Food ok Service ok Ambiance ok Food overall was OK and was on more of the pricer side. The service was ok. Ambience was fine nice and spacious. If I was in the area again, I would not come back.

Cool Vietnamese spot in downtown Long Beach. If you're craving some Vietnamese food and you're in the area, this is the spot. Good quality food. Good menu. Good service. Reasonable prices. I definitely recommend trying them out.

I always only go here to get a lychee slush when I'm hungover which is BOMBBBB. But I ordered pho on Uber Eats the other day when I was sick and it was extremely lackluster. Nothing special about this pho, the flank was super chewy but the brisket was soft. Why I come here to write a review though; they had a buy one get one free deal on the spring rolls. I ordered the shrimp ones and they were disgustingly fishy. Would not recommend the spring rolls.

We randomly walked in craving pho. It was a guy in a collared shirt working and a girl up in the front . The guy rang us up and he looked like he hates his job bad. No attitude to us, but very low energy in general and just his face. And also stares at people , no welcoming in. He also just was on his phone then proceeds to work. The girl is sweet however. The food arrived sooo fast. Big bowl which is unexpected. Very delicious , nothing is wrong with the food at all and it's a decent price. His ambiance was not very welcoming. Other than that, nice spot.

Cute little restaurant. Pho as well as stir-fry and noodles. Clean inside and friendly service. Prices are decent. You order at the counter and take a number and are served at the table. The food tasted really good. We had the Garlic Butter shrimp and Lemongrass Chicken with fried rice. They also serve wine and beer. I will definitely eat there again.

I would definitely recommend coming back during happy hour. I had a craving for a summer roll. I had shrimp with mine. Also they typically provide fish sauce so I asked for a peanut sauce imo way better. It tasted fresh and shrimp was plump and refreshing. I would order that again. They also have a bogo during happy hour..being non alcoholic beverages, I ordered a green tea lychee and a berry smoothie. Those were pretty good a bit on the sweet side but to be expected. Service was great and was provided all the essentials. Lots of seating as well.

I have been interested in trying Pho since I've never had it before. I have to say I'm so glad I chose this place as my introduction! I ordered Pho from this restaurant on DoorDash and it came deconstructed, fresh and hot, which I appreciated! I got pho with chicken and the chicken/beef broth. The broth mixed with the herbaceous flavor of the mint and green onion was simply amazing. I don't know what took me so long to get hip to Pho but I'm a fan! This will definitely be on my go to spot list.

Just moved to LB from OC which honestly changes you palate when it comes to Asian food. I was feeling a litlle under the weather so I ordered take out. The food was ready on time and the ingredients were fresh, but the pho was very mediocre. The meat was high quality but i could tell that the broth was alright. The price was cheaper compared to OC but it tasted more like soup than actual pho in my opinion.

Garlic noodles with Beef.

I'd go as far as saying this is one of the worst pho spots I've been to. Normally I don't like to do this but, I don't want someone else craving pho to experience what I had to. The pho with thin noodles, and rare flank is what I ordered. My main problem was the broth. It didn't taste authentic at ALL. Like a beef broth they got from Ralph's and put some random American seasonings. The broth was somewhat too salty, and just not what Vietnamese broth supposed to taste like. Best comparison is it was similar to a chicken soup somehow. The noodles were too chewy, and the meat was also on the chewier side as well. I WILL SAY THIS, the lady who took our order at the front was very nice and sweet to us. So at least good service on that side. However, a different employee delivered our meat to a wrong table (cause we order our meat on the side). And the second plate came like 35 mins later. 2nd plate was garlic noodles and beef. The noodles didn't taste garlic like, or good. And the beef somehow had some kind of sweetness to it, and just did not hit right. To at least not be a complete Debbie downer, I will say the ambience is nice for a date. The place was clean, and it had a nice modern aesthetic. Overall, if you want good pho, PLEASE DON'T GO HERE. If you have to go here, don't order pho or noodles with beef. You will be disappointed.

Chicken pho

A decent spot for pho and noodles. I only ordered takeout so I cannot speak on the dine in experience! I wouldn't say it's super authentic or the best pho in town but it definitely helps with your cravings! I like the shaking beef garlic noodles though I think it's a bit greasy/salty and the noodles are too thin for garlic noodles. However still tasty! The chicken pho is decent but fairly bland. The eggrolls are good and crispy. Food: 6/10 Parking: 7/10 (street parking always available) Takeout: 8/10 (always fast for pickup) Environment: 8/10 (right in downtown, fun spot, dog friendly, outdoor and indoor seating available, never too busy)

My Summer Rolls minus one of course ... this was so light and yummy
Thelia M.

