The only reason I needed it replaced is because I have a habit of putt my keys in my front pocket & the small piece connecting it to the key ring broke. I was expecting to pay $400-$500 dollars for a replacement. The gentleman who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. I got super lucky that the had a shell for my fob. It was $30. He was able to just replace the outside & use my current interior parts in the new one. He even checked the battery when I asked him to. He said it was fine. So out the door quickly & a huge cost saver. You can bet I will be going there when I do have to replace the entire fob.

He looked up my information, confirmed my battery was still under warranty, and even though they were closing in 45 minutes, he went above and beyond.
