From the time we walked in and sat ourselves it took a good 10 min to be greeted. And another 20 to get our hookah. Friendly service by the young lady and decent service by the young man. My only negative was us arriving 20 min before some regulars and them being served before us. **updating- The owner said you can call ahead and that's why the regulars were served before my party. Came to see if they're open yet and thought it definitely deserved a review. I've been going to smoke and fire for a few months now since I've been locked in on building my travel business. One day I was looking for a place to do hookah and I was discouraged because most hookah lounges open late for night life. I just so happened to find this one and now it's my hide away when I need a place to focus. But I do have Reccomondation for customers and regulars because on most days, I see an empty tip jar when it should have well-deserved tips in the jar. The TV volume was perfect you could hear the game if you watched that tv but if you watched the Avengers you could hear it, it was a perfect balance. Visited this place on 4/14/17 with a friend of mine with the both of us never ever trying hookah. As newbies we wanted to try something simple and easy. The service was very good. The gentlemen that helped were very attentive and didn't make us feel to much like newbies. He did say we didn't have to go so easy on it. In other words stop babysitting it. It was real cool. The atmosphere is real chill here with two large screen tv's on the wall and playing HIp Hop for the most part. Our only complaints would be a lack of alcohol (not sure if any hookah lounge has this) and more of a selection for snacks and drinks. We would also recommend just a bit more variety on the music but again the atmosphere and the workers there made our first experience a very enjoyable one. I really needed this outing and it hit it out of the park. I hope to come back and visit one day soon although it is a bit away from my neck of the woods. read more

Just today I tried another shisha cafe in Anaheim with below par hookah and I ended up coming back to Smoke and Fire the same night just so I could get my fix. Whether it's the sheer density of the clouds, the perfectly packed bowls or the fruit heads, they really do it better than all the others.
