Super awesome. Very accommodating. The ice cooler in the front of the store was empty however the cashier went to the back stock room and found me 50 lbs of ice which helped save a graduation party. This place gets 5 stars because of 2 things. Mexican Doritos and Cheetos. It's so hard to find these bad boys. The best Cheetos and Doritos you can ever have and you'll never go back to plain boring Doritos. Ignore the Spanish warning of excessive sodium and calories. Was berated here by the gentleman that wears glasses for costing him customers. The screen at this location is slow to enter in phone # to get the discounted price. Guy told me (not asked) to download the app to my phone. Next time I am in plugging my number in to screen he starts complaining I (a customer) am costing him customers do to his not working correctly screen and repeats I need to download app. I explained that I did try to download app and it kept reading error. He tells me I need to call the phone number to resolve this. I told him I am not going to call the number. He continues to complain about me costing him customers. I told him fine, I will not be coming back. He continues to berate me for costing him business even after that. I've had pretty good interactions at every other 7-11 store so this was disappointing. When this was once Spirit Stop and owned by the brothers it was the best liqueur store in town and always a great place to stop. When the new owners bought it the new owner was also a nice guy when he was working. However, since it's become a 7-11 they hired a bunch of people that have no customer skills what so ever and are just plain RUDE. I used to stop here all the time and I also also used to buy my lotto tickets here but now I avoid this shop like the plague. I just went in to this 7-eleven to ask a simple question in regards to a money order and this old man with a grey beard and glasses was SO RUDE I had to write this , he was snappy and terrible rude to me just for asking if the money order machine was working , he raised his voice to me Abc scolded me for asking about it , I hope the owner or manager calls me or emails me and I'll call to tell you how rude this person was, tje time is now 115 pm and you can watch it on CCTV from 105 to 115 pm . I went to 7-11 today to cash in my scratcher I waited for the guy in front of me (cashing in his lottery tickets) When the cashier gave him his money, he motioned to me to give him the scratcher I had in my hand- While he was running it in the machine the guy in front of me wasn't done, so this man had to ask him (cashier) he wanted more lottery tickets- So he gets that Then to the register and tosses me the $20 I won, and proceeds to help the lady next in line...? Well I also wanted to purchase more scratchers, so I was still standing there, and while he was ringing up the other person, I said to her, I wasn't done- She of course apologized and I said it's not your fault, and he, the cashier said I walked away! I'm like, I just moved over a little but technically you should have asked me if there was anything else? So now he is pissed So when she was done I asked for more scratchers, and I had the $20 still on the counter, and I needed another dollar, so I gently tossed the money on the counter in front of the register Well, he tore off the tickets, threw them at me and accused me of throwing the money at him! I'm like what is happening here? He then said he's getting a restraining order against me- You're on camera! You can never shop here again! I hope they get rid of this guy- I have no idea why this escalated like this but I have never in my life been treated like this! If you want to be fooled by false advertising then this is the place for you. This morning I stopped in because it was conveniently located to buy my coffee. I went in and got an extra large coffee and pastry. When I went to the cashier I showed my 7 Eleven app of which he scanned but I was not given the discounted price as I have always received at other locations. I questioned the cashier and was informed that the owner of this store does not honor what 7 Eleven advertises " Any size coffee for a $1 with the 7 Eleven app". When I explained that this was false advertising on the stores part, I was met with shrugged shoulders. I mean, what else do you need to know besides they have great Slurpees on July 11, getting Lotto in a flash, and pretty much all the munchies and domestic beer in a flash? But this location even though it is not the closest to me, I frequently come here because the people over the counter actually says Hi to you and in a nice way. I didn't think much of it the first time but I have been here about 5 times now and every time it is quite fast and pleasant to come here. Parking is a breeze since they don't share the parking with Citibank and next door doesn't have a store front yet. The lady owner here is quite nice and pretty. Albert the cashier ain't to cool. Went in and withdrew $200 from ATM and simply needed a $20 broken for Xmas gifts for family that came over. Albert said the cash register only opens for "sales". I get it, the 3 kids in front of me each paid cash for their candy and drinks, so it opened 3 times while I waited in line and still had to buy some candy I didn't want or need. This is just basic common sense and customer service. It would be one thing if he checked and said he couldn't, but this BS I have to buy something to open the register despite everyone in front of me paying cash and the register being opened over and over again is just poor decision making. There is a 7 Eleven on every corner so you just lost my business. Albert, if this is management telling you to do this, go get another job somewhere else. Worst 711 in the world ever. They aren't even open 24 hrs. When they do open in the morning the coffee is never ready. Sandwiches are always expired. Never have a pizza ready for a picking up a quick slice. When they do have pizza and you want a slice the owner always throws it away and makes a new one. I don't have time for that. One time I went in at 5am, the closed sign was.still up but door was unlocked so I went in and asked what's up with the closed sign. This is the cleanest, and newest 7-Eleven I've ever been to. They have so much to offer here if you're just looking for a quick mini mart. Their baked goods and doughnuts seemed to be fresh and smelled great! The best part though was the wall of refreshments they had. I've never enjoyed actually going into a 7-Eleven until they opened one here in this location, it's in walking distance of my home and everytime I've gone in with my husband or another family member, we are kindly greeted, the place is very clean, they will tell you what's on sale without hounding you constantly to buy. The employees are great and are easy to talk to. The parking isn't bad, there's always people stopping by and never difficult to get a parking spot.
