I just wanted to share my experience from yesterday…read more I called the front desk at the Marriott and asked if the rooftop would be open that evening. The young woman who answered hesitated and asked if I had a reservation. I told her I didn't and that I was just planning to stop by the bar area with one other person. She then told me that reservations were completely full and that I would more than likely not find anywhere to sit. Despite that, I decided to stop by anyway, and there was actually plenty of seating available. This type of response is not only inaccurate but can also discourage potential guests from visiting. If I had taken her advice at face value, I never would have come in. I believe this is harmful to business, and I hope the staff receives additional training so future callers are given more welcoming and accurate information.

My only real complaint is that the place felt a little quiet. With the spooky theme, some music would really help set the mood and elevate the atmosphere. They went to check, but there still wasn't an answer as to when they'd arrive, so we canceled the order.
