I'm a little confused about this place, as it's like really weird going to a bar during the day with children and you're only allowed 2 drinks max in 20 minutes. You have to book on the app, and it wasn't a long line to wait after your time is ready. They do cram like four different parties in one booth. I ordered both the blue milk, non alcoholic drink and the pink milk drink as well; I preferred the blue ones since it came with a cookie. They both were fine. If you have a Magic Key Disneyland season pass though, you will get a 10% discount so be sure to alert the staff to this. I've tried a bunch of mocktails & cocktails here and they're all exciting and fun. I've also tried some snacks, that I would say the same about. None of either was mind blowingly amazing but they're good and pretty. I actually prefer going for their beers - all special and cool craft brew options. However, they used to have a really cool beer flight with an even cooler souvenir! They don't seem to have that anymore and I wonder if it just wasn't popular with the high $86 price tag for the small tasters of the beer. It was sooo cute though! Walking into Oga's Cantina is like being transported into Star Wars. The theme and decor feel very realistic. The cocktails are absolutely delicious -- my favorite is the Outer Rim, which is their Star Wars version of a margarita; I also like the White Wompa beer. And the service is usually fast. Things to note: They no longer take reservations, but you can add yourself to the walk-up waitlist using the Disneyland App by getting close to the restaurant. Most "seats" are standing high tables (which can be annoying if you are visiting with small children). And you only have 45 minutes to enjoy, with a max of two drinks per adult. The cocktail options all seemed pretty sweet to me and they offer non-alcoholic concoctions for the little ones or non drinkers. My little sister tried two of them but was not a fan. Maybe she's just picky but I've never seen her not finish a sugary drink. The snack/provision menu is very limited so do not come here hungry. Heh, after my experience with Orlando's Oga's Cantina, I told myself I'd never come here again, but I guess I found myself at the Disneyland version since my friends had never been. If you want to get in without a reservation, it's way better to drink earlier in the day. Also, you'll have to check in when your estimated time is up, even if you don't get a notification. Even then, you wait in line to stand at a table with a bunch of other people and drink expensive drinks. I just ordered a water, which is free. There is a very limited snack menu. All of our cardboard coasters were used and the same one. Our waiter was nowhere to be found after he "standed" us. We were placed in front of DJ R-3X which was pretty cool since we got a cute selfie. I wouldn't say it was worth to come here, still. I don't even want to describe the drinks we got because it's all the same - overly sweet and overpriced. It's hard to see how pretty they are in the dark room. Only go here if you love standing in a crowd with a bunch of loud people, drinking expensive sugar water. This is now not the only place to get alcohol in Disneyland. The souvenir mugs are about $30 each. It's probably more chill if you reserve a seated booth, but otherwise you're standing uncomfortably the whole time. I love coming here after a long day of walking around in the park. The best time to come is during the firework shows when everyone is trying to see the show. It's also nice to come here when you need some time to get out of the heat. I usually go straight to a wine or beer as I'm not fond of sweet cocktails. But their margarita is delicious it has like a mango foam on top that is so delicious. I come to the cantina at least every other month so it's very nostalgic coming in here. Whether you're a Star Wars fanatic or not, this cantina inside Galaxy's Edge is worth a visit for the unique experience. It's a popular spot but you can make reservations in advance. Otherwise you can join the stand-by line outside which is what we did. You're limited to 45 min. inside and 2 drinks max so the line moves fairly quickly. Like everywhere else in Star Wars land, the theming is on point. It feels like you're in one of the movies and the robot DJ is pretty cool. We stood by the bar and the service was quick. The Outer Rim ($20.50) with tequila, pomegranate liquor, lime juice and a fruity foam on top was good. My only complaint is that it was small and not that strong for the price. Came for the soft opening on Friday night and I just admit: I do not get the hype. After having a few delicious drinks over at DCA, we made the long trek to Galaxy's Edge to try Oga's after they re-opened for refurbishment. We used the mobile walk up list option and after just