Never have complaints... the girls are alway sweet and the food is always fresh. I don't come here often, but when I do get a chance, the flavors are always the exact same, nothing changes and that a bonus for me! There's plenty of seating in the restaurant and there's a bar and tv screens. Come check it out you won't regret it.

Saigon salad with chicken
Sue H.

Lunch was just ok. This restaurant is modern and attractive with clean restrooms and friendly servers. I am just not a fan of their version of Vietnamese cuisine. My Saigon salad noodle bowl had giant shrimp chips on top, and lots of dark meat chicken. Unremarkable though. Husbands lemongrass chicken had lots of dark meat chicken and a big pile of rice. Filling but unmemorable. Many examples of this cuisine include some vegetables with this dish, but not here. No side salad, no fish sauce vinaigrette for dunking. Don't think we'll be back, unless nothing else is open.

Ask the Community - 123 Pho

Are the crispy baos vegan if we choose vegetarian filling?

How late do they deliver?

They stop delivering at 10:30 sweetheart. A good rule of thumb is, put in an order between 10 & 10:15pm.

Do they mention whether they use MSG?

Glutamate is almost in everything you eat. Funny how this xenophobia myth still lives. MSG is nothing more than protein mixed with salt. Glutamate is extracted from fruits and vegetables and is crystallized with sodium to stabilize the compound.…

Do they have any rice noodles?

The pho noodles and vermicelli noodles are rice noodles.

Order at the table, enjoy your food and pay at the counter. They have plenty of variations of pho, but I like to stick with the classic Pho Tai. Their broth was wonderful with or without the additions on the table. I like that you can choose your size. I went with the medium which was a good size for me, but the small wasn't too much different and I think that would have been fine as well. We added on a Chinese Donut which we dipped in the broth. It was a fun addition and pretty large, so you can split it between 2 people. The Shrimp and Pork Spring Roll didn't impress me so I would skip it next time. I don't know how I am just now finding out about this place but it's going to be my new go-to for pho in the area.

We tried this place for the first time and this has to be one of our favorites! The place is very clean with friendly service, but the food is amazing! When we walked in, I immediately felt underdressed because the inside of the restaurant was decorated so nicely! The only slightly off-putting thing was how many flies there were because of the hot weather, but luckily the restaurant was prepared with little fans/propellers to keep them away from the food so it wasn't a problem while we were eating. We started with the crab rangoons, which we devoured. You can't go wrong with those and I'm glad they had it on their menu! For our mains, we tried the pad see ew and the panang curry. The pad see ew was great in flavor. I wish there were more veggies and that the beef was a bit less dry but it was not a big deal and still delicious. The panang curry was spicy and nutty. The tenderloin was the best part and practically melted in my mouth! Of course we got thai teas, which were very sweet. They were also huge and definitely shareable. Service was okay, we had to ask multiple times for certain things but they were busy so it is understandable. Definitely a great thai place for date night or plans with friends, but it seems to get pretty crowded so expect a wait! I'd probably come back to try more of their menu.

The curry and beef stew were also huge surprises. The curry was delicious, and beats most curries I've had at my favorite Thai places. I noticed most people got their food to go. My husband and I ordered the fish sauce chicken banh mi and from their new items menu, a crispy pork spring roll. Once we got our order, you can automatically smell the fish sauce chicken banh mi. If you're not fond of the fish sauce scent, it might turn you off, but I like it lol. The banh mi was very flavorful and the fish sauce gave the chicken that umami. The banh mi had a good amount of filling and ratio of meat to veg. From the new item menu, we tried the crispy pork spring roll. I love the texture of the spring roll cos you get that soft texture from the wrapper and veg inside as well as the soft, white meat from the pork. Then you get a crunchy texture (my favorite kind of texture to a meal). You get the crunch from the crispy pork skin and inside there is some sore of fried element, maybe a fried egg roll wrapper? I also ordered a Thai iced tea with boba. The drink was good. Not too sweet and the boba had good texture. It wasn't too chewy or too soft. The prices here are reasonable, so it's definitely work a try.
