Disrespectful Experience at DREAM Hookah LOUNGE I visited Dream Hookah Lounge with a few friends last night and had an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely rude and unaccommodating. We were told we couldn't take the menu to our table and had to place our order right there, which felt very rushed and unwelcoming. The pricing was confusing, and the staff's attitude made us feel unwelcome. The guy was so disrespectful if there was any body rather then me was getting in a fight with him the guy was simply racist because I'm Middle Eastern American and he was a white guy, but he didn't know that I am a white middle Eastern that grow up in this country and voted every four years I swear if my wife was not there, then I was showing the guy that was up. So he should know how to respect the people, and how he should talk to the people. Additionally, when we asked for simple drinks, we were told that only hot tea was available, and even basic requests were denied. The situation escalated when we tried to use the bathroom he is coming trying to open the badges door for what to see my shit I am so passed and were treated invasively, and we were also told we couldn't go to our car for a smoke. Overall, the lack of respect and the unprofessionalism left a very negative impression. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the overall experience for customers . My group and I walked in and waited for a bit for the worker to come up. He was not pleasant or welcoming. The menus have no pricing so when we asked about it he stated that we had to purchase one hookah per person but would make us a deal and do 2 hookahs for 4 people. Then told us each hookah was almost $76. That is ridiculous. We decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. read more

I'm honestly really disappointed with my experience here. I came in expecting professional and reliable service, but things did not go as planned at all. There were issues with how my payment/refund was handled, and I never got a clear or helpful response when I tried to follow up. Communication was frustrating and left me feeling ignored. owner was called, was very Unprofessional, also very threatening stated "do you know who I am, I'm salah or salieh" Situation was that there was roches all over our sitting area we wanted to leave they didn't want to refund us because we smoked the hook Overall, this was not a good experience, and I would recommend others be cautious and keep a close eye on their belongings. We walked in looking for a late night place to smoke some hookah around 3am, and were shocked this place was open until 5am. We stood at the front for about 15mins and saw no employees, and were not helped. We went to the bathroom, then stood at the window seeing if we saw anyone working. We did not. We waited another 10mins before we left due to lack of service. Would not return. They also had a limited selection of flavors. read more

Honestly vibes were off. Everybody was so rude. The music wasn't even good. They were super expensive. There was an entry fee. Honestly, there is better places within the area. Walked in with my girlfriend all excited. I told the guy in the front who had a very bad attitude that we only would like to have food, dessert and coffee but no hookah. I always enjoy coming here! The service, hookah, music, WiFi, seating, and vibe is always great! If you're looking to have a lot of fun with your friends and like to dance then come later in the evenings on the weekends for that "club" type of feel. But if you like a more chill feel this lounge offers that too throughout the week especially before 12 am. It has a great ambiance for people who want to sit and talk with friends, use their laptops, study, or just simply relax. I love the hookah here, I have never been disappointed. I'm a regular here and they always remember what I want to order. I find the prices to be fair, you get what you pay for and I've never had a bad hookah. I highly recommend this place! read more

We went in a group of five lovely African-American individuals on a Saturday night, where the entire place was completely empty and were told that there is a requirement to order a minimum of three hookahs for a table of five when two out of our party, don't even want to smoke the hookah. The gentleman who took our order did not seem like he wanted to serve us and was very impatient I wouldn't recommend this location if you are looking for a great ambience for African-American people. read more

Awesome place... the service overall was very consistent. The staff would occasionally come to check on their customers even being busy. The setting is very clean and welcoming. The DJ had everyone vibing out so he gets a 5 stars also. The cherry on top is that this lounge shits their doors at 5am I didn't have food this time around since me and my wife ate prior to arriving at this location. I will say that the prices are reasonable on the menu. Next time I'll give an update on the food taste and quality. read more

My friends and I have been coming here for years, it has always been one of hang out spots. Over the past few months it's been completely renovated, which was a drastic improvement. Since then they added food and drinks the menu. We ordered buffalo wings and potatoes wedges, we were pleasantly surprised they were pretty good! First time hookah user. Incredible first experience. A friend of mine used to work at Dream Hookah Lounge so I knew about it, but haven't smoked hookah yet. Pretty good environment. Nice, and chill. Charles helped me out today. He came by and taught me how to smoke and everything. He even asked if I wanted another bowl, which I think is pretty impressive with the amount of people around. I definitely wouldn't remember times when a person comes in, lol. I'm kind of a hermit, so I don't like socializing much. So it was nice to go out somewhere, chill on my laptop and not be bothered much. I look forward to coming back. read more

Definitely do not recommend for a hookah lounge. Music was too loud to even think, the service is horrible had to wait at least a good 10/15 minutes for coals after the coals on my hookah ended. Unless, I guess you're a regular you don't get any service and by the time you do the owner or manager comes around and tells you to leave. I understand if the place was busy, which by the was not, to have a set time that a customer can sit and smoke. Was not informed of any time limit or signage posted for a time limit. The owner or manager came and asked if I wanted a refill and when I said no and that my hookah flavor was still smoking good is when he proceeded to then inform me that there is a time limit to sit there and smoke. Morris is the man, he makes sure that they rotate the coal and makes sure that we are comfortable and check on us every time we go. They accommodate with the music or the TVs when there's a good game on. The atmosphere is very chill as opposed to a club vibe like other hookah joints. Their hookah flavors are also good and they are fairly priced. Come and check this place out. read more

The lounge itself is good. The workers and atmosphere is great. Malik, Charles, Carlos and all the other workers do an amazing job. Reason I give it 1 star is because of the "Manager" Dean. He has probably the worst attitude I've ever seen in any business I've been to. He yells at his workers and at some customers in front of other customers. When he has his little "car meet" he forces people... especially his paying customers to move their car or else he'll get them towed. He has no RESPECT for anyone. Don't trust his smile, cause I'm sure it's a fake smile for "business". Also, on Fridays and Saturdays during DJ night, even if you've been at the lounge for a certain amount of hours, once the DJs show up, he'll remove you from your spot so others can take it. They have a few booth seating but mostly all tables and chairs. I liked the music here. It's mostly hip hop and electronics. Of course they have racy music videos playing. Love this place so much! I wish that this place was up here in Burbank. Hookah is inexpensive and Happy Hour is $8 hookahs! That is 1/3 of how much I usually pay up here in Burbank! Definitely a place to go to after a Disney day for sure! Lots of flavors and it's really a hookah lounge. Not much on the food side but who needs food! Atmosphere is super chill, nice couches and TVs... Service isn't that apparent but that's with any hookah joint. Don't forget you pay up front and tip at the table.
