I have been coming to this laundromat for almost six years and have never had a negative experience until today. Unfortunately, my interaction with the male laundry attendant was extremely disappointing. As I normally do, I placed my laundry in the washer and waited in my car while it was running. After the wash cycle finished, I returned, removed my clothes from the washer, and proceeded to place them in the dryer. At that point, the male attendant approached me and rudely stated that the dryers were only for customers who washed their clothes there. I explained to him that I had just used one of the washers, but he repeatedly insisted that I had not and told me I could not use the dryers. It was only after I raised my voice in frustration and another customer nearby confirmed that I had indeed washed my clothes there that he walked away. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. This situation was both unprofessional and embarrassing. As someone who has been a loyal customer for nearly six years, I expected to be treated with more respect. A simple conversation or clarification would have been far more appropriate than the way this was handled. Because of this experience, I will unfortunately not be returning and would rather drive the extra distance to another laundromat. read more

Came around 9 pm since my usual spot for laundry was packed anyways, we check the website and it says they close at 11pm. The guy from the start was rushing me to put my clothes to wash was annoyed but left it at that. Me and my husband went to the car to wait for our clothes to wash, Then the guy came out to tell us our clothes are done washing kinda extra to do since they close at 11pm. I don't know why he was rushing me but anyways ,I came back in to dry my clothes. A while after we go back to check on the clothes , Guy locked the door on us and opened it once we tried going in mind you it's 10 pm. We come in an noticed 10% of our clothes aren't done drying we stick around for another 10 minutes for it to dry. The guy just keeps walking around asked us something about if our clothes were done drying never coming here again. read more

My mom and i have been coming here for years and it has always been a good place to take your big comforters to wash and dry. Only my latest experience today 2/22/26 will i say the customer service when you need help with anything in regards to machine or the coin machine is horrible the male attendant not only ignores your call for help but has the audacity to wave you off when you ask him a question. The previous female attendant was way more helpful. read more

I am here now using one of the double size front loaders adjacent to washer #62. i noticed that during the first rinse and final rinse cycles, NO WATER CAME OUT AT ALL. I told the man attendant who is here. He just looked at it and walked away, and planted his butt ON the folding table across the machines along the window. I asked if he understood me, he shook his head. I had to use another machine to rinse what the first machine failed to do. This is how they make money. NOT COMING HERE ANYMORE, WASTED MY MONEY. Attendant is NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!! read more

If I could put 0 star on this laundry place I would. The Vietnamese guy just so horrible. Didn't want to change our money & would question our bill like we are some type of fraud. Just crazy! read more

Good parking, huge machines, but machines are just too old. On Laundry the doors open as suction worn out. No music, tv, way too low like ER room in Cuba. Almost no place to sit, or fold laundry. Hella ghetto clientelle... To boot. The attendent is way over it, doesnt speak english, and the machines steal quarters read more

Screw this place & its owners. Horrible experience & not going back. They're there to take your money. I was there to dry my clothes after washing my clothes at another laundromat & the owner told me, "No Drying Only" (even though I was paying to dry.) Meaning you have to BOTH wash AND dry our clothes in this specific laundromat in order to receive their service. It's just so they can take more profit. read more

The washing machine I used have some issue with the hot water valve so it was doing dry wash cycle as I have selected hot water for wash. When I noticed the issue and notified the lady in charge of the store, she walked over and merely pressed the warm water button. The problem is this only added cold water and since the wash cycle had already been running for 10 plus minutes, it doesn't add the detergent that I have placed on top of the machine. So I called the lady back and she just stick her finger in the detergent tray and flicked some down.. watched the machine for a minute and told me to use a different machine... She didn't give refund.. and the worst part is she didn't even put a problem tag on that machine even after I reported the problem. Not surprisingly, of the three dryers that I used later, one of them had no heat.. and obviously no problem tag on it. Use the machines there at your own risk read more

Horrible service. They can see the dryer not getting hot after 5 minutes and they said just wait put more money. They ignore anyone not speaking Spanish nasty facilities. read more

