Absolutely rude and horrible customer service. My son and I went in because he thought he could get a free slurpee for Red Ribbon week with a wristband. I told him, it probably wasn't going to happen, but we'd go and see. I asked as we entered and the answer was no, there is no free slurpee for Red Ribbon Week. That's OK, I told my son that we'd just buy a slurpee. So we go to the slurpee machine and start filling a cup. All the slurpees are partially frozen, liquidly, not fully frozen, or slushy, so we stood there a bit trying to figure out which one to get. We were filling up our cup when the employee, Singh, comes up to us and sternly says, "Don't make a mess." Excuse me?! At first, I didn't understand what he said because it was so random. We were not making a mess. We were filling up a slurpee cup. I asked him what he had said and he told me again to not make a mess. Now, I'm getting angry because there was no mess being made. We were just filling up the slurpee cup and putting a lid on. I almost wanted to walk out right then and there leaving the cup behind because he was just stupidly rude and unjustified in approaching us. But nonetheless, we finish getting our slurpee and I go to pay. As I'm getting money out of my wallet, Singh acts if I did something to offend him! He stared me down. What the hell!? My 14 year old daughter went to 7-Eleven for the free slurpees on 7/11 around 7pm yesterday. Staff told them no more free slurpees because all the small cups are out, so the girls end up buying their slurpees. My daughter bought a medium slurpee and they charged her over $6. I come here almost every morning to buy a beverage. For some reason my card declined today and the manager said "declined, next" with a harsh, dismissive tone. I asked if I could try again and he said "one more time" with authoritative time like I'm a child. I'm a homeowner and a professional! I was treated like a bum. Don't know who took the place of the normal cashier this morning about 7:30. But I had a free coffee on my app. The cashier insisted that I really needed to pay 10 cents more than I do every other single morning I come to buy coffee. Then when I told him my app showed I had a free cup, he scans the app that showed I had a free cup and then said that I really only owed a dollar twenty-five after all. I didn't want to fight or argue as I had to go to work but will keep this in mind if I ever see him behind the counter again in the future. The usual people are great though. read more

Long time customer, I go in everyday for my morning coffee but lately the morning employee by the name of Raj has got me thinking of taking my business elsewhere. He is very rude and disrespectful to customers, especially me. He has made it especially known to me that he doesn't like me for some reason. He had made it a point to yell at me for using paper towels, dispensing coffee when it's not ready, or has angrily told me to lay my iPhone down so he can scan the 7 Eleven app and the latest thing he's done is over charge me $.50 for a coffee refill when I've been paying $1 for a refill for the last 3 years, where does it state in the store that refills are $1.50. The total amount on the screen even displayed $1.00 so I'm not sure where that extra $.50 of mine is going. read more

Came here today around 8pm for some snacks.I noticed that the cashier rang me up for the wrong price, I asked my fiancee to confirm the price posted. I told the cashier that he had punched the wrong price, he raised his tone and asked me what's the problem. I told him that he had made a mistake and charged me for the wrong price and he rudely responded with "yeah...yeah..price had changed". Suggested that they should probably change the price on the floor, he then raised his hand to dismissively waved at me to stop talking and said "yeah,yeah whatever". The owner was real rude. He would limit the amount of creames and other condaments and expect the customers to ask. He couldn't explain anything without yelling. I stopped by around 9AM on a Sunday before I went to church. I asked if he could make a certain coffee that was emptied. He started complaining telling me I should come earlier. 9Am on a Sunday isn't to late. Most people are sleeping. I am so happy he closed. read more

My husband walked in around 1am after a long 8 hour shift and wanted to purchased a beer. He walked up to the beer cooler and it was locked, So he asked the clerk behind the counter (unknown name but a man of Asian or Philipno descent possibly) Excuse me do you lock up your beer after a certain time. The clerk responded very rudely Is it locked then yeah it's after 12am Isn't it? My husband said I was just asking a question no need to be so rude, His response was Fuck you actual words and began arguing with my husband who then shot right back with his own expletives as my husband was leaving the store he yelled fuck you white boy as he walked out the door. Needless to say I will be making a actual complaint to whoever is in charge of this location and of course will never set foot at that place again. Its an alright 7-Eleven. Service can be good and bad sometimes. Pretty big inside with alot of variety of stuff to choose.

They lock up their alcohol at midnight. Waacckk!!! The guy had an attitude, so I left my Naked juice for him to put away. Go to the location on Katella instead. They don't lock up their booze till 2am, and they're friendly. When I told him why I left the Los Al blvd. location, he said "they're crazy." Hahaha read more

This is an older store. Selection was okay. Some items on shelf were out of code. Also biggest complaint was that their delivery truck was blocking the handicap parking spot with its palet jack and the ramp. read more

This is my favorite 7-11 of all. I know several members of the family that owns and runs this awesome example of how great a 7-11 can be vs. going to a liquor store for buying at night or day. This is a place where you really get a great selection of products. The service is 5 stars and the fact that this store is close to me is a blessing.
