a press on it so it's beautifully done when I received it.. the service was inexpensive but it's quality made. I will for sure come back for every single dry cleaning service. I need moving forward. read more

I had such a positive experience here that I wanted to write a review. The alteration was done just as good, if not, better than an alteration you'd normally pay for double the price in the bay area. The customer service was professional, friendly, welcoming, and made me feel like I can really trust them with my bridesmaid dress. The alteration was done very quickly, and was an extremely fair price! Would definitely return back here for other services as well. read more

I've been here twice for tailoring and plan on going here regularly for my tailoring needs as I am 5' and constantly need pants hemmed! The two ladies are sooo nice, I instantly felt welcomed and comfortable with them. I took a total of 7 pants here and I'm satisfied with the hemming work on all of them. I got one waist adjusted to be smaller. I wear all the pants regularly and there hasn't been any issues! I even made the dumb mistake of wearing one of the pants I wanted to get hemmed lol, and the ladies were super nice about it and said they could do it on the spot while I waited. It took like 15 minutes. I can't appreciate that enough!! Also Google maps says Ivy Cleaners but Yelp says Holiday cleaners, i think they had a name change. The price for the value is super good, considering having been to multiple other tailoring places. I highly recommend this place! read more

Great service, quick turnaround, and my clothes came back spotless and neatly pressed. The staff was friendly and professional, and the pricing was fair. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

This place is overrated. I brought 3 white shirts to them to clean the stains on collars and cuffs. I picked up the shirts, the dirty spots uncleaned. The lady gave an excuse that the spots were unremoveable. I took my shirts to Mart Cleaners and the spots were completely removed. I do not recommend this place if you want spots removed. Go to Mart Cleaners. They are amazing read more

Absolutely terrible experience. I brought in a pair of $200 pants to have some minor stains cleaned and they came back worse, damaged by whatever chemicals they used. When I raised the issue they refused to take responsibility or offer any solution. Completely unprofessional and careless. I wouldn't trust them with anything valuable. read more

Amazing place! Very responsive and fast with their service! I brought my dress in on Monday and needed it tucked by Thursday. They were so kind and said they were able to do it. It was affordable too! When I got the dress back, it fit like a glove and it was perfect. I am definitely coming back here read more

I will permanently block this store. It was truly a very bad experience. The first time I went there, the two legs of my pants were cut to different lengths. The second time I went, they cut a big hole in my pants and then put a patch on it. This is really a very low-level work issue. At first, they said they would compensate me with a new pair of pants, but then they said the price was too high and refused to make the compensation. I really don't recommend this merchant! read more

They went above and beyond my expectations. Plus it was well priced. I would come here again and again.

I started going to to Ivy Cleaners early this year 'cos my regular dry cleaner jacked up their prices. I have used Ivy Cleaners for alterations, drycleaning party dresses & my quilt. They do excellent work, prices are reasonable & they are so friendly. read more

I haven't been to a dry cleaners in several years, but decided to look a dry cleaner in my area as I needed denim shorts altered and a shirt cropped. The lady who fixed up my clothes was very kind and caring -- she completed the garments in just under a week. It was only $20 too, such a great value! I will be bringing more of my clothes here when they need to be updated. They take care of your clothes with love. Thank you, highly recommend! read more

Came to holiday cleaners because of the great reviews. Brought in pants to get hemmed and I specifically asked if they could have the hem look exactly like the original. The owner said yes, of course and when I came back to pick up the pants. They were poorly and cheaply done. I could've done this myself. Pictured are the taupe pants that were hemmed next to pants with original hem intact. Stitching looks very different. They have ruined these expensive pair of pants. Timing was also an issue. Dropped off the pants and was asked to come back at a specific time. When we arrived the pants were not ready. Was told it'll just be another 5 min. In fact, it was 20 minutes. I don't think they started on the pants until I came back to pick them up. Aside from the quality of alterations, the owner is invasive. Was adamant that we need to have a second child as an only child is not appropriate. What a weird conversation to have with customers. She also mentioned rude observations of other patrons to me. Would not recommend this place. read more

Located under a place with signage that currently reads "Ivy Cleaners" - very kind owner Tu. In the plaza shared with a hot pot place and a few tutoring centers and an optometrist. Prices are quite fair here, and high quality of services is apparent. I'm happy with the dry-cleaning of six of my wardrobe pieces. I'll definitely be back again. I noticed they also do tailoring. read more

Good service. Well priced and worth it. Do recommend it for laundry and dry cleaning.