Laundromats are like a box of chocolates. In this case you never know what you're going to see. Came to Victoria's laundromats to wash my heavy blankets and rugs. It was a weekday so most of their washers and dryers were available. I used two of their heavy duty washers which were $8.50 each. Totally worth it because I got to wash all of my white blankets all in one. My large rug washed very nice as well, it was soaked inside and out.Their dryers are convenient and easy to use. Options include warm, medium, and hot. There are folding stations around the place so don't worry too much about finding a spot. The lady that works there seems to be sweeping all the lint and dirt every 10 minutes which was nice to see. So business is an A-ok for me but some of the people that come and go are sketchy and weird. You'll find drug deals right outside the laundromat, couples arguing and yelling inside, cheap people who ask you to hurry and take your stuff out so they can use the remaining heat, and men asking if "you're single and ready to mingle." Seriously lol. Wash, dry, fold and get out. Carry mace if you have to because you really need to be on high alert every time. read more

I rarely go to laundromat. This place is so expensive to was a medium load it's $5.50 it's insanely crazy. Additionally there were few Asian lady's that basically had dryers on the reserve "this was a first". I would never go back to this place again! read more

I went to Victoria Laundry on Park Victoria Dr. In Milpitas to wash my work clothes. I put a dollar in the change machine and the machine failed to provide the change. I told the attendant, and she said she didn't believe me, but reluctantly gave me a dollar. Believe me, I am not trying to rip anyone off. But if the machine is not going to give me the change that I paid for, I will say something. I tried calling the owner (408) 942-0288 and the same attendant (latina, heavy set, late 50's or early 60's) answered, again showing bad attitude. (To be fair, there is also another latin woman that works at this establishment with a good attitude and a nice personality, but she wasn't here today.) I asked for the owner's name and phone number, which she wouldn't provide. This all happened on 11/23/14, Sunday, around 1:00 PM. If at all possible, I would recommend going elsewhere. Too much negative attitude here, with this woman. If I am going to spend my earnest income somewhere, I am going to spend it on a business that cares. I hope everyone else does so too. read more

I usually do laundry here once a week but I will start forcing myself to go to another place. The laundry attendant is a hit or miss. I say that there is 1 woman here who is fantastic at keeping the place clean and willing to help whenever asked...and then there is another woman who, I don't know what she's doing honestly. Haha I have ran into a broken dryer a couple of times. The quarters would go in but heat would not come out. She would tell me that it's broken and to go to a different machine and walk off. She could at least give me a refund to use a new machine. The last straw was when a dryer ate up my quarters again but no attendant was on duty. I would at least would want to put a 'broken' sign on the machine. I know I'm being petty but we all work and we are all tired. I am tired of broken machines, wasted quarters, wasted time and lousy service. :/ Come here as a last resort if you must. read more

This place is a joke. I only come here cuz the machines at my apartment are down. A lot of the machines here are not working. The ones that work don't function properly. The washers don't fill enough water to clean your clothes. Hot water is not even hot. Some of the dryers don't emit enough heat to dry your clothes. The fat Latino lady with an attitude does nothing to help and she can't even speak a word of English! read more

I do laundry here once a week since it's the closest laundry mat to me. The place is pretty much always packed unless you show up on a weekday early in the morning. They are open from 7am-11pm ( last wash 9:30pm). The inside is clean it just depends on what person is working at the time. A lot of the machines are always out of service. Since I go here a lot I know what machines work best but most of the washers won't even fill up with water so I don't understand how your clothes is suppose to wash properly. Same thing goes for the dryers. Some heat up, some don't. Oh and don't even bother letting the staff know because they won't refund your money, *unless it's a tall, thin Hispanic lady then she will try and work with you but if it's anyone other than her don't bother. The MAIN THING that I can't stand about this place is that there will always be someone smoking cigarettes right outside the doors. I usually bring my daughter with me so that's really irritating to me, they should might as well smoke inside of the building. The restroom is really dirty, always packed with clothes and graffiti. Last thing, don't show up after 8:30pm because it seems to me that they get really bothered even though they aren't scheduled to close until 11pm. read more
