Since I was solo, he made it happen -- and that small gesture completely made my experience. That's what great hospitality is about. When there's an opportunity to make a customer happy without negatively affecting anyone else, you make it happen. We sat on their outside patio and it was a beautiful view of the ocean and Queen Mary. That was 10/10! We were given their menu and to our surprise, it was VERY LIMITED! So that was a bummer. My toddler wanted pancakes and our waitress was so accommodating and went to ask the cafe if they could make him some before closing. Thankfully they were able to and my toddler got his pancakes.
