Very rude management. We came in with a decent sized party. The party had 3 hookahs. Some of didn't want to smoke so they told us if we didn't buy a hookah then we had to leave. We were also told to move where we were sitting as we had to specifically sit with our party. Mind you, the place was empty besides my party. I wouldn't recommend coming here. I'm no amateur when it comes to hookah (I worked at a lounge for 4.5 years) I told them, and they brought me a "new bowl" Same flavor, no spiced chai.. fast forward, the sever never came over, I had to go to the little desk to ask to order food.. Fast forward another hour, and after a friend requested a refill WITH SPICED CHAI LEMON MINT They still brought a lemon mint bowl, still haven't checked in for anything.. someone left their phone on a couch I turned it in.. just for the "servers" to make dirty faces and remarks at me when I walked away... The music is always on point, the atmosphere/ambiance is absolutely the best vibe. So organized they walk to directly to your table when you walk in, a beautiful Menu set up and the service is so fast, we got our hookah within 5 minutes and out coals check on often. It has a great ambiance and cool decor. The bouncer was totally rude and aggressive towards the women but didn't have the guts to stop a fight between two men inside the establishment. My party felt totally unsafe during this time. I'm so disappointed that this wasn't handled better. I found our hostess, she told me to go to another gentleman by the door, mayb the bouncer? I told him about it and almost immediately he shut them off 2Stars! After a little while more and more people started to arrive. There was a live DJ and he was playing hip radio music. Not bad.. the hookah bar started to fill in. As we watched everyone around us get waited on, hookahs brought, drinks brought, multiple check-ins by the hostess, it was disappointing we spent 2 hours there w no one checking in on us. If u go, I do not get the watermelon flavor. It was not fruity at all, very bland and well no flavor.. just tabacco. I received our check, and I was charged for both the snapple and water. It was impossible to get an employee to come to our section. When I finally flagged down the waitress I asked her to change my hookah is awful. I requested bluemist and it tasted much better. They make hookah for drunk people who don't care about quality shisha. When we got our bill, they still charged us for the 1st hookah. This is highway robbery and it's bad business practice! service was horrible , we paid for two hookahs and the host had a really bad attitude since we got there ,it took about 15 min for us to get the hookah and they weren't as busy at the time . they didn't give us the right flavors at first , they both tasted the same. We brought it to the hosts attention and Instead of switching it out , she told us we would have to pay as a "refill" . we just decided to finish the hookah . The manager was really nice and gave us a new flavor . She was visibly upset that we went to ask him to do it . 40 min pass by as she came up to us twice and asked if we needed a refill , we said no because we were going to finish the ones we had. By far the Best Hookah lounge in Orange County! This place is so cool, chick and trendy you would think you are walking into a Hollywood lounge. The vibe so chill and relax with people coming here just to have a good time. I love the interior design. The combination of red and black speaks for itself. What's not to love about this place? They have oversized comfy couches, which are great for groups, a big screen tv, a DJ and a belly dancer on certain nights. On top of all these great things they have so many flavors of Hookah to choose from and a menu you can order food, shakes and desserts. Can't get better then this. Luckily every time I've come here the owner has been amazing. He has always allowed is to bypass the line and come straight in without having to wait in line. The center seats are more lit up compared to the bordering seats but it's still dim. There are TVs either playing a relooping video of fire or a digital aquarium. It works with the chill vibe. The music is always good: hip-hop and Arab sounds. Sometimes they have a DJ come in and mix the 2 together and add some electronic music to the mix. Some nights they have belly dancers come in. I've read some reviews complaining about long lines. I've gone here on different nights from a Tuesday night to a Saturday night and the wait has never been more than 10 minutes long. The place has seats that are spread out so every seat is like a VIP seat. It's not packed like some hookah places.
