Very disappointed! 2 out of 3 cocktails were not what was ordered and it took 40 minutes to get replacements. The bar wasn't even crowded. Brussels sprouts were undercooked (as usual). Asked for salad dressing on the side but salad already covered in house dressing and very soggy. Asked to have no peppers and olives in salad, yet there they were. Could not eat! Do the cooks even look at what the server asks for if it's out of the norm?? Server was unable to process loyalty points properly. It took 3 tries to finally get it right. Asked to have the manager come to our table, but she never did. So far, 110 Grill in Leominster has been the only one of the franchise to meet my expectations, which are not very high! My partner and I tried 110 Grill for the first time tonight. We ordered takeout and won't be doing it again. The ordering process was easy online. That was probably the best thing about our dinner experience. He ordered a kale salad with chicken and I ordered the Cyprus salad with shrimp. When we removed the takeout containers from the paper bags, we were quite surprised at their small sizes, which seemed like they could have been a side salad. The quality? While the food was fresh, it was clear that his kale salad had come from a salad kit--as though his salad had been shaken out into the container. The salad was supposed to feature Brussels sprouts, but he found one slice of sprout. And kale, Very little. My salad was ordinary. The olives were clearly from a can. My shrimp was tender and plump, but tasted like it had been defrosted from a bag. I paid way too much for salads that were on par with Panera. I hope the dine-in experience is better. But for now, we will be supporting our local mom- and pop-businesses. read more

The 110 Grill in Maynard has lots of menu choices: salads, pasta, sandwiches, and pizza. They offer an extensive gluten free menu and lots of vegetarian choices. Those stars are for our sever, Sophia, who was fabulous. The meal left a lot to be desired. Drinks and wine were fine, but the apps and dinners were subpar and very expensive. I had the smallest piece of swordfish ever. Good, not great, and very overpriced. Hubby's steak tips also good, not great, and very overpriced. My side of mashed potatoes had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp because they had a crust on the top. Brussels sprouts were cold. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

