I have been a Zipcar member for a very long time and have had a great experience with the company and the people involved with my rentals. This experience was a total negative one. The van I rented was in terrible shape, pictures attached. Both sides bashed in, front and back had many dents. The back of the van was very dirty with the carpet coming up, making it difficult move furniture in and out. It was rolled up at the door so everything had to be lifted extra to get things in. The van was located in a parking lot with a card needed to enter. The Zip card did not work. I the pressed the service button several times without a response. When I contacted your customer service, I was told to "press the button". When I responded that it was useless, I was told I needed to go another location. I could not do that since I had make arrangements with movers. I had to pay a total of $16 to get in and out. I called when I picked up the van and asked if there was an Express Pass included and I was told yes. So I used express lanes, but was unsure if the fee was paid. I was subsequently told it was not included. if I had know this I could have had my own Express Pass device with me. I am also concerned about the extra mileage charge. Again when I called with questions about this van I was told extra mileage would only apply if I had the van beyond my turn in date. This was a problem filled trip, very unlike all my other experiences with Zipcar. I am not asking for any reimbursement for the charge at your pick up location, but am concerned about the extra charges and the incorrect information when I contacted you. Mike

I've been a zipcar member for over 5 yrs and they have become complete trash!!!! one two occasions have they taken about $160 from me outside of the booking charges. on 9/25 I rented a car. trip total $71+. I see they made two other transactions on my card. one for $81 another for $89. Luckily I use a prepaid card. I needed to extent my trip and of course I am not using another card. I called zip car because I refuse to pay the late fee, and their solution was to extend my trip and charge me later. To later be hit with a cleaning fee. (How convenient) the extention should have been complementary considering they have taken a large sum of money with no explanation. I decided to just pay the extension and cleaning fee for them to take another $81 and $89. Called customer service and they hung up on me!!!

All of the services were reasonably priced, and the work was very thorough and professional. I really appreciate their help. I highly recommend them. The mechanic called out a list of…read morerepairs after the inspection, claiming they were required for the Maryland inspection to pass. After doing my own research, it became clear that not everything on the list of repairs were safety-related or required by the state. Only after pressing the issue did the mechanic (named Malik) agreed and revised the list, which already raised red flags about trustworthiness of this shop. The experience only got worse from there. I dropped my car off early the next morning, as instructed, and called later in the day to ask Malik when it might be ready so I could arrange a ride. Instead of a simple, helpful response, I was met with outright hostility. When I asked, "Do you expect the car to be ready today or tomorrow?" Malik curtly replied: "Your car will be ready when it is ready." I asked my question a different way. Malik replied with the same exact response, " It will be ready when it is ready" I tried to explain that I just needed an estimate to plan my transportation. Malik responded "What part of what I told you don't you understand?" This level of rudeness and unprofessionalism toward a paying customer is completely unacceptable. Clear communication and basic respect should be the bare minimum, especially when you're entrusting someone with your vehicle and paying for their time and expertise. I cannot in good faith recommend Fell Point Auto to others. There are plenty of competent and respectful auto professionals in Baltimore , Fell Point Auto isn't one.

The driver-side door needed replacement, but they installed a junkyard door while charging me for a brand-new part. My insurance deductible was $250, yet they demanded $650 and refused to release my car unless I paid. After waiting 34 days, I had no choice but to settle for $350 just to get my vehicle back. They do not respond to calls or text messages. The only way I could get them to answer was by calling from an unknown number. Also, after looking at the reviews, I noticed that some positive reviews appear to be from employees, which raises concerns about their credibility. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Quality of work i can say only cheating.

On my first visit, I waited 15-20 minutes until someone came and helped me because he was dealing with the landlord over late rent which was already a red flag and I should've walked out immediately. He then suggested he could increase my repair estimate after telling him what my insurance initially offered, which sounded like insurance fraud, to total my car for more money. As someone who has never had experience dealing with an insurance claim like this, he didn't explain the full process, including that my car would be immediately taken away after the claim is submitted. I was still unsure of everything and told him I'll see everything goes, not that I would go through with the clam completely. He texted me at 8:30pm last night and after I requested to cancel it because I needed my car this week, he pressured me to pick up my car late that night with almost no notice saying he "doesn't have room" now that he's not making any money from this. He said he will leave my car key inside my car which was parked on a busy and trafficked street. After specifically requesting for him not to leave my key in my car and that I do not agree to that, it was still left inside my unlocked car overnight. Thankfully nothing happened to it, but this was negligent and irresponsible. There was also plenty of room as the street was almost empty. He also never fixed my mirror as promised. All of the one-star reviews are accurate - don't trust the fake five-star reviews. If you value professionalism, honesty and the safety of your vehicle go to a different body shop. They also never answer their phone. I also added screenshots of my conservation with Malachi.

EXCUSE ME, but we KNOW what's wrong with our car. We wanted an estimate before we fix the car. I have never in my 25 years ever been charged for a "diagnostic fee". RIDICULOUS !!!.. listen if you want to rip customers off, you will never ever have long lasting clients, which in return you won't build your business this way. We are new to the area, hence why we jumped on the first auto body shop we saw. Well good thing I knew a friend here and she had told me to go to Ed's paint and body in hampden. Well finally, I was able to get my car fixed for $315 . This guy there told me that this place tried to rip me off by telling me I needed a new exhaust system (which I did not) . He also told me He couldn't see it being anymore than $600 even if he did replace the whole exhaust system. Well, lets just say.... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASEE AND DO NOT LET THIS GUY HUSTLE YOU FOR MONEY. Everyone needs money, needs to get fed.. I understand that, but don't kill your customers with the prices.