I frequented their previous location and I was sad when I saw their West Calaveras location closed. I drove by thinking I can get my items altered but the signage was gone. A quick Yelp to search for another alterations place led me to their new location. This location is bigger and more parking spaces. Their changing area is by the door and wish it was further back, with a door versus curtain. The base is also rickety and made changing nerve racking. I got three items altered, two pants and jumpsuit. I wanted more trimmed and she obliged but I know she didn't want to remove anymore. I had my jumpsuit dry cleaned as well and requested to have the items ready by Friday. I don't believe I was charged for a rush job but the total for the alterations and dry cleaning came out to $39. The alterations were great. Perfect length regardless if I'm wearing sneakers or heels, the hem was just right. read more

The staff here are the absolute sweetest people. I came by to drop off a suit for cleaning. The lady asked me how soon I needed it done by but I told her that I was not in a rush. With that, she told me I could come back in 2 days. When I came to pick up, the gentleman working was so friendly and sweet. He brought out the suit, I paid, and went about my merry way. It was $15 to have a 2 piece suit cleaned and they did an excellent job! There's a $15 minimum for card transactions here. I'll definitely be using Holiday Cleaners for future dry cleaning needs! read more

Always get my uniform cleaned here. Never a problem with their quality and diligence. Came here many many many times before I move.

My family and I have been going to To' at Holiday Cleaners for years, for dry clean and tailoring. She is amazing and we've never been disappointed in all these years. Pricing is reasonable and you have your clothes nicely cleaned and pressed within a week! To' moved her shop to the Calaveras and Pale Victoria complex, same side as Subway and the dim sum restaurant. read more

All staff are very courteous and work hard to get you clothes back quickly. Their alterations and dry cleaning are great.

Do not waste your time and money!! I brought a dress to be dry cleaned and a skirt to have a zipper replacement and dry cleaned. I was supposed to pickup my clothes after 1 week. One day before the scheduled pickup, I received a text stating that they couldn't dry clean the dress because it says on the label to be dry cleaned by a professional dry cleaner! Wait!! I thought this place is a professional dry cleaner!! Well, looks like they are not! Also, they needed 3 more days for the skirt because they had not ordered the replacement zipper yet!! I gave them two extra days to make sure my skirt is fixed and dry cleaned. When I picked up, there are multiple stains on the skirt and when I contacted them they said they did the best they could!!! What kind of an answer is that??? If you cannot handle the job, just close down the door and do something you can handle! I would never go back and I strongly recommend you to stay away from this place! read more

THEY MOVED!!!!!!!! Always happy with service from Holiday Cleaners, please note that they did move to a new location by Park Victoria and Calaveras. It's in the plaza with Starbucks and BBH noodle house, The sign might not be visible since they just moved in, look at the doors, not the top. The sign still says "CHECK INTO CASH" it's across the street from 76, Shell, and Marina Super Market! read more

If you are in the Milpitas area and you are looking for alterations or dry cleaning services THIS IS THE SPOT!!! Prices are reasonable and they do a fantastic job. I had a very difficult suit jacket that needed several inches removed from the sleeves and they did a seamless job! One of my suit pants was heavily stained and they actually called me to let me know that it might not fully come out and asked if I still wanted to proceed. Very honest and trustworthy people. Their customer service is top tier!!!! read more

Always the absolute best and a great price! My family has done all of our dry cleaning and alterations here for years. I had both my high school prom gowns altered here. I bought both a size or two too big in the chest area, one had a completely open back with mesh straps while the other was strapless with a mesh back. I didn't think it'd be able to fit properly, but they worked their magic here AND kept a nice train on both dresses, fixing the shape so it'd lay beautifully. For both the measurements before and making sure it fit after, I was in the dresses for mere minutes while the pins were put in place. They have a curtain in the corner to change. I remember her apologizing that it should take some time... to her some time was like a week. SO QUICK. The ladies here work their butts off. I don't go anywhere else for alterations, so happy to have such a great local business! read more
