Famous cheese wheel pasta - dinner for two $69
Marjorie C.

This establishment is a MUST TRY I will definitely be going back with my family I came here with my husband on a date and it was such a beautiful and thoughtful experience We made reservations before checking the closing time and we didn't realize they were about to close until we were already seated and ordered. It was the most private and intimate date we ever experienced. It was so thoughtful and sweet of them to still take us as guests. They did not rush us and was so attentive and friendly throughout the entire experience - seriously unmatched service The chef making the pasta table side said we came at the perfect time because it does get extremely busy The appetizers, main course and dessert were all a hit. Everything so flavorful and hit all the right taste buds. We are coming back to try the mozzarella sticks and pizza with our kids Probably one of the best restaurant experiences we've ever had both on service and food taste

Rigatoni a la vodka with chicken

My friends and I chose this place because no one had been there before. I was able to make reservations for a Friday night a few days before just in case. There is plenty of parking in their lot or on the street. We ended up talking a lot and our poor server came back often to see if we were ready for drinks or appetizers. Thank you for your patience. We ended up splitting a bottle of wine and ordered the caprese. The caprese was so fresh and even had pesto in the middle. It was a great start to dinner. We were even given rolls with butter as well. We actually chose this place because they have a cheese wheel and no one ended up ordering that. They also were very attentive and refilled our water without us asking. I got the rigatoni a las vodka with chicken, and my two other friends got the baked rigatoni and the fettuccine Alfredo. Our dishes were delicious and perfectly seasoned. We also ordered the chocolate Gelato and tiramasu for dessert. Those were a perfect night cap to our dinner and catch up session. The restaurant is deceptively big and had a whole back area, I am guessing for large parties. It was very clean and we were able to catch up without any issues. I definitely recommend coming here for the food and excellent service.

Filet mignon

We came here for our board dinner, a big party of 15. The early birds got to order some drinks and appetizers. The ambience was nice and luxury. The service was great as the server recommended drinks and brought out food quickly. The drinks are priced very reasonably in today's environment. A bottle of Josh is $40 and this is a nicer version of Josh. For dinner, I ordered a filet mignon medium. My co worker ordered the same but well done. They gave it to us correctly initially but came and said we needed to switch. After we cut our steaks, we needed to switch back. Overall, it's a nice and cool Italian restaurant. I'd like to come back and try other dishes.

We went on a Friday and the place was empty. Service was good. The food came out a little long though even though the restaurant only had us. We ordered the following and enjoyed the food. Short ribs- tasty and meat was tender Shrimp linguine- ok it was super oily Clam linguine- good, tasty Chicken pesto- tastes fresh Bread and butter- the butter we enjoyed very much

Not sure the drink but it was sweet and strong. Great recommendation by our waitress.

I don't often give 5-star reviews but when I do it's well deserved. Had this restaurant saved in my collection 4-ever and finally went for a birthday celebration. Could not have been happier. From the moment we walked through the heavy wooden door (fancy!) until we left- the host, the waitress, server, manager and even the owner were amazingly attentive and welcoming. When it's your birthday they put a nice sign at your table and everyone stops by to wish you an amazing bday. They also check in to make sure you're having a good time and enjoying your delicious meal. Now for the food: fresh, al dente and tasty. All adjectives you want running through your mind after the first bitesss. We ordered stuffed mushroom- hot and nicely seasoned. Mushrooms not overcooked and stuffing not overly cheesy. The shrimp linguine another hit with fresh tomatoes and jumbo shrimp with a nice snap. The light seasoning with lots of garlic was just perfect. We also ordered the beef short ribs. My friend said it melted on her mouth and the fresh mash potatoes- just right. Did I mention the portions were huge! Lots of goodies to take with us. To add to the dining experience we watched as patrons steadily came and went throughout the evening. You can tell this is a favorite for many. There were High-5s, handshakes and lots of "Welcome back friends!" Just an overall beautifully decked out neighborhood restaurant with so much heart and soul. I heard that the restaurant has been handed down from their grandparents... I'm sure they would be very proud. Highly recommend.

Great meal they just close really early. I did come on Monday like at 8 o'clock, but it just felt like they rushed us out.

Tiramisu, Cannoli, crème brûlée

Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience with the lady at the front. My entire group felt she had a rude tone when we were asking regular questions. We didn't get her name but she had glasses and septum nose piercing. She was more accommodating at then end but we were very off put at the beginning and it left a bad taste in our mouths. Our server at our table was the complete opposite. Very attentive and made the group less angry with our initial treatment. Wish I got her name to share. The desert and cocktails were nice but due to the service it did not make up for the overall experience. Desert: Tiramisu 4/5 - great flavor, ratio of cream was too much compared to cake portion Canolli 4/5 - duo flavors were nice and had a good shell with crunch Crème brûlée 2/5 - pistachio flavor was light and it's was almost too warm and liquidy. Cocktails overall some major hits and other misses. Sgroppino 5/5 - strong but with a great flavor profile Dragon fruit cocktail 2/5 - too light tasting, not much flavor or alcohol? Gave more juice Peach Bellini 4.5/5 - table side pour is nice touch and rest of bottle was nice. Syrup has a sourness but mixed in with Bellini and gelato and tasted just right. Melontini - 2.5/5 light, somewhat good flavor but nothing memorable. Ambience seems nice but it can be loud inside with open floor plan.

Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

I am so happy and impressed with the service here. Staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay. Really attentive, I appreciate it! The food was amazing!! The chicken fettuccine alfredo was honestly the best i've had, the sauce was amazing. The restaurant was really clean, modern very nice. Definitely will be coming back

Nice restaurant with friendly service. I got the 1970 lasagna and really enjoyed it. My friend got the rigatoni à la vodka and she thought it was just ok. We also got dessert and that was really good. We came on a Tuesday and it didn't start getting busy until about 7pm.

