Always great food, company, and staff that make us feel right at home! My sons favorite is the garlic shrimp and steak bites and the French onion soup. Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Everything we have had at the Cauldron has been amazing. Plenty of seating inside and outside and live the new addition. Had such an amazing time going solo to this place. Sat at the bar and was greeted by a cute (lol he was a really cool dude) Bartender named Brendin. Asked him which cocktail of the month he'd recommend and he gave me his opinion but then said he could make me a drink that had been on the menu before and tasted much better( definitely tased like pumpkin pie like he said). So I said cool I'm game. He proceeded to make me the drink (after I had already had a devils margarita! I've been seeing so many videos online of The Cauldron and had to finally visit! I must admit, I was a bit disappointed in the atmosphere. The location is marketed as dark and witchy, but there was a lot of light in the space which did not make it feel as spooky as the internet makes it out to be. The server was nice and attentive. She made sure we knew it was happy hour, which has a great deal! The escargot was good, especially with the garlic butter. I felt that the meat in the French dip could've been better quality. Very nice bar with a cute main dining room and a 2nd backroom. It's pretty loud inside so definitely not a quiet place to have deep conversations. There's also a small outdoor area with heat lamps. Decent amount of parking. Definitely wouldn't recommend coming on a weekend as a wedding party came by and drank all the champagne and prosecco. Mocktails and french fries were tasty though. It was a scrolling moment right before we decided where to celebrate our anniversary. Suddenly "The Cauldron" popped up, and it seemed interesting with its overview! My husband and I first came here for a dinner date back in 2019, and we've returned several times over the years. What a fun bar to enjoy a night cap at after a fun evening for a bachelorette party. This spot is on the smaller side but even with our larger group they were able to put some tables together and get our group seated. We all just did 1 drink and they had some fun different cocktails to order from and they all came out super cute. Before we left we explored the space a little and found a little photo booth area as well as a covered outdoor patio area and found a little cabinet with some items to purchase and one of the girls found some earrings to buy. Back again. Stopped by last night to try out their new (or I guess returning) Wicked Elixirs! Per usual, had a great experience. Everyone's so friendly and helpful. It was weird that we had to wait 15 minutes for a table - and even for a table that was free the whole time but I understand there are reasons we do not know. It was in between 4 other tables with people already seated so there was a server in that area. BUT they gave us a tour of the back room that you can book for parties, which was fun, and we sat outside in the cooling down weather while we waited. Raven's Claw- This is a rum based drink with pineapple juice and berry. It is sweet but very strong because they are quite generous with alcohol here. Peppermintini- This is a seasonal drink so enjoy while it lasts. The peppermint flavor is refreshing with sweet white chocolate undertones. The sugar rim gives you an extra boost of sweetness. The Conservatory room, where we were seated, reminds me of a mystical garden in New Orleans with overgrown botanicals and twisting vines. It's quite lovely & tranquil. We came here for the elaborate cocktails that are skillfully mixed like magical potions. They also serve specialty themed drinks for the holidays. The name alone had me at "hello." So, when the opportunity arose to meet some of my favorite friends here, it was a no brainer...It's a bit of a hike for moi but being that it was Thanksgiving weekend getting there was not too bad. Been here a few times now, and I think this was my last. We were told it would be a $450 precharged amount for a party of around 10 people on a Tuesday afternoon. This led us to stress order more than we would have originally, and we were afraid to send things back since we needed to meet that minimum. The steak bites were super rubbery and flavorless, and the creme brûlée was literally curdled! The cheese board was also comically small. At that point all we could do was laugh. Okay, so since it's Halloween and my friends and I love a good seasonal themed bar, we decided to check out The Cauldron. It's definitely cute inside with moody lighting and witchy vibes but honestly there's only one prime spot: the table in front of the spooky fireplace with the holographic ghost in the mirror . If you can somehow request that seat, do it. It's hands down the best seat in the house. The drinks were fine, nothing bad but nothing that really stood out either. They do have a camera setup where you can take pictures and upload them to their gallery, which is fun but I wish there was an "add a ghost" photo filter or something, and a way to email or print the photo would be nice. Missed opportunity there. Overall, it's a cool little spot to check out for the Halloween aesthetic, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come back unless I was already nearby. read more