about it 5 minutes we were ready to dine! Or so we thought. They bring you to the restaurant just to have you wait in another queue in front of the entrance. What the heck is the point of the walk up list then? I guess it just wouldn't be Disney if they didn't make you wait in line. Alas, we were taken inside and to be fair, it truly does feel you're entering another world. The attention to detail and Immersive elements are incredible, including the droid DJ. But, here's where the excitement ended for me. We were taken to the bar to dine (fine I guess, there didn't seem to be too many other options) but there were no seats! Not even barstools. Servers were friendly and efficient (and in character). We ordered a beer and a cocktail but it looked like all the cocktails were pre-batched. For the price, this was a little disappointing. I got the Fuzzy Tauntaun and I do not recommend this at all. It was essentially juice with an absurd amount of foam on top. I don't think I'll be eager to come back again unless they make some updates to the menu and seating options. The service was pretty fast and attentive. The drinks were good, but I'm not sure they were worth the price. They did try to make them creative and inventive though. The decor was fully decked out, and it was so neat walking around seeing the ambiance! Just like the rest of Galaxy's Edge, this bar is fully decked out with intricate/thoughtful decor. We saw all the fun drinks people were ordering, so decided to grab their specialty ones. I can't really imagine a more disappointing place when you consider the appeal and potential magic that has been squandered. The concept is genius and instantly appealing to anyone with a passing interest in Star Wars. Oga's is too small and too rushed. The room looks the part, but the ambience is a swing and a miss. The background music is meaningless white noise. I couldn't see the robot DJ or distinguish anything it was saying or doing. Drinks were too sweet and mediocre for the money. The only clear memory I have is being deeply uncomfortable with the odd group of strangers were were placed with sharing a table 1/2 the size it should have been. We had to get it again another day we were there. The biggest downside to this place other than the cost (like all restaurants in the park) is the seating situation. Most tables are standing only which really stinks after hours of walking and standing in lines. It can get pretty miserable. Sometimes it takes a little while for the waiter if you aren't at the bar which makes it even harder to not be able to sit down. After all the times we've been to Disneyland, this was finally our first time making it inside Oga's Cantina. We visited in mid-May when the parks were quite crowded, so we had to join the walk-up list on the Disneyland app, you can't just stand in a physical line to try to get in. We waited about 45 minutes to get called, and they were pretty strict with the rules once we got to the door: they told us we only had 20 minutes inside, a maximum of two drinks per person, and that was it. To make things a bit tougher, we were assigned to a shared standing-only spot that was hardly a table, just a tiny little ledge we had to share with four or five other people. There weren't even barstools. My legs were already exhausted from walking the park, so having to just stand there to try and enjoy a drink was unfortunately very uncomfortable. They do have actual lounge areas with semi-circular booths and seats, but the wait for those is much, much longer. However, the reason this place still gets 4 stars is because the items we ordered were phenomenal. Both the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were absolutely delicious. We also ordered the Batuu Bits (the pretzel bread thing), and it was surprisingly excellent, especially considering that a lot of park food can be pretty mediocre. Besides the long wait and the uncomfortable standing situation, the atmosphere is just extremely cool. The robotic DJ R-3X is definitely a major highlight, and it's overall a really fun, immersive Star Wars experience to do at least once. If you go, the sitting-down booths are definitely worth the extra wait! read more

