First time trying this order to go it was delicious. Only thing that would have given this place. Five stars was actual vegetables with the pho, all I got was bean, sprouts, jalapeño cilantro, and onions. It would've been nice to have some broccoli, some carrots, and bok choy like other places do. The tofu spring roll was delicious

We have been to this location over 20 times and truly it is the best spot in Tolleson. We struggled to find good food once we moved to the west side and this place will always be a 10/10. Service is always really good especially take out their incredibly fast. Food is always amazing never had an issue. The taro boba is my favorite with the steak pho.

    New spot!

Let's get one thing straight, folks: pho dac biet has tendon AND tripe in it. You need those. It's a texture thing- you need that buttery-soft tendon to go with the fatty brisket, and the chewy crunch of tripe to go with the bean sprouts and the rare steak. You don't have those, you don't get to call your bowl a "pho dac biet". Well... this place doesn't call it "pho dac biet", but they do pho dac biet better than nearly any other spot this side of the 101. Everything that I've had here has been fantastic, and their pho is honestly the best that I've had in our area. A big surprise was how good their beef curry was- it really has a big flavor that I wasn't expecting- almost like a Japanese curry and a Thai curry had a really pleasant baby together. I guess this place is brand new- we spoke with the manager yesterday and she said that they're only about a month old in replacing PT Pho. I really have high hopes for this spot, I hope they're able to get both good people to work for them and good customers to appreciate their food. We'll be stopping by more than a little, and probably Grubhubbin' from them as well. This isn't the absolute best Vietnamese food that you're going to find in Arizona, but for our little pocket of the west valley it certainly is.

I've served in restaurants for 20 years, at elite places such as, Hillstone along with Chelsea's Kitchen and Buck and Rider, and I am appalled by the behavior of the staff tonight. I discourage anyone from coming into this place. The service is underrated. And as a paying customer, enjoying a meal with a friend, I am very disturbed that they would kick us out before closing time. This lady walks around and says "closed, closed" and starts turning off all the lights. I said "Oh the website says you close at 10pm" and the lady with the top knot bun and glasses said "yeah, but no one is in here so we are closed." Ummm we were in there. Poor hospitality on their part. Not worth it. Go somewhere else. Sushi Michi on 16th st & Bethany, or Full Moon Izakaya Sushi and Ramen, is way better and they don't close earlier because they didn't have any walkins at the point, nor do they kick people out before closing time. Also when we left a car had just pulled up to grab dinner. Turning away customers is poor ethics on behalf of Cherry Blossom. No wonder no one goes here and everything is so out dated. ALSO I had asked for a wine sample to decide which wine I wanted and our waitress said "we don't do samples". Okay well every other restaurant I've been to and worked at has samples. What a way to miss a sale. Wine was $15 a glass. Wouldn't you want that to improve your check average? These people are turning away money. So sad

First off...as others have mentioned, parking is a beast for sure. They have a tiny lot and if you go all the in, you have to maneuver to get back out. Ended up finding street parking close by. Next up is finding the front door! Kits a secret entrance for sure with their front door covered in vegetation but once you get it, you get it! Smallish on the inside and can see why reservations are highly recommended. We didn't have any but there were only two of us and we were offered a table out on the patio, which actually was way better than inside. Their patio is the bomb with tons of mirrors and vegetation and they had a portable air unit that provided lots of cool, moving air. They have an extensive drink menu; friend got some moscato which came as a small bottle. She said it was perfect. I just had water which is served in metal cups along with a bottle of extra water and then people are also walking around and filling your cup up as well. Service was impeccable! We both decided on the Pad Thai and an order of the pork dumplings. I am a whimp spice person and the Pad Thai is so spice unless you order it that way. Their menu has so many wonderful options! I wanted to see if I could get a combo of chicken and tofu and our server said there was already tofu in the dish so perfect...just added chicken. I wish I had taken a picture but others that are posted represent well! It was so good with fresh bean spouts, chopped peanuts, and a delicious sauce over rice noodles. Some of the best Pad Thai I have had! And those dumplings? Perfect in every way with a wonderful dipping sauce. We loved all of the unique serving vessels they bring dishes in...presentation was magnificent! Overall a fantastic meal! Can't wait to bring the wife here.

Quite the opposite here, I have been a long time customer of this particular location and I've always had an amazing experience with the food as well as excellent service from the staff over the years. I usually have the Pork Tonkatsu ramen, Katsu sando, and Krazy Fries and everyday I'm away from Phoenix I CRAVE these so badly. Amazing and ambitious flavor combos that all fit so well together. Other the menu item misleading, the kimchi did not taste like kimchi either. This is basically like Pei wei or PF Chang type place, overly Americanized Asian food spot. The Krazy fries were good, but way too salty. Overall, this spot uses extra sodium in all of their menu. I usually don't drink a lot of water but I had 2 cups of water and still I felt so salty. Waited 20 minutes for a refill, which we failed to get. So we left. Still tipped 15%.

We were a party of 12 visiting on vacation, and none of us are from the area. We ordered spam musubi and a chicken skewer as appetizers. Both appetizers arrived well after our entrees had already been served and we had essentially finished eating. Each time we asked about them, we were repeatedly told, "They're coming." Mind you, these are simple appetizers that should not take anywhere near that long to prepare. When we asked for the third time, we finally asked that the appetizers be cancelled since we had already finished our meal. At that point, the gentleman working the front area , tall, with red hair, loudly yelled from across the restaurant, in an extremely rude and confrontational tone, "It's already on the grill!" There was absolutely no reason to speak to paying customers that way. His response was unprofessional, unnecessary, and honestly created a very hostile and uncomfortable feeling during what should have been an enjoyable dinner, especially while our group was on vacation and simply trying to enjoy a meal together. When the appetizers eventually came out, we left them sitting there because we were already done eating and ended up taking them to go. He eventually told us they would be removed from the bill, which we appreciated, but that did not excuse the way the situation was handled. Again, the food was good, but good food does not make up for poor service and especially not for an employee speaking to customers in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. Management should seriously address how customers are treated, because the interaction with this particular employee overshadowed what could have otherwise been a good dining experience for our party of 12.
