I like the vibes of this place. There were people studying and smoking by themselves. I like a hookah lounge that you can just chill by yourself or with a big group of people. The service was great. The guy who served us checked in multiple times. The drinks were good. They had a fully stocked cafe. They don't serve food but allow you to bring food which is so nice. There isn't any parking, but plenty of street parking. The place is outside so if needed bring a jacket. Will def be back read more

*Insert MASSIVE sigh* I really wanted to enjoy this place enough to give it a higher rating. I just returned from Egypt, which awakened my dormant love for hookah, and I was so excited to find a hookah lounge nearby. But my experience was truly subpar from a service perspective. My server - some dude with a black cap - spent most of his time hanging with his obnoxiously loud homies at another table. When I say obnoxious, I mean obnoxious. I'm all for having a good time at a lounge, but damn...did y'all have to scream bloody murder everytime you experience an emotion. Their shrieks were so piercing that they actually made me jump several times even though I was wearing noise cancelling headphones. When I finally had enough and decided to check out, my server went Casper the friendly ghost on me. I couldn't find that man anywhere for a solid 25 minutes. Thankfully another server emerged and was able to assist. Fortunately, the hookah itself was great. They pack good bowls that last a while. I smoked one kiwi mint flavor bowl for about 2 hours and paid $30 overall for the whole experience. Unfortunately, that's a price too high to pay to receive poor customer service. read more

Found this place on a whim, but it's a gem. It doesn't look like much from the front, but it's cute on the inside. We asked for some suggestions on which hookah flavors to get, and our server was super helpful. The flavors he threw together were so good! This is a pretty chill hookah spot, and the servers were super nice. The seating outdoors is simple, with a few TVs on (most were playing the Laker game when we were there). We got the white peach, melon, mint because our server recommended it - it was good, but a little too sweet for my liking. There's some games you can play - I spotted dominoes at the cash register. They don't serve food, but you can bring in your own! The table next to us got a pizza from Pizza Hut around the corner, and there's a Wingstop right across the street. That's what I'll be eating next time :) My one complaint is that after the game ended, they turned the music up way too loud - or maybe this is just me getting old?? read more

I've ordered pizza or wings, I even brought food from home. The staff is super nice and personable, they'll remember you and your order. This place is the best hookah in LBC. Very relaxing amazing music and the staff are super friendly. It's a perfect place to bring a date and chat. It's all outside sitting but they have heaters so it's still warm enough. The price are very competitive so you can go wrong. Get the glass hookah it last a long time and worth every penny. Every time I come the staff already know how and even know my flavors I get so I don't even have to place the order. Lots of locals and CSULB students come and do homework too. read more

Not only did they let us stay and sit at a table while we called a car, staff got up to go chase after the guy. They waited with us outside while our car came and waited on the curb till they knew we were safe in the car. Our night would have gone severely differently if it weren't for these men. This place is absolutely overpriced and we won't be coming back. The service is average, we had to flag down the waiters to get helped. It ended up being $62 for 4 of us, 2 people did not smoke and they charged a ($10 surcharge per person just to sit there). We go to hookah bars all the time and have never been charged this. This is my second time coming here. The first time was only an introduction. The second time validated to me that this is a place that I will come back to over and over again. The intial walk in is very inviting and the place is outside so the air is fresh and cool. I love a place where I can kick it and relax with a group of strangers who just want peace and good vibes. They have comfy sofas and chairs and tables where you can play cards or even dominos or just relax on the sofas. They have Tv's everywhere so watching The games are possible. The customer service is awesome and very welcoming too. They don't have food but your welcome to bring your own. However they do have minimal drinks to order. The hookah is nice and they have tons of flavors to choose from. The bathrooms are really clean too. Nonetheless, this place is awesome and I plan on coming back for sure. read more

I've been coming here for literally years ... honestly the hole in the whole vibe is my type, little kids don't come to this hookah lounge grown ppl so I love the atmosphere I'm not trying rk be surrounded by 18 year old kids like some of these lounges. The owner Sammy is a cool dude always out there talking to his customers and servicing everyone I respect how he is doing everything he can to make sure he follows covid guidelines while still allowing customers to enjoy their night. The music they play is always popping. Overall I had a great time with my friends the service was great they kept the coals coming we didn't have to ask . The flavor we chose I forgot but it was great . I was impressed by this hookah bar's service and quality. I attribute the attentiveness to them being a new location, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Shisha was well packed, hookah was smooth, the location was clean. I really hope it stays this way. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The seating is all outdoors, which is great. Very cute patio area. The one thing that did bother me a little was parking. I parked out in green 20-min sidewalk parking on a Saturday night and the staff assured me I wouldn't get a ticket. The hookahs are made really well and the staff is so friendly and genuine! They have a really cool vibe, you can go to chill with friends or even on your own to get some work done. They play good music and have good deals on the weekdays---Wednesday's are college night! Couches are comfortable to sit on and it's just a really cool atmosphere! (Can't say relaxing, because the noise level depends on the neighboring groups) Xscape reminds me of a backyard party. All it needs is a beer pong table. The set up is nice, there's patio furniture all over, some tables and chairs, lights hung over, some music, Tv's playing music videos. From what I remember, they use starbuzz shisha. Long (I believe that's how you spell is name) makes sure that the hookah doesn't get harsh and is pretty attentive when he's the one setting up.