This is a great place to hang out at night when your feet are sore and you want a $18 Disneyland IPA. We found this place by accident after going to Rise of the Resistance and saw the door sliding open and close. Thinking this was another ride, nope it's like a hidden treasure. The bartender wasn't too pleasant but it was also probably a busy day and ending her shift. I wanted to get the Loth Cat souvenir cup and I wasn't sure what she was saying that we had to get one that had a drink in it. I just wanted to buy a clean one and skip the drink. I was able to get one and it's my favorite souvenir this trip. The drink that comes with it is kind of gross to be honest. My other half had a great time ordering the beers there. There was a table behind us that the front desk was mixing different parties with that I'm not sure I would be ok with. There's a 2 drink maximum and 45 minute maximum time. This place really did feel like stepping into a seedy cantina on Tatooine. There was a small line and even though the wait said 10 minutes on the app, we were seated in about 2 minutes. This was after requesting seats instead of the standing bar or tables. Interestingly we were led to what looked like a full booth, with a couple stools on the outer side for us. It's can be a bit odd grouping up with strangers, but it was loud enough inside to not need to share conversations if you don't want. That said even with multiple guests rotating through during our 44-minute allotment, everyone was friendly and willing to chat at least a little bit. When one group left we were able to love from the stools to the booth seats with zero issue. There was a pretty wide variety of cocktails and NA drinks, in addition to some food "rations," but we only got a single drink each. The Jet Juice is a bourbon drink with chili liquor, açaí liquor, and white grape juice. It was fairly strong but still tasty with a light kick. It came in a large shot glass so it wasn't a big drink, but packed a punch for the size. The Hyperdrive was their take on the shirley temple, and it did taste a bit better than the classic IMO. We didn't taste the drink, but a woman next to us let us try the "frog eggs" (popping boba) from her Jamba Juice drink and those were incredibly tasty, so we might try that next time around. Overall this place offers a really immersive experience with cool things to see behind the bar, a vibing DJ, table lights tuned with the music, and fun, creative drinks to enjoy. Oh and the service was top notch. Grinning loth cat was a great drink. Mix of guava and coconut just had different flavors that somehow worked together. Hyperdrive looked cool but tasted like a super expensive Powerade. Would NOT recommend. Yubnub mug is beautiful. However the drink was nothing special. I would've just paid for a different drink if I could still get the mug. A group of my friends and I went to the cantina to cool off from the heat and enjoy a drink. when entering we all cleaned our hands with wet wipes and I put them in our tab cup. When our server named Anthony came up to us, I apologized for putting the trash in there (as I didn't want to leave a mess on the table) He dumped the trash out and stated rudely "this isn't for trash" and service went downhill from there. He asked for a card for the tab saying "we need a card for your tabs, so someone give me your card." I handed him my card thinking it was to start a tab. After he brought our drinks, he never checked on us and then he closed out our tab on my credit card without asking if anyone wanted anything else. ( a majority of our group did not have the two drink limit) He stopped by the high top behind us and asked them if they wanted anymore drinks or if they wanted anything else, and was clearly helpful to them. And they had been there before our group. I signed the tab and he took it, Then he brought it back and said "can you total it, even if you're leaving zero." The entire interaction was unprofessional and uncalled for. Our entire group was a group of servers and bartenders, myself being a manager. No one felt welcome and he was very rude about every customer interaction. For the amount of money spent on each drink, better quality service should be showed. read more

Was able to snag a walk up reservation at Oga's Cantina with my coworkers and did not have to wait long. They limit you to 2 alcoholic beverages per person. As we were brought in, we shared a table counter top with other guests but we were not all given "personal space". My coworkers and I felt a bit awkward being so close with other individuals who seemed to be on a date. I would probably suggest for the workers to scout sections before seating their guests to make sure there is ample space within an arms length to enjoy the experience at the cantina. As for the food and drink experience, we shared a garlic cheese five blossom bread with spicy cheese sauce which was a good snack paired with our drinks. Star Wars fans can enjoy a Tattooing inspired cocktail - with or without alcohol. A fun if unusual Disney experience. There is usually a waitlist, which is not a problem. There is so much to see around the cantina while you wait. Ambiance - sure it is a more than a little busy and quite noisy. Many excited people scattered inside from the utterly tired to the inordinately energized. It is not a relaxing atmosphere, but FUN. Excellent service. Please be extra kind to your server. read more
