If you are a member and have the pleasure to dip in here, the drinks are insatiable. Maggie was our server and was so energetic and polite. Live the fresh flowers to greet you at the counter and the Halloween ambiance.

Amazing service!! Great food and Drinks are top notch . Several seating available, comfy couches and chairs. We had a group of 24 people and there was still space available for other people to enjoy comfortably

Beautiful, classy 1930s Hollywood style, excellent service, great food & drinks. There is an extensive drink menu, food are small bites you can share. We enjoyed the salmon (fresh & tender), beef skewers with a side of rice (great flavor), salad (simple yet refreshing with lots of fruit) and pumpkin sundae (so delicious, pumpkin ice cream & pumpkin pound cake in the middle). It gets busy on the weekends and holidays, its first come first serve. We arrived at 12p and the restaurant was full, they text you when seats are available. We came back around 1:30p.

Located on the side of Carthay Circle's entrance is 1901, a private lounge located in Disney's California Adventure. Named because Walt Disney himself was born December 1901! Love it! Walking in you're immediately transported back in time to the 30's with comfy couches, a stunning bar and a lounge with grand piano. Its always cozy, casual and fun. Their attention to detail is impeccable and im always finding something new on the walls. So much art, history and even hidden mickeys! For the food, I always always get the rose soda. Bubbly, sweet and always hits the spot. I'm also biased because I'm vietnamese & from texas' best taco city (austin) so my favorite dish here is the Vietnamese Twice Cooked Beef Tacos!

We had an amazing lunch at our orientation! Brie cheese and pasta with chicken. Can't wait to go back.

Such a great experience. The cast members were all amazing. Food was amazing, I'm still thinking about it.

Oh my gosh....... this place is amazing! Somehow I was able to sneak into this place. This is a member's only lounge hidden in the lounge area of Carthay Circle. I thought I loved Carthay Circle, but that is before i experienced 1901. I love all things Disney. Take time to a place that highlights Classic Disney and I'm truly in love. This lounge is completely filled with all things Walt Disney. Framed photo after photo gives you insight into the professional life of the legend Walt Disney. Photos take you into the studio where he and his team were animating Mickey and his friends. Looking around the lounge, you can also see some artifacts and remnants of Disney history. There are chairs and tables in different arrangements in the two rooms of the lounge. You can order any drink from the regular Carthay Circle Lounge menu. There are a few seasonal drinks specific for 1901 as well. There is a full bar so you could basically have almost any drink you could want. There is a lounge menu with some different food options specific to 1901 as well. This is not a restaurant, so there aren't full meals available. The lounge is relaxed and comfortable. The staff inside the lounge are extremely attentive and friendly. They really make you feel welcomed. It was an amazing experience and I would absolutely love to return again someday..... if I'm lucky enough.

Tacos - recommended!

It's exclusive, yes, but it's not a pretentious place to enjoy a light meal and an adult beverage or two. You don't feel like you need to dress up when visiting 1901 and everyone, including the patrons, have always been so friendly! Try the tacos: little, crispy, mouthfuls of tasty goodness! I've sampled a few dishes and found them all to be excellent, but the tacos...yummy! Ask for complimentary finger foods to snack on. There's an assortment of roasted peppers, olives, nuts and other various bite-sized tastebud pleasers to enjoy. I absolutely love the live music. There is a regular group (guitar, bass, and percussion trio) that really sets a classy, nostalgic, tone for the club (it's not all the time, but when they are there it's wonderful). If you can get into 1901 with a Club 33 member, jump at the opportunity. It's a great place to hang out and meet some new friends. Yelp 100 Challenge 2017: 3 of 100! How about some sexy pics:

Exclusivity is good in more ways than one. 1901, named after Walt Disney's birth year is a quaint lounge, tucked away from the masses behind a nondescript door in California Adventure. Upon entering, you are greeted by staff, who will most likely know you by name. Once you leave the foyer and enter the main room, you are greeted by a warm atmosphere that's filled with lounge chairs, Mickey toys on the wall, pictures of the early Disney years, a fireplace, and a piano in the corner, gently playing the classical rendition of Beauty and the Beast. The seasonal menu is short and sweet. For winter cocktails, I highly recommend the grasshopper and the Caribbean coffee. If you're into the sweeter things in life, the grasshopper is your choice with crème de menthe, crème de cacao, and fresh heavy creme. If you'd like to be warmed up from head to toe, the Caribbean coffee will gladly assist with its 15 year Demerara rum, petit canne syrup, fresh roasted coffee, and fresh heavy cream. For lunch, you can't go wrong with the wagyu sliders or the Spanish roasted cauliflower. Not a big fan of the spring rolls however. Kick back, relax, then get back out there and enjoy the rides!