OOHH MMM GEE! Amazing. My friend looked for a place for us girls to meet and eat. This place did not disappoint. The food, the drinks, all delicious. The staff were all so so friendly and not had to look at. Sorry had to add that. The place was clean. A great place to chat. We stayed for almost 3 hours and they never rushed us to leave. Highly recommend and I'll definitely be taking my parents and kids there soon.

Brunch pizza (potato with white sauce)
Nina W.

Personally, I did not like the food. Ordered from the brunch menu. Carbonara and breakfast/potato pizza were not up to par. I'm very picky with Italian food and this was not it. Felt like it was just heavy and greasy and the flavors on the pizza did not mesh well. Felt very sluggish after. I also tried the Wagyu pastrami and asked for no mustard and they still put mustard on it. The flavor is very smokey. Atmosphere is beautiful and service is friendly. Plenty of parking. Reservations can be made on open table.

Fried zucchini

I had the most delicious lunch at 19Seventy the other day. The staff were amazing and sweet. I love that parking was easy. Melontini (4/5) - This drink was spirit forward and came with a cute melon ball on the side. I slightly wish it was a little fruitier. Wagyu meatballs (5/5) - the appetizer came with three medium-sized Wagyu meatballs on pieces of garlic toast. The meatballs were delicious and a great starter to our meal. Caesar salad (4/5) - this was your classic Caesar salad that accompanied our pasta perfectly. Fried zucchini (5/5) - I love that the zucchini was sliced and crispy. The breading to zucchini ratio was perfect and paired perfect perfectly with a marinara sauce. Short rib pappardelle (5/5) - this pasta dish was the absolute highlight of our meal. In order comes with two servings, which is more than enough pasta for a second meal for two people. The short rib was flavorful and tender, and the Alfredo sauce and fresh pasta were amazing. Cannoli (4/5) - the cannoli was a simple way to top off our delicious Italian meal. I like that on one end there were chocolate chips and the other end there was pistachio.

I don't remember but it was delicious

He made the reservations online with Nine Social but when he got the confirmation, it said for Macallans so he called and spoke to the manager and we got a table here. Wine list was extensive and since he knew a lot about wine.... I told him to just choose for me. We did a pinot noir to start and then went to a cab. The cab was great! I ended the night with a moscato. I ordered the mango tango and he ordered the wedge. Both delish! The mango tango had that sweet and salty blend perfectly. For dessert we had the chocolate mousse. It was really good! Service was excellent! They let you try the wine before you order a glass! They checked on us constantly and were really attentive. The place had an older feel to it and it's quaint. I like the coziness of it. They had live music going on and Tom the pianist did a great job! He sang to me when Tom was playing. Super sweet! Tom came over to introduce himself and told us about music nights and there will be singers there. We love this place so much we stayed until closing time. We were the last ones to leave! We were already talking about coming back for when the singers will be there. Our first time here... And definitely won't be our last!

They were also very flexible with changing times to accommodate as needed. Once you check in - they do check IDs at the door, they will ask to hold an ID as a deposit and have you sign a waiver for incidentals, etc. The XL room I booked was for $108/hr and fits up to 20 people. Although this room was not on their website, it is available! It fits up to 20 people, my group of 17 fit very comfortably. The room was also nicely decorated with balloons for a nice birthday touch, though you may need to move a few to read the lyrics if you're sitting and singing haha Drinks can be ordered at the bar outside if you would prefer them not to be charged to the room (which is convenient if you're splitting the tab and don't want to remember who ordered what)! Bathrooms were extremely clean and the stalls even had some pads there for the girls. I liked that they had the sinks outside, which is nice if you want to clean your hands before eating/drinking/singing. I didn't order any food, so I can't speak on that. The mixed shot drink I tried was very light and quite sweet, which is fine for me since I don't like the taste of alcohol but might not be good for you if you're expecting something stronger. The pricing is typical of a karaoke lounge I think(?) The song selection tablet was interesting haha. The person who checked me in was nice enough to change everything to English before we started and also explained how to look for songs. (It's not very straightforward initially, but you get the hang of it after). They had all the favorites and they do have an option to use YouTube if they don't have the song you want! Parking can get rough. I happened to get lucky and found a spot right when I entered, but some of my friends had a tough time parking. Even though parking was hard, the plaza is surprisingly not too busy. All in all, I think I'll be back!

Since it was a Saturday, I'd recommend having a reservation or being on the waitlist! It was still quite a wait for our party of 6. The hostesses where wearing costumes which was cool, but they werent very friendly. When we were all able to check in, we waited and additional 25 mins with no system in place of where to wait. So we all just kind of stood there as we didn't want to get missed when they had a table for us. When we were called in, we did get the worst seats in the house and wished we were placed literally anywhere else. Being so close to the bathrooms and the curtain separating the stock room kind of broke the immersion. The food was fairly priced, but I think it was because the portions were pretty small. I tried the Cordon Bleu chicken sliders- they were fine, nothing stand out. Their seasonal menu was very interesting and the butternut squash salad was good, but again, pretty small in portion. Brussel sprouts were delish, but also small in portion. Drinks are a standout though! The bartenders are super friendly and my drink (the ravens claw) was very strong. The props and projections were fun little details that activated the space! Would've enjoyed it more if we were in a more optimal area. Overall it was fun because of the people I was with, so I'd give this overall experience a 3.5! If they weren't there, I'd give a solid 3 stars. I'm open to trying this place again and hoping for a better experience next time.
