Then the manager Hector and Andre excuse was "we are near train tracks so therefore there will be mice sightings" He didn't have any solutions for the pest problem. He also stated that I could take it up with my insurance. Is that a solution to your pest problem Cubesmart? Also, I asked for the number to the district office. He gave it to me, but no one answered or returned my call. This pest problem is not being taken care of and is out of control according to the picture I sent. She was incredibly helpful getting my reservation confirmed, getting me into my unit, answering my questions, and making our move as smooth as possible (notwithstanding a couple of hiccups on my end). Truly excellent. The facility itself is clean and temperature controlled and the loading bay is easy to access from the units (and covered, which is nice when it is raining/snowing).