Just another visit to the park was what I had intended when I walked through the gates of DCA with my friends. But they had something special in mind that evening. Aside from riding Tower of Terror and Radiator Springs Racers with me, we were going to have drinks at 1901. For those of you who aren't aware, there's a members only lounge at DCA next to Carthay Circle called 1901. Entrance to 1901 depends on what level of Club 33 membership you have. I won't go into details since I don't particularly know but let's just say it's expensive. The interior is splendidly decorated with photographs of Walt Disney. There's plenty of Disney memorabilia adorning the walls. The lavish chairs beckon you to sit in them. My favorites were the directors chairs with Walt, Lillian, Roy, and Edna Disney's name on them. The spherical ice machine is a marvel. They demonstrated it for me and it was awesome. Check out the hallway with "Walt's ghost" which appears periodically. Thank you so much to the member who walked us in. Members can bring up to 4 guests but they must be present with their guests the entire time they are there. The lounge is relaxing to be sure but the menu is exactly the same to what is next door at Carthay Circle. There is no dress code for 1901. The cool factor was that we had the entire place to ourselves. Thanks to our bartender, Shane, for excellent service. We sat and chatted and were never rushed. The lounge is quiet and is a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of the parks.

Pear martini with a small pear and vintage coffee with cinnamon stick. Presentation and drinks were excellent!

My first time dining here and we had the wagyu beef sliders, flatbread, artichoke hummus tacos along with our cocktails. Delicious and an awesome dining experience.

a table with plates of food and utensils

Celebrated my birthday at Club 33 earlier in the day and decided to drop into 1901 to end my night. It was definitely worth it since it's the only place in the park that sells alcohol. ;D The appetizers and drinks hit the spot. Perfect to share!

At California Adventure Park next to the Carthay Circle Restaurant Perhaps I would have to speak to a member of this club to massage my opinion of this lounge, but I found it to be a bit overrated. For those who haven't heard of 1901 it is a membership only club/lounge akin to the more famous and offering quite a bit more Club 33. Pricing to be a part of this Club is similar to the pricing of Club 33, but one receives a lot less in terms of benefits so to speak. While Club 33 is a full restaurant with various events, souvenirs, and history this is a newer lounge that makes for a nice escape from the crowds at California Adventure, but truth be told if that is what one desires then that can be achieved sans membership by going over to one of the Disnelyand Hotels. The food menu here was designed by Chef Andrew Sutton of Napa Rose fame so I could only imagine how delicious that must be. They also have a full bar here too. There is quite a bit of comfortable seating inside to relax in a nice temperature controlled atmosphere. The walls are also adorned with various Disney artwork that one can appreciate. I also love that they have iPod/Android Phone charging stations which proves quite handy as well.

I don't even know how to fathom a fancy pants club in the middle of Disneyland. Going in with jeans and a t-shirt was a little weird. What was not weird was drinking a fancy pants drink... Because it was good! I was impressed by the classic cocktail menu. I did NOT expect the drinks to be quality, but they exceeded my expectations. They were just like you'd get at a regular cocktail specialty bar. I ordered the Negroni and it was strong and delicious. Or, just ditch the other drinks and get the martini just so you can see them melt the circular ice cube! Trust me, it's really cool to watch! I like that there's little artifacts from Walt's life inside. I especially was entertained by the little note that states they didn't want the cartoons to have belly buttons shown anymore. Oh, how times have changed! You can actually get some free warm olives as a little app teaser. It's quite large and delicious! I was surprised considering Disney food is sometimes a little iffy. I know this isn't necessarily something you get to experience every time you're in Disney because you need to have the special pass in, but if you have one or know someone that does, go for it! You're allowed to feel classy in Disney!

