VISIBLE BLACK MOLD growing in a 1 foot radius on the ceiling of the walk-in humidor. Smelled disgusting!! Unfortunately this means ALL OF THE CIGARS are compromised. Black mold is a huge safety/ health hazard!! Such a shame because this used to be a great store with a great selection, but their entire collection is contaminated with mold. The humidor room smelled disgusting and there was a 1 foot+ radius of black mold growing on the ceiling. I'm sure this is beyond health code violations. Cigar aficionados, please protect yourself and go elsewhere, and Lone Wolf - please hire a proper mold remediation company ASAP! Truly gross & incredibly hazardous to health. read more

Let's keep yelp real!!! I've been here a few times and have had mixed but mostly good experiences. I've smoked in both the non member area and the lounge. Let's start with the positives. 1. The humidor is stocked with plenty of brands and their lines. 2. Staff is knowledgeable and will provide recommendations. 3. The lounge is comfortable, if you get access. My trouble with member's only lounges is that non members do get treated different. My first experience here was not pleasant; I wasn't greeted, staff recommended an expensive stick, and I sat alone. They got redemption when I came back for a cigar meetup and the experience was much different. I would recommend if you get the chance to smoke in the lounge. read more

Simply the best Cigar Shop in Los Angeles, by far. They will have most of your favorite brands plus many you've never come across before. I've tried all the other shops in LA, the selections are not up to par and often the humidors are not working correctly or you'll end up with improperly stored cigars, typically dried out. Normally when I visit Charles is there and occasionally David. They have a private Cigar Lounge as well. Don't go there looking for vaping or pot paraphernalia - this is strictly a cigar smoke shop. Wanted to give a hardcore 5 star, thumbs up to guys over at Lone Wolf Cigar in Brentwood. I imagine that some cigar stores, like wine merchants, could be a little pretentious, condescending or impatient when dealing with cigar101 novices such as myself. This is NOT the case at LWC let me assure you. Since my knowledge of cigars is still in its nascent stages, and because I am just developing my tastes and preferences, and finding my way, I like to be educated on the different aspects, strengths, tastes and other numerous characteristics, and whether it's the owner David, David2 or Charles, they ALWAYS take the time to educate me, help me draw distinctions between different choices, and answer all of my questions. And always with a great attitude, never rushed, and they never try to "sell" me on anything, or up-sell me either. David, the proprietor of Lone Wold Cigar Company, was not only able to provide me with these highly sought after sticks, but he also sold me some rare Davidoffs that had been discontinued since 2016. UNBELIEVABLE I came in from out of town and Yelped up the closest cigar store. I spent $32 on a cigar and a can of gas. Then i asked to use the restroom and was told, "SORRY IT IS OUT OF ORDER". I could have bought the same products most anywhere for a lower price, add to the fact they refused to offer basic services to a paying customer it is highly improbable I would ever step foot in there ever again. read more

They do not sell backwoods. Very unfortunate, drove here to find out. If you smoke backwoods avoid this place. The 7/11 by your shop has terrible backwoods. That is why I didn't go there. Sometimes cigar shops have the best ones and they store them in humidors that's why I always check smoke shops. read more

I went in to get some cigars for a trip back east. As usual, the selection is great, the prices are fair, considering the taxes we have to pay here in CA. The shop itself is great -- classy, like a European shop, as I said in my original review..... But that is not why I am writing another 5-star review. I was trying to log in to Yelp, but somehow was sent to the review pages, and read some of the 1-Star reviews.... Really, they are bizarre! A person who claims to have been sold cigars at a price more than their on-line price, who does not comprehend that if you buy on line and the cigars are shipped out of state you do NOT pay the taxes. Good lord.... A guy who could not get a crummy dollar cigar? That is like walking into a fine restaurant and complaining because they do not have chicken MacNuggets. Get real.... Look, if you want a fine, hand-rolled cigar, you are going to pay for it. If you want to drive a MB or BMW or Porsche, similarly, you are going to pay more than if you are looking to buy a Camry. Glorious! I had a real craving to smoke a cigar but living in Santa Monica I had no where to smoke one. I called Lone Wolf and they said I can smoke right in their shop. I set aside a few hours on a Saturday and went over. I ended up staying over 3 hours talking to David the owner and had the best experience. What a gem.
