Good service, great selection…read more We found ourselves at Cigar & More El Segundo in Downtown El Segundo over the weekend at the self proclaimed "Husband Daycare Center" We parked just off Main Street where there was plenty of parking with few restrictions. When we walked in we took in the vast selection they offered including a spacious humidor, locker area and loads of accessories. It's pretty much $25 to purchase and enjoy their cigar lounge area. Beverages are plentiful and included. Lounge area is pretty big with large art murals and screens to enjoy sports primarily. Not typically a baseball enthusiast but we did enjoy the Angel's game with a few fellow C&M goers. Everyone was friendly, including the lively bunch from up near Bakersfield visiting for the weekend. Plenty of ashtrays and torches though we also tend to carry our own. Restroom (gender neutral) in back near the kitchen area where they keep the fridge stocked with beverages. Would definitely stop in again if in the area or if the opportunity came about. There wasn't a minimum to partake in the lounge experience, but based on the cigar and/or cigars you purchase prices do vary. Free Wi-Fi. Great lighting. Open from 10 AM til 9 PM daily.

Getting use to California cigar prices takes an adjustment as the cigar I purchased for $18 there is only $12 in Virginia and the difference is not all taxes. The other thing is that they want you to spend at least $45 to sit in their lounge to enjoy your cigar. I think a more inviting atmosphere by the clerk would be much more welcoming to visitors and potential new customers. The person that was running the store has no clue on how to be courteous. After going to several cigar lounges this one is a hard pass.

Also, it's not a walk up bar so make sure you make a reservation to assure access.

Two other guys joined us and we enjoyed some sports and sports history on Lionel Messi, the iconic Argentinean futbol/football/soccer player. Prices are reasonable. The layout is dope. A few loungey chairs and a sofa, plus tall tables and chairs in the main lounge. They have an outdoor patio area in front you'll see when you first walk in with tables and chairs outside overlooking Hope Street and neighboring spaces. Cigar humidor is spacious and the selection is plenty. Displays and pricing is cigar chic. Back lounge is for members only and there were a small handful of gents hanging back there. Restroom is well kept up and very modern. Cigar accessories available for use including cutters and lighters, plus displayed throughout for use while you enjoy a nice stick.