The Blind Rabbit is in building B (I think... 2 story building right off the main road). A reservation is highly recommended, as this spot can only hold about 30 people. As I went alone, my reservation was for a bar seat, which was cool as I was able to watch the bartenders make lots of very cool shaken and stirred drinks. This place serves absinthe drinks plus absinthe served the traditional way (cold water on sugar cube into the alcohol). I did not try that, but was tempted. My pineapple old fashioned (Retired Old Man was what Sergio (bartender) told me) was very tasty. The Tamerand Marg with mezcal that I tried next was just okay (should have stuck with the whiskey!). The ambience is great, but it is quite dark inside. Use the light under the bar top to read the menu. There is food available. I tried the crabcake and thoroughly enjoyed it! If you go looking for the entrance, look for the "boxes" stacked against the wall and the black bunny handle (next to a hostess station that may/may not be staffed). Photos were highly discouraged, so I respected their wishes and just enjoyed the moment. I hope you enjoy it too!

Our server was attentive and friendly, and he took the time to help me choose a drink since I'm pretty particular about alcohol flavors. He even checked in after I tried it to make sure I liked it, which I really appreciated. Since it's a smaller, more intimate bar, I'd definitely recommend making a reservation if you want to sit inside.

In my head it wasn't that much. when i arrived to pickup it was like.....uhhhhh oops? this is fine it's fine! 1-prime minister dog or shipwreck dog? (receipt names don't match the attached paper menu just fyi) 2-Commanders smoked turkey leg / Prime Minister smoked turkey leg 3-Admirals corn cup 4-Captains melt $15- 1/2lb wagyu angus beef patty w sweet pepper, grilled onions, cheese, candied peppered bacon & polynesian sauce on toasted monterey jack sourdough bread. +togarashi fries 5-Admirals pickle So far i've only inhaled half the melt. and i must say IT IS delicious. Obviously with covid takeout i imagine if eaten fresh off the grill the sourdough would be crunch exterior melty soft. BUT even with a 35minute travel time home, the steam builds up inside so kinda soggy, it's still so yummy! so much wagyu beef so juicy plus the slightly spicy sauceOoMPh just slap me! the fries are like sliiiiightly spiced. meh. i've never been a fan of fat steak fries. too chonky. will try the tots next cuz who doesn't love fluffy crumbled tater tots!??? will update as i eat my way thru the rest but the big juicy dog is being eyed ---- Loco Moco burger $14 - is even better than opening week. It actually seems flatter now, buts it's every bit as delicious and better. which if you take into account you can't eat it fresh cuz u have to take it home (25-30min drive for me), then it would've been awesome right off the grill. It's downright juicy, oddly i love the frisée? it's like thinly crunchy which turns out really nice especially when it's seeping with whatever that thousandislandy looking sauce with the faintest of spicy hints (not actually spicy, the sweet savory juices drown it), however it makes the super soft bun mushy which makes your hands ultra messy (do not touch your phone or your face, that's how viruses get passed around). Egg was nestled in the center so when i popped it, the oozy goodness enhanced the already amazing burger. Comes with a side of polynesian mac salad which is nothing like blind rabbits truffle mac n cheese but this mac salad is cold with fun crunchy bits and a hint of a spicy kick. Banana Bread $8 - yo i do not know how they came up with this but this item is godly. the bread itself is good, dense, sweet like lvl3 delicious. but the explosive flight to lvl7 is from the super caramellyish thick sauce and the crunchy pieces of whatever sprinkled about. PLuS whatever that white cream is, all together is a super amazing experience. Saturn 2 for $22 - alright i thought this was the 1 of the 4 drinks that i liked from opening week. the online order thing is weird, it LISTED as 2 for $22, but when you add 2 to your cart, it charges you $44, so naturally i thought each order is a set of 2 right? so i order 1 (set) for $22. And that's where it got weird, the package contained 1 pouch which appears like 1 drink of saturn BUT they also gave me 2 ziploc bags of ice (1 of which was leaking), 2 straws, 2 sets of garnish (i LOVE that even tho its to go, they're giving you the garnish even tho it was 2 leaves and 2 flowers). Now with 1 pouch tho it's either you share the same drink (very anti-social distancing) or you bring your own glass to split it....and then ice+garnish it. anyways um...it's strong, like just out the front door strong, like beast claw just ravaged your face strong. every sip, i felt the tonic punch me in the face and i would fade away a little. The taste? really wasn't appealing to me, but i paid $22 for it so i'm gonna drink it fml. IT JUST wouldn't end though! i kept sipping and sipping and oh lord my face kept getting punched so i was like....alright let's just man up and down this sucker. BAD MOVE. X_X. Brain decided to take a 5 hour nap. Woke up...and ITS STILL UNFINISHED!!! PLZ JUsT END!! 2nd curbside attempt -Loco Moco Burger -Banana bread cake x i'm calling it quits on the drinks. it's just not the same level as tBR (older sibling) Parking: structure just north of the block is a couple bucks an hour ticket place. and supposedly there's a "free 2hr" corner lot across from them/ice rink but it's very limited in space. Service: always a pleasure. For curbside they'll bring it out to the curb but the street doesn't really have per se like an expanded area to wait, so if you're there for long, you could totally be blocking traffic cuz people are turning into the small 2 becoming 1 lane street. And i hate idling my car, 10minutes of idling? We're killing the planet (and she's having her revenge now). Nah i'll park at the open lot and just walk over, i need the exerFRIES anyways. -apparently i saved this andnever posted I apology. Im coming back today and i anticipate itll still be awesome.

