Very nice cigar shop. Seating is ok very average and the selection is average. I am in town visiting family so I decided to stop in. Getting use to California cigar prices takes an adjustment as the cigar I purchased for $18 there is only $12 in Virginia and the difference is not all taxes. The other thing is that they want you to spend at least $45 to sit in their lounge to enjoy your cigar. I think a more inviting atmosphere by the clerk would be much more welcoming to visitors and potential new customers. The person that was running the store has no clue on how to be courteous. After going to several cigar lounges this one is a hard pass. read more

I was in the area for an event and had time to spare so stopped in for a stogie. What a great find. I was directed to the humidor and was in the left corner through the glass door. There several premium sticks from floor to ceiling. As I made my way through the entire inventory, I decided to go with The David by Foundation Cigars and Eastern Standard by Caldwell. I made my way to the lounge area in the back with TVs, comfortable leather chairs and a small crowd of tobacco enthusiasts. A couple of folks were from my hometown. What a coincidence. Lockers were available for those interested in becoming members. Great conversation, good cigars at a decent price point. See you all next time. read more

Went there for the first time with a few friends, after dinner. When we first walked we where looked upon like what are you doing here by the gentleman at the counter named Marco. We proceeded on with our transaction to purchase cigars. He went on to depict us about the type of cigars who were purchasing. We went back to the lounge in the back where there were other customers, that were unpleasant towards us. A customer asked me to get off our cell phone. I was in complete shock, although there were several other people in the lounge on their cell phone. When I was leaving I went to make a complaint to Marco, regarding the customer's behavior towards me, he said a loud voice "Get Out."I said I don't have to leave I've paid for my time here I just wanted to make you aware of what has happened. He says this is a posh establishment and we conduct ourselves in a certain way my rebutter was excuse me because the people that were there were not nice they were we were judged from the time we walked in the door. Let's keep yelp Real!!! Since moving to the westside, I decided to try every cigar lounge near by and this has been one of the more disappointing experiences. Based on the reviews I expected more from this establishment. For me a lounge doesn't need to have a huge cigar selection to be good, it is truly an experience based business. Starting with the good; they have a great humidor, huge selection of cigars, and I was able to find my favorite cigar(sobremesa brûlée). Now the bad; it is a members only establishment, which hey not preferred but I understand. Going based off the reviews I expected to get treated nicely and offered the opportunity to try out the lounge, especially because it was my first time here and I brought a friend... Nope we each had to buy 2 cigars in order to use the lounge... again I understand its a members only but incentivize me and earn my business. For a $35 entrance fee I expected more. Entering the lounge was disappointing as it is nothing special; worn out chairs, okay TVs, and the perk of getting a drink was not worth it as there was only water and Diet Coke. Probably won't be back as here are other establishments with a friendly environment and no entrance fee. read more

I wanted a good dark smoke that I haven't tried before. He pointed me to the Davidoff Winston Churchill "The Late Hour". Exactly what I wanted. 2. The Cigars: awesome assortment in a well humidified room. Well stocked and very clean. 3. The lounge: A couple TVs, Nice leather seats, nice artwork, social distancing and complementary drinks. 4, The sign: Husband Day Care. Women....drop em off here. They will behave and taken care of while you shop. 5. The people: Good crowd! People of all colors with a minimum of one thing in common- Love for Cigars. RACIAL DISCRIMINATION ESTABLISHMENT DO NOT & I REPEAT DO NOT VISIT THIS LOUNGE On October 6, 2023 In or around 9:30pm My family & I were racially discriminated against in this lounge by the "Manager" Marco. In addition, we were also bullied by the visitors in the lounge. We're told to "shhhh" multiple times and even asked to "get off our cellphones". The visitors were extremely rude to us often times staring at us intensely, mocking us & overall displaying really gross behavior. Nevertheless, we carried on & ultimately had a good night. Upon our departure we're told by The Manager Marco that we had to purchase 4 more cigars because one of my close friends had "shared" a cigar with someone else in our party. Marco insisted not suggested but INSISTED that we purchase 4 more cigars based on the assumption that we had shared cigars. Also, upon us purchasing our cigars were not explained, nor did we sign any rules or regulations based on our experience. Nevertheless, we paid for 4 more cigars but it was at this point that Marco was hesitant to give us the cigars we had just purchased. He delayed the process and asked us to leave. However , I had to demand from Marco the cigars we'd just purchased before leaving. The discrimination my family & I received at this lounge was disgraceful and I am writing this review to bring awareness. read more

Normally, I'd give this lounge a higher rating. The proprietors are genuinely nice people and very accommodating and the ambience and amenities are top notch. Cigar prices are a bit higher than other cigar shops, but that is not my main issue with this lounge. They have an unreasonable policy if you are not a member, which costs $35 per month. To stay and smoke in the lounge if not a member you must purchase two cigars. If a member, one is ok. They are out of lockers which are $50 per month. I am not a heavy smoker so one or two a week is usually my maximum. Unless I'm buying a cigar for a friend (I don't smoke at home nor store cigars in my humidors), more than likely will not be visiting this shop very often because the policy is unreasonable and too costly for this moderate smoker. read more

I also like to see women smoking cigars, and there were quite a few. Elias is the young man who is the sole staff member at this lounge. He is very helpful and a great host. Shop was introduced to me by a cigar rep friend of mine and being that I work about a mile away, it was a must stop. Invited a buddy of mine for a quick smoke before work and couldn't be more impressed. Walked in today and was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Marcos who was utmost professional and kind. Made our choice in the beautiful walk in humidor and was blown away at the cigar room! We were offered a wide selection of drinks which was really neat but to which we didn't partake but next time for sure. Elegant and posh is an understatement! A few TV's on the wall, ambient lighting with smooth jazz playing in the background. I was inquiring on how they are going to be running the smoking room and Marcos told me that part is still in the works. The way I understood it was that there is a membership tier in the works and in about a month, you're going to need to be a member to smoke in the lounge. This is not what I'm used to but hopefully if they absolutely have to have a "1 day rate", the day rate is reasonable if you're already purchasing the cigar there. Had some time to hang out with the boys this weekend. I had to try a little new cigar spot. The Scenario was my two friends have never been to a cigar lounge, I have. Out side was nice place to eat food and parking, well got to look around. Still not bad. Everything about this place was nice. The shop had lot to pick from and the lots in lighter, pipes, humidors. It was very nice. The Lounge had nice chair all around. The TV where on every wall. It's was nice. The one thing that I didn't like. Was that my friend that had never been the Lounge. Ask if we can smoke in the Lounge Area. The guy was " yes" but it's two cigar per person. They he said the lady can buy one but she can go in with out. I never been to a spot that you had to buy two cigar per person just to sit down and smoke. read more
