Very rude management. We came in with a decent sized party. The party had 3 hookahs. Some of didn't want to smoke so they told us if we didn't buy a hookah then we had to leave. We were also told to move where we were sitting as we had to specifically sit with our party. Mind you, the place was empty besides my party. I wouldn't recommend coming here. Fast forward another hour, and after a friend requested a refill WITH SPICED CHAI LEMON MINT They still brought a lemon mint bowl, still haven't checked in for anything.. someone left their phone on a couch I turned it in.. just for the "servers" to make dirty faces and remarks at me when I walked away... The music is always on point, the atmosphere/ambiance is absolutely the best vibe. So organized they walk to directly to your table when you walk in, a beautiful Menu set up and the service is so fast, we got our hookah within 5 minutes and out coals check on often. It has a great ambiance and cool decor. The bouncer was totally rude and aggressive towards the women but didn't have the guts to stop a fight between two men inside the establishment. My party felt totally unsafe during this time. I'm so disappointed that this wasn't handled better. Last time I came here it was a different theme and energy. To be fair.. it was years ago... I came by on Saturday, the gentleman man at the door was nice looked at our IDs and let us in. The hookah came by mayb 5 minutes later which was great. Sitting there for 10 minutes there was a certain light that kept blinding my friend and I. I found our hostess, she told me to go to another gentleman by the door, mayb the bouncer? I told him about it and almost immediately he shut them off 2Stars! After a little while more and more people started to arrive. There was a live DJ and he was playing hip radio music. Not bad.. the hookah bar started to fill in. As we watched everyone around us get waited on, hookahs brought, drinks brought, multiple check-ins by the hostess, it was disappointing we spent 2 hours there w no one checking in on us. If u go, I do not get the watermelon flavor. It was not fruity at all, very bland and well no flavor.. just tabacco. I received our check, and I was charged for both the snapple and water. It was impossible to get an employee to come to our section. When I finally flagged down the waitress I asked her to change my hookah is awful. I requested bluemist and it tasted much better. They make hookah for drunk people who don't care about quality shisha. When we got our bill, they still charged us for the 1st hookah. This is highway robbery and it's bad business practice!
