    Great employees! Worked with my Ford warranty! Had to get an extension on time of my rental and I had no issues! Great customer service!!

Late for customer pick up due to short staffing issues…read more While at store their rep Thomas said car was being cleaned which was no problem, 30 mins later, after being told car was being driven around we are still waiting additional 30 mins. Lobby is full of unsatisfied customers. They attempted to place us in a vehicle that was not comparable to our current vehicle and blamed the insurance company. The insurance company originally said the rental car would be dropped off at the repair shop. After saying a car was ready we were then notified that it had a hold/recall so now we are still waiting 1:30hr later. As a long time enterprise customer I would not recommend this location at all. Other branches have been more efficient. This has been a nightmare, sadly we are out of pick up range for the other stores and our car is being serviced.

From my perspective, this reflects inadequate customer service. The manager, named Christopher, exhibited a tone in his email that was highly offensive and inaccurate. I also received a subsequent call, and I believe he may be the district manager for the site, with a backup named Jose, who appears indifferent to my concerns or overall customer experience. Although this location is very convenient, I have decided to cease patronizing it. I am willing to travel an additional fifteen minutes in the future, as I understand the importance of personal accountability.

    Items Stolen From Car…read more I took my car to this shop, which was referred to me by my Geico claims adjuster, on Nov 11. I took what I will needed out of my car at the time,......work id's, cell phone charger, and my moms house key. I was suppose to pick my car up on 27th of nov, yet I got a call saying that the part that they were waiting on came in Fri morning. They notice after the alignment was done that a suspension arm was bent, duh I told u something was bent when I brought the car in. Monday 11/30, I get a call from Travis, that I can pick my car up, cool m, I'm excited to be getting my car back. I was there in a jiffy, I live literally 5 min from the place, bam I'm there, someone is in my car, so I go over knock on the passenger side window, I'm ignored, I say excuse me, this is my car, can you unlock the doors please so that I can transfer my items from the rental car, instantly I'm noticing my glove compartment has been gone through, all my Carryout napkins are on the passenger seat, ok that's odd, I was told they had to get the wheel lock out, ok, my cell phone cup holder mount was broken, wtf, I was angry about that, but wait my center console had been rummaged though as well, what the hell, with the unstolen items left on the passenger seat. Ok, I'm pissed, I asked Travis the one releasing my car to me, about my cell broken phone mount, let's not mention how they left their belongings, someones hat in my car, along with the black oil that was left all on the drivers door. Travis was nice enough to clean my door. I was so upset, I went to the front spoke to TC the receptionist to have a manager call me about the situation, I was so angry I never even looked at the work that was done to the car. I get home calm down a little and start to look over the car, there is freaking dent in my roof, it wasn't there when I dropped my car off. I call up to signiture auto to speak with Travis, I was placed on hold, he was taking to long to come to the phone, I hung up, took pictures of the dent, and called back later, I did eventually speak with him as he had me forward the pictures. It's the next morning, I had time to calm down and process the day before, I say ok I got my car back, let me reconnect my Bluetooth phone transmitter to my car , so that I can listen and groove to pandora music on my way to work. I go to my car, to plug it up, check my center console, well it's not there, my memory is coming back to all that was in my car, oh it's everything, from my sunglass case, with 2 pairs of sunglasses in it. 1 pair being my $250 bvlgari sunglasses, that was in the glove box, to the music transmitter, my 10 felt air fresheners disk, my bath and body air freshener, my gerber pocket knife the was in the center console, my carmax chap stick, petty I know, my change container, oh yea it was filled with loose change, along with my 50 cds, I just remembered that this morning, bye bye, Whitney Houston, I will always love you, just sad, but not finished, I then check my trunk, and see everything has been taken, I had a milk crate jammed packed with car cleaning supplies gone, my electric car jack, gone, my electric tire pump gone, all with the canvas adidas bag, that I had in there m, I guess that's what they used to conceal all the items stolen from my car, but yet the manager Mike, tells me that I signed a waiver that they are not responsible for the items stolen out my car. I beg your pardon, you left my car unlocked or unattended, on your premises and you have a rogue thief of an employee stealing at the workplace, but your also telling me that you have never had complaints from customers about stolen items before, tell that to someone else's cause I ain't believing it. You don't even know what going on in the place you manage, I have called Geico whom my claim is with, to complain, because they referred my to this shit hole of a place, to see whats gonna be done about my missing items, being thought, Mike the Manager is smirking and not taking it seriously, basically calling me a liar about the things that I mentioned that were stolen.....ok so I'm supposed to go back on Thursday December 3rd to meet with the same auto adjuster that came to my home to look at the damage, Chris Tyler, he did advise that he saw no dent in my hood, when he came to my home and looked my car over for the damages.....other than that he was no help, Chris m, Travis, and the manager Mike was left standing at the auto place, I'm surly not to argue back and forth to what I know was taken, as for the hat, no one knows who the hat belongs to, the tried to tell me someone left it in my car, well it's just my son and I who ride in my car, and he doesn't wear baseball caps, so I feel whomever hat that is, is responsible for my missing items......
