I did ask for half sweet and it was still too sweet for me. If you like super sweet coffee drinks this is your spot. I learned that a bollo is a hand-stuffed soft brioche dough filled with eggs, local meats, and seasonal ingredients. It was served warm and was delicious! My latte was also wonderful. Afterwards, I walked over to the window to place my order. I ordered a jalapeño breakfast burrito and an almond milk latte with honey and cinnamon powder. The burrito came with red potatoes, pepper jack cheese, egg, and a side of salsa. It usually comes with bacon or sausage but I opted for neither. Service was fast and friendly.
