Service was so bad, we kept asking for items that we ordered and didn't get. They weren't even busy so not sure what's happened. When the bill came they had charged us extra $10 for paying with a card and 18% service charge and we were only 5 people. BTW, we wouldn't mind paying that charge if we got good service though. I hope they can get their act together before they go out of business. Such a disappointment!!

The drinks not first quality spirit, so I did not get an alcoholic drink. I did pay 10 dollars for a club soda. We are definitely in a recession. But hey I had a great time dancing, don't need a partner everyone is dancing alone. I will go again.

We came in during happy hour for a discounted hookah price and the hookah was great the entire time. They came around with fresh burning coals before yours even die out which is a plus. Overall it was nice experience and I'd highly recommend if you want to come in and smoke some hookah with friends and watch the game on their tv screens.

They were nice enough to switch flavors for us for free when my friend didn't like the first blend we got. She thought the dream mix was weak and preferred the blend of 2 flavors she picked. That being said, they don't have water cups and you have to pay for Fiji water bottles. I think people would up the reviews if the ambiance was better. It's a lounge so that does matter to people: the TV screens playing multiple different things and loud music despite being empty just made it feel like I was in a frat house meets sports bar. The coffee was probably one of the worst I've ever had I think a hookah coffee and a water was 56$ I don't mind over paying but when the service is terrible at the door and inside i actually go out of my way to leave a review to let ppl know. If you're with your woman do NOT enter this place unless you're ready for a ratchet experience.