Really nice sit down restaurant - indoor and outdoor seating. The service by our waitress Jess was comforting. She was super sweet and willing to help our experiences be well remembered. The food was so delicious! My husband and I ordered a grilled swordfish and Cajun style salmon plate. The swordfish was so tender and yummy! And the Cajun styled salmon was seasoned and grilled perfectly. I also ordered a cup of tomato soup that was so tasty. It was garnished with some small slices of cheese. Can't remember the kind, but it was just the right amount. The cheese didn't overwhelm the taste of the soup either. It was topped off with a little bit of fresh herbs like parsley or something like it. Absolutely perfect! Not to mention their bread. Which looked & seemed, and tasted like it was freshly made there. They were nice and warm. Could've eaten them without the butter they provided they were so good. And the dessert - omgoodness! I had the "Flourless Chocolate cake". I'm not a vegan, or on a gluten free diet. It just sounded interesting so I decided to give it a try. It came with pureed berries on the bottom, along with homemade chocolate sauce, and it was topped with whip cream. There also were a few blackberries around the cake too. It was so good! I was already pretty full with all that I already had eaten. I ate a few of my husbands sweet potato fries - yummy! Not over fried. Just right. His brussel sprouts looked like they were sautéed. Looked really good too. But anyway, I made room to polish off the cake. Oh there we're also a handful of blueberries sprinkled on the plate mixed in the chocolate sauce. OMG - sooooo good!!! I have been to this location before and the service was perfect. Until I went today with my three-year-old daughter and I were waiting 25 minutes and my waiter never came over. Since 110 Grill opened their Maynard location, we have become regulars. My son and I both have Celiac disease and we can eat the foods we want to here and feel safe doing so. The service is top notch. But we keep coming back for Jackie, the bartender, and Nicole. They are very attentive, fun, and make us feel very welcome. Came here to eat in person and had great booth at back and waitress was so kind to our toddler! Not inexpensive for the portion sizes you get but the food is good. I went to the 110 Grill in Maynard to celebrate my friends birthday. We had a reservation at 11:30. The hostess let me in early so I could decorate the table before my friend arrived. Once my friend arrived, we decided we wanted to sit outside instead and without hesitation , the hostess set us up outside. I'm sorry I don't know her name but I do know she is the sister of our waiter. Geo was great!! He was attentive and very pleasant. He have us plenty of time to make our decisions and the food came out quickly. Our nachos were delicious. The chicken piccata and the BBQ chicken salad was great too! Geo let us sit outside , talk and open presents for 3 hours. I made sure to thank Julia the manager who actually was our waitress during a prior visit . It was a rocky start as they are still working out the kinks; we were seated quick but didn't get our waitress till 15 minutes later, apparently the hostess didn't communicate the right table. You take a photo to load the menu online which has a section for specials, which I attempted to order one, but this location doesn't offer them apparently (should be taken off website then) which was frustrating. However, the drinks were amazing, and came out quick! The food was slow but they were busy but it was cooked perfectly; crab rangoon dip, steak tips and the bbq chicken salad. I was looking forward to good local restaurant to get takeout from (we eat takeout a few times a week). Unfortunately this isn't it - takeout order was ready over a half hour later than they told me. (Which was a 45m wait to start), forgot pieces of the order, and the food was so so at best (chicken sandwich looks like it was thrown in the box, pulled pork Mac and cheese cold after a 5 minute drive home? Had dinner here 10/18 and our wonderful server was Zach. He was very professional and attentive. We ate inside at a table by the bar. I had their special soup - Butternut Squash - it was outstanding ! Wish I had ordered a bowl instead of a cup !! So delicious. I also ate their kale and brussel sprouts salad which was very tasty. What with inflation and the pandemic, it's difficult to make any criticism of a hard working restaurant knowing there are likely reasons behind changes or subpar experiences that just can't be helped right now. That being said, my parents and daughter had dinner last night. There is tons of parking, the restaurant is clean and pleasing both inside and out, and we were greeted and seated immediately. There was a little mishap when a full glass of ice water was spilled on my 5 yr old daughter, but that was pure accident. No problem. The kids meal Mac n cheese was great. Both parents got the Cyprus salad and requested grilled shrimp on it, which they had ordered before. They were told the shrimp couldn't be "grilled", which seems bizarre with all the other grilled menu items (not to mention the name of the restaurant is the 110 GRILL). When the salads arrived both shrimp and the whole salad itself, which supposedly used to arrive in a large bowl, was much smaller. (Maybe their size is the reason the shrimp couldn't be grilled. No idea.) They were also overdressed and seemingly missing ingredients. They were both disappointed in their dinner, having previously enjoyed the same exact orders on previous visits. Where things really went off the rails was my dinner. I ordered meatloaf. Described as a "thick slice of house made ground beef, pork and veal". I'm not certain what exactly I ate, but I honestly don't think there was any actual meat in it. It was a dry, thin slice of what tasted like breadcrumbs, or some kind of grain, and unidentifiable herbs. It reminded me of a veggie burger smashed flat. It fell apart into dry uniform looking crumbs with the fork, and had absolutely no sign of fats/juices/sheen that would indicate meat. It wasn't inedible... but that wasn't meatloaf. The broccoli was over cooked and soggy. The mashed potato was fine. I've spent some time today trying to guess what I ate. That's not really what you want from a restaurant experience. If you decide to go, just avoid the meatloaf. It should be removed from the menu. read more

Newest addition to a great Maynard dining scene, and so far it has not disappointed. First off, Steve at the bar honestly makes one of the finest old fashioned cocktails around. It's so hit or miss, but this was a well crafted cocktail. We all got seafood entrees, and they were excellent. Fries on the fish and chips were a bit cold, so we had to send back but they quickly replaced with fresh ones. Desserts were awesome and staff was great and attentive. I'm a huge fan of 110 grill EXCEPT for the new location in Maynard. We went for lunch on March 6 and it was way below expectations! Being new and learning is NOT an excuse! The lobster bisque was lumpy and the 2 chunks of lobster were dreadful with a funky taste. The server even said after she was nice enough to take it off the bill, that "they figured out what the problem was with it"! The chicken wings which are normally amazing at other locations were completely dried out and completely inedible! My BFs hamburger was dreadful w no taste and not cooked properly- I wanted to send back everything, but my BF didn't want to cause an annoyance. And no soap in one of the dispensers in the women's restroom. And to top it off, I had to ask our server to wipe down the table as there were pieces of something weird on it and was unclean! I wish I had taken photos. And: I had major stomach cramps the entire afternoon!!! UNACCEPTABLE! Our server Jessica was awesome though! She deserves to be working at a real 110 Grill! I expect a lot more from this chain and needless to say - I'll never go to this location again! A word of advice: please get your act together. read more
