Got one set back with stains still on the garment but assumed it might just not be removable. Idk figured it was worth giving the benefit of the doubt since the staff seemed nice and capable. I should've been more diligent in checking the clothes the next time before I left but the recent set of clothes I picked up I inspected when I got home and looked untouched, in their original state and then I noticed the tag reading "needs sewing" was still on my dress strapped and unfixed. It wouldn't be that annoying since it really is my own fault but I gave the woman an extra week to fix it after she told me she was unable to do it in the original allotted time. I really should've checked in store before I left so it's mostly on me and they were a nice enough staff, just be careful before you pay. Either way, I paid full price for all of this and it wasn't cheap so I'm annoyed since I'll have to pay for them again to get done somewhere else properly.

I remember when I had a couple pair of jeans that needed to be altered and even though she had a lot of orders she still helped and altered my jeans within no time.

The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Nobody is accountable for the error. My advise is make sure to get the name of the person who handled your clothes and let them sign in your records that they understood what the clothes are for- whether for alteration or you've instructed them to make sure that the pleats should be kept and not be ironed flat to remove the pleats. My experience there was a nightmare. They said they didn't charge me for the error they did but nothing was reversed in my credit card. The total of $88 for Dry cleaning is expensive and you've paid them to ruin your clothes and I paid for alteration and nothing was done. The length of the pants was the same length when I brought it to them. The people there are irresponsible and careless. They think it's just a matter of getting the clothes and charging the customers.

She said they would be ready in a week or two. I come back in 2 weeks to give her extra time and she said that she still needs another week for two of the coats. I come back another week later, she said they're still not done and to come back tomorrow. At this point I'm frustrated because she's already had it for more than 2 weeks, and she advertises that she can do 1 day service cleaning. But that doesn't seem to be the case. I come back the next day and only one of the 2 coats is done. She then asks me to come back later in the day. I do not have time in my schedule to come to the dry cleanings several times within a week, or within a day for that matter. The point is to drop it off and have a set pick up time when it's ready. I comeback within 3 days for the last coat to give her some more time and she still says she needs 10 more minutes when I finally come in as she was just watching some Netflix show sitting on her chair working on something else. I understand it can be busy, but when she's already had my coats for a month now, and telling me it would be done at a certain time and I show up and it's still not done - you can understand why I give her 0 stars. And for the price? Paying 30-45 per coat for the poor service is outrageous. I would expect better service. It shows that she doesn't care about the quality of the dry cleaning or the quality of my coats because she tried rushing the last coat asking me to wait for her to finish as i can hear her finish steaming it in the back. I just asked for my coat and left. Waste of my time. I also want to side note that she had a side conversation with me about pets - and she hates them! Lol. As a pet owner myself, I found it very rude that she would share her unsolicited opinions about anything unrelated to her business and it lacks professionalism here. If you want someone to really care for your clothing and provide high quality service to your garments, I would recommend going elsewhere. Not true quality first lol

I was desperately looking for a dry cleaning business to dry clean/ remove some stains that were in my sister's cathedral lace veil because I was wearing it as my "something borrowed" to my wedding. I called a few businesses and some quoted me over $40, that was without even looking at the veil. I saw that this business had some positive reviews and it was also closer than the other two places I called, so I decided to call. My call was answered right away and (wish I could remember his name) was so friendly, professional and what I appreciate most was that he was very honest. He (of course without seeing the veil) said come on over and I'll take a look at it. I drove to this business and he looked at the veil and said it was something minor. He told me to hold on because he was going to grab a solution he had and I seen him put it on the stained areas. I asked how long it will take and how much it will be and to beyond surprise he said nothing! All you have to do is make sure you go home and with a toothbrush lightly brush it with water and soap but make sure it's within a hour. He didn't charged me and he took the time to help me, used his solution and explained the steps for me to complete the process. You see... I was getting married that week! I know, I know I should've done it earlier but that's besides the point! I am grateful and will always be thankful for this honest business man who maybe didn't know that forever he will be appreciated because I did wear my sister's veil at my wedding and his kindness deserves more than 5 stars! I am returning to this business as soon as I need dry cleaning and I highly recommend you to go too!

My dresses turned out even better than I could even ask for. The pricing was very fair for the amount of hands-on work required for my very particular vision. It was quick, neat, and absolutely stress free. Even though my qipao was custom, the fit wasn't great. The seams on the sleeves ended up being so stubborn with horrible stitching from the manufacturer, but she still worked on it and did an amazing job! For all those alterations that you think would be too difficult, Thuy is the one to go to! I would trust her with any dress of mine. Keep in mind with the timing that it may take several weeks but it is worth it!

I've been coming here for five years, and even after moving to San Ramon, I still make the trip because their service is exceptional and their prices are unbeatable. Trust me, other places charges way too much! The staff is always friendly, accommodating, and respectful. The cost quoted for the job was kind of expensive but I decided to go ahead with it and hoped for the best. During pick up, I was allowed to try on my outfit to make sure things were to my liking.