We arrived around 6pm on a Sunday evening and we were bummed that it was packed full inside. We decided to go have a drink upstairs, and then come back down later to see if it was any less busy. There must have been one big group who left because 30 minutes later, it was completely empty inside. There are a few wood tables outside of the entrance and several two seat tables along the outside of the side of the train, but for a first visit we definitely wanted to be inside. When you come inside at BXCR, there are two long green couches along each side that wrap around to the entrance to maximize available space. There are two steamer trunks on each side that serve as tables. We were surprised that all of the tables had a Yahtzee game on them, and we had a blast playing that while we enjoyed our drinks. If you happen to roll a Yahtzee, they give you a candle as a prize. There is good background music playing that fits the environment. There is some good décor with overhead baggage racks and international clocks on one wall, and gauges on the wall next to the bar. There are some small rectangular windows along the top of both sides, and some curtained windows on the right side which do let a little light in. When the main entrance door is opened before its dark outside, it does let quite a bit of light in and kills the ambience temporarily. I would recommend coming closer to or after sunset to not let any outside sunlight interfere with your experience. The drinks are made at the bar in the rear where there are several seats and a little standing room. It wasn't on the current menu, but I saw on a previous menu they had an Amaretto Sour so I started with that, and it did not disappoint. It was nice and frothy from an egg white and had Angostura bitters on top. My girlfriend started with the Calm Cruise which was great. It's basically a Pina Colada, but with an additional honeydew flavor in the background. For number two, I tried the C-League cocktail. The smokiness of Mezcal has grown on me lately if it is not the primary flavor, and in this drink it is at a nice level somewhere in the middle. The cucumber and cilantro are definitely present, along with a little heat from the ancho verde and a little sweetness from the Luxardo maraschino. This is a excellent easy-drinking tequila cocktail. Her number two was the Aviation which she enjoyed. Vince was our main bartender along with Sarah. They were very friendly and fun to chit-chat with while they were mixing up our drinks. This is definitely a cool place to check out, and we will definitely return.

Instead, I ordered chicken tenders, which is so NOT what I would EVER order, but I did on this day. The chicken was not overly greasy, and it had good flavor. The fries were even better. The poke bowl looked gorgeous, and the 3 others who got that said it was delicious, although not nearly as much salmon as they were hoping for... and it had way too much rice. I came here after a coworker recommended it and decided to try the garden veggie burger with sweet potato fries. Both were really good and came out very quickly, which was perfect in between conference sessions. The staff was also friendly, which made the experience even better. The only small downside was that the bun was pretty large, which made the burger a bit messy to eat. Overall, a great and convenient spot, especially if you're staying nearby or attending an event at the convention center. I'd definitely come back again!

While entrees range from $20-$40, I was happy to enjoy a quiet lunch with delicious burgers and steak sandwiches. While the entrees were quite pricey, I'm appreciative that nFuse allowed me to reset before returning to the chaotic convention center floor. Make sure you make reservations on OpenTable to get your points and to reserve a seat at peak times.